Awesome

The space, location, cleanliness and presentation. Easy access.

The only minor issue is the noise from the bathroom extractor fans. The outlet sounded like it was right outside the bedroom window and no matter which bathroom you used both fans seemed to go on together but was only an issue when used during the night as a bit noisy

Very good

The apartment was lovely and light. Fabulous location. Close to beach, restaurants and cafes in Sawtell.

It was a bit noisy in the mornings. The water pressure in the showers wasn’t very good.

10 out of 10 - will book again

This unit was large, clean and located in the heart of Sewtell. Secure parking and lift from basement. Everything looked and felt like new, including the super comfortable beds.

Not much to say here. The cleaners may have missed checking the bedside lamps not working and no coffee pods for coffee machine but that was easily fixed with having a coffee/bakery shop next door.

Plenty of cafes close by to choose from. Main street, walking distance to everything. Close to beach. Great location

Bins outside of the apartments which were not part of the apartment were not being emptied, so a bit smelly. Not the apartments fault, just observation.

Central location, helpful owner.

Owner was extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us.

Terrace outlook included rubbish bins, noisy air conditioning fans.

amazing property from the location to the the apartment in itself. Beautiful, modern and most of all clean. It had such a homely feel which we loved and room to move which absolutely everything we needed.

Loved it and would return to Sawtell for relaxation and good eateries.

Location was very convenient being right in town and close to amenities. very comfortable with all necessary extras, TV, a/c crockery and cutlery. Beds were very comfortable and two bathrooms for 2 couples were mandatory and excellent. We would book again for sure.

A very relaxed and comfortable stay in a great location.

The location was outstanding. Just at the end of the Main Street, a very short walk to the beach and a multitude of dining options. Comfortable and clean and very spacious. Well equipped kitchen. Parking and entry was easy.

Haha - we had a lot of trouble with the tv remotes. Specifically, trying to open the EPG (tv guide). That’s the only issue we had.
