About this house rental

Beautifull condo. 1 GB Fiber optic internet. Smart TVs in every room with Netflix and YouTube TV and more. Be sure to see the video. Fully furnished with every amenity needed for a fabulous stay. Newly renovated throughout. The downstairs is open and inviting, with two new leather sofas and comfortable seating where you can enjoy the view of the water. Dining will accommodate 6-8 with counter space for four more. Antique English pub table can be extended for more dining or buffet service. 2 queen beds, double over double bunk, extra air mattresses available. Smoking allowed outdoors on the patio deck only. Pet-friendly. Close to all Lake Conroe amenities, The Woodlands venues, and the 162,000 acres Sam Houston National Forest with the 130 mile Lone Star Hiking Trail. The hurricane changed our beach house plans and we had to stay locally. Terry was instrumental in procuring this location due to the issues with a widespread power outage. The condo setup was perfect for my visiting family.

Super accommodating and the perfect location for young kids because it's in its own quiet, wake free, alcove. We spent all day floating. We were here during Hurricane Berryl and the just was amazing in helping us with another night due to flights being cancelled. Will be coming back next time!

Loved this home and location. Was in for a memorial and had friends and family with us. The kids loved the water and is adults enjoyed BBQ and watching them have so much fun. Great place, great host, great experience.

Our family gathered and had a wonderful time. The townhome was clean and the kitchen was well stocked (Bring your own food of course). The lake is right beyond the back patio and the area offers great restaurants, shopping, jet skiing, boat rentals, fishing, & even a boat launch in the neighborhood, captained lake tours, and swimming. This rental makes a perfect getaway spot.

wow! Terry was incredible from booking to check out. We were displaced from our home leaking during the recent storm and accommodating is an understatement! We ended up not even needing to stay an extra night but would have paid even more for this adorable place. The location was phenomenal and safe! Definitely booking again this summer!!

Clean and full of amenities. Great location fronting the lake. Terry was kind enough to refund some rental cost since the main TV wasn’t working! Would definitely stay here again!

Located in a great (safe) neighborhood with parks and easy drivable access to lots of restaurants and things to do around the lake. Owner was easy to communicate with. Plus the view was beautiful!

Great condo! They have thought of everything you could possibly need. Very clean and the perfect size for our group. Great water views. Perfect for boating. Terry was amazing! She responded immediately to questions I had, nothing was wrong, just user error on my part. I highly recommend!

We stayed here over Easter weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. Cute little condo fully stocked and well furnished with a nice patio overlooking the water. Terry is super attentive and really makes sure that you enjoy your stay, as we did!

This is an outstanding gem of a place that has a great waterside location, secure, well maintained, comfortable and packed with every amenity. The star is also the owner Terry who went the extra mile for us in buying a Christmas tree for our stay over that period with heaps of decorations provided for us to dress it and the condo to make it festive. She is highly responsive and always contactable if needed. Highly recommend!

Terry was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The property was well maintained, comfortable, and fit our party of 6. Having the lake view from the living room was beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the water diamonds sparkle in the sun. Highly recommended this property!

The condo is furnished beautifully and is very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the lake and being able to sit out on the patio with our morning coffee and during cocktail hour. The nice bath towels and robes were special touches and we appreciated the early check in option.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is very nice with a view of the lake and the cute neighborhood is guarded with a gate. We stayed with a mix of adults, small kids, a baby and two dogs. All felt comfortable. The house is very well stocked with plenty of linens and the basic needs. My kids liked being on the bunk beds. Would stay again.

I stayed at this property with my groomsmen ahead of my wedding one weekend in October. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could need. The property owner, Terry, was great at communicating check-in and check-out instructions and was quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend staying in this condo if you need a place to stay in the Conroe area.

We enjoyed our 6 week stay and loved the location on Lake Conroe. We docked our boat at the bulkhead and were only steps away from it. The owner has provided everything you need for your stay with top quality bedding, towels and amenities to make your stay easy. We will be back!!
