This condo is located in the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge and you have access to all of the great facilities this exclusive hotel has to offer.

Wake up to incredible views over Maggie Pond and the gentile trickle of the blue river just past your balcony. Everything you could want in a ski-in condo is right here at the base of Peak 9 and Maggie Pond. Shopping, restaurants, pool, hot tubs, ski storage and world class skiing.

Fantastic studio with gorgeous views of all of Breckenridge Resort. This is a beautiful condo with granite counters, a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bedding and a very comfortable pullout couch providing sleeping arrangements up to 4 people.

This condo is located at the base of Peak 9 only feet from the Quicksilver Super Chair and the kids ski school. It is also right in the heart of The Village at Breckenridge and only a 5 minute walk to Main Street.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, the amenities were nice and the view was beautiful, but the best part was the location. We could walk to so many restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location with nice ski Mountain View’s. Close to our favorite local restaurants and shopping. Everything is within walking distance. Parking was in a separate building, but we only needed our vehicle to unload and load luggage/ supplies. I would stay at this location again.

Location was GREAT if you are skiing and all of the necessities worked as they should. Heater works well and the place stays very warm! The parking garage is heated and only about a 30 yard walk from the building, which is great for Breck parking. Small changes would make this place perfect. The cleaning could be much better - floor and bathroom didn’t feel clean. The bathroom had a mildew smell consistently. There weren’t enough towels provided for our length of stay, especially if we had more than 2 people staying. For the cost, I would have expected more amenities such as coffee and better toiletries among many others. Would also have expected the place to be spotless. TV is still the Marriott resort standard menu - weird to have to deal with that, but not get other perks of the resort such as daily cleaning/turndown. Overall would stay again - but for the price, the cleanliness and amenities could be greatly improved.

This place is perfect for a weekend getaway. Easy in, easy out. Covered, heated parking. Great view. Perfect size. Excellent location within walking distance to just about everything. Would highly recommend.

Loved our view from our room's balcony! Excellent location. A bit of lag time hearing from our host. The room had a broken drawer in the kitchen and the soap pump in the bathroom was empty. It was a lovely stay and we will book again!

Good location close to food and shopping in town. Parking garage was nice, but was two buildings away from our unit. Unit was pretty clean but could use some repairs and upgrades. Some cabinet drawers wouldn't stay closed. We couldn't get the microwave to work. Bathtub had some pretty severe stains. A better shower curtain or door would help keep the bathroom floor dry. Shower water pressure was great but almost too much for the type of shower head installed (sprays really hard and deflected water gotta everywhere). It stayed pretty hot inside at night without a/c during our stay in on late July. Kitchen could be better stocked (e.g., a spatula, more utensils, more than two bowls, cooking spray, etc.) The facility/complex was pretty nice but a step down from most Marriotts. The hallway on our floor smelled funny. Pretty good outdoor pool for a hotel above 9,000 ft elevation (could have been warmer). The ownership arrangement is kind of odd. Your check in at the Marriott front desk but they make a point of saying you need to contact them unit owner if you have any issues. But it's not immediately clear how to contact the owner.

This was a great property at a great location at Peak 9. The unit is a great one bedroom unit, the full kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain a small group. Rental includes access to the ski locker and storage in the lower level, parking as use of all the resort amenities. A quick walk across the bridge in the morning puts you right at the lift for Peak 9 and access to the entire mountain. Walk to town, bars, and grocery store from this location as well. We will definitely rent this unit again!!

Overall, the condo met my expectations with a few minor exceptions. The dishwasher was flushing water off the air gap valve on top of the sink flooding the countertop and floor. Text to property owner resolved the problem promptly. The kitchen utensils needed some upgrades/replacements. There was only one teaspoon and the frying pan was warped not setting properly on the stove top and it had a solid metal handle that would get extremely hot. Only one small bar of soap in the bathroom plus one bar for the shower. Small bar lasted just 3 days. No extra bars. Great location for closeness to slopes and having a ski shop on the lower level was great for ski & boot storage.

Everything is close, shopping, restaurants, window view of ski lift! Heated pool and Jacuzzi. Few minutes away is a free sledding area and great tubing at copper mountain. Washer and dryer on every floor.

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend and loved it. The location is the best part about this place, it’s within walking distance of tons of stores, restaurants, and things to do. Everyday the resort has a little snack and or activity which are nice and check-in/out process is incredibly simple as it’s a resort. The outdoor pool and hot tubs are a great plus as well! Also having garage parking is nice as it’s heated and most parking in Breck is paid. Highly recommend and would stay again.

The location near the busiest end of Main St was perfect. Our unit had wonderful views of the peaks. Easy walking to distance to restaurants/bars, shopping and the gondola. Many hiking trailheads nearby. Also, short drives to other hiking areas.

The property has a great location in Breck. However, the floor was filthy and there were food crumbs on the counter. Some things within the unit itself could use fixing; broken drawer, cabinet door…The Marriott is a nice place but I would not recommend this particular unit.
