Policies:
I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. I do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover to make a reservation and I will mail you a receipt to sign and return to me.

Cancellation Policy:
Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, owner will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.

***Check in information: On your scheduled arrival date, renters will go directly to the resort and check in at the front desk. Renter will need a pictured ID for check in. The front desk staff will assist you in registering for your condo, keys, directions to your condo and a parking pass if needed. Separate security deposit is required by the resort at check in, this will be refunded as long as no damage is done to the condo. The resort does not guarantee early or late check outs, they are based on availability only on the day of. Any name changes after the initial request to reserve will incur an additional fee to re issue a guest certificate in a new name. Any questions on check in, please call the owner directly.****

Have stayed at this property before. Perfect for adults who don’t need the hustle of the strip and more room for getting ready. Easy walk to PH and shuttle to farther destinations.

We were in town for a wedding. The wedding party stayed at the MGM Grand. We had kiddos with us so we chose this resort for not having a casino. It was super close to everything. The condo was spacious and my only complaint is not being able to spend as much time enjoying the amenities as we were busy with wedding things all week.

This 3 bedroom was beautifully decorated and so spacious. The property was great. Pool area with restaurant and bar was also awesome. If wasn’t on the strip, but was nice to step away from the business of the LV strip.

We've stayed at the Wyndham Grand Desert many times due to the location and the fact that the property is always in great shape. First time staying in the presidential suite, and it did not disappoint. Some of the furniture might be starting to show its age, but in very good condition and everything in the suite worked. I would book a room with Brendon Hawkins again without any hesitation and have nothing but praise in the booking process--quick to respond to any questions and great to work with with!

Our suite was amazing, had everything we needed and more. We never seem to catch the shuttle at the right time so did a fair bit of walking - but found some short cuts to the strip. Would defiantly recommend and will be staying again if our travels take us back to Vegas.

Very nice property, great service at the front desk, and very convenient to the strip. I had a rental car and parked it at the paid lot behind the building, which was nice. Walking to the Bellagio was easy, and Planet Hollywood is within walking distance as well. I highly recommend staying here.

Accommodations were awesome. Very well stocked , very high end furniture. all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only change is they list shuttle to various casinos, In reality they only go to the Paris and only till 930 and one night was obviously before 9.20. Because we waited until 10 and they did not show up. However, overall excelent choice we would stay again.

We loved it here! Great location away from all the Casino's. Our room was great. Very clean and spacious! It was better than I expected. 3 bedroom deluxe! Clean and quiet!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious and clean. There was a last minute change to our room and instead of a 3 bedroom, we had a 2 bedroom the first night. The property manager gave us a second room for our next 2 nights so we had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to spread out in. I had thought the property would be closer to Planet Hollywood by the description but now that I know Vegas better, I see that the city blocks are quite large. The hotel shuttle was hit or miss. Our first day, we waited nearly an hour for it and decided to walk. Overall we had a great time and the rooms here are much better than most hotel rooms I’ve stayed in.

It was great. The condo was exactly as represented in pictures. The check in process was great. The only drawback is they almost force you to sign up to listen yo a timeshare speech to get your wristbands so you can go around the property. Other than that I loved staying here!!! Would def come back!

I couldn’t have been happier with this stay. It was close to everything, but being a block off the strip and not in a casino was ideal when with a family. The casinos are so huge and getting around takes so much walking, I loved just getting up and hopping in the pool within minutes or just being able to ride the elevator down and step immediately outside instead of hauling a family 10 min through a casino every time. The resort was clean, nice, roomy. Three pools. Lots of families. Perfect. My only note of advice is the Wyndham is a building of time shares and when you check in they try very very hard to convince you to sit through a time share presentation. Which is fine. But be prepared with your answer. I did not want to go and eventually said no, but wanted to give you a head’s up. If you don’t mind seeing the penthouse and a presentation though, you do get tickets to Vegas events for attending.

Always love going to the grand Desert resort! The condo is spacious, clean, and with plenty of room to move around. Right across the street from Topgolf and the MGM grand. We will be back. Thank you for a fabulous time in Las Vegas

We called to check status of property due to coronavirus and were told that not only was the property up and running, but no refunds or rescheduling was an option. So we came. Pools were only open for one day, amenities and activities were closed- with little communication (only a letter taped to glass and in elevator) to guests. Voicemail or email should have been utilized.
