Nice property, but service and food are below average. Do yourself a favor and book Andaz next door

Location is good, about 20mins by car outside Pattaya center. The facilities are nice, especially the sky pool (but I thought it was very weird the pool only opens at 11am! I mean you can go to the pool before but there is just no one there and the sofas are all still covered). We had a garden villa which was spacious; huge bathroom, big shower, double sink etc. Amazing views

Service is below average and certainly not 5 star level. Wanted to check in at 2:30 but were told check in is at 3pm only.. went ahead and checked out the property by ourselves and were approached by a receptionist who told us the room was ready, so we told her we'll get back to her. 20mins later we go to reception to pick up the key for our room and were escorted to the villa only to realize the luggage was still at reception and would be 'delivered later'. Not acceptable, but ok no big deal. Once inside the villa the receptionist asked us when we'd like to have turn down service... ha? Weird.. We ordered room service once (two salads) and the tray that was delivered included 2 salads, 2 forks and 2 spoons and 1 napkin (??), no bread, no butter no water, no flowers.. nothing. Definitely not 5 star quality. Food was very disappointing especially the breakfast buffet. Not enough variety and quality is quite bad, that's why we ate out most of the time. It's a pity since the property itself is quite nice, but the service is bad and the food quality as well. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Andaz Pattaya Jomtien Beach, just 10 minutes further down the road. Price is the same but service and food are excellent!

We want to live here!

All the staff and the security guards were very nice. The design of the villa was cool and private. The pool inside the villa was warm. Their shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were so good comparing to what other hotels would give, I even bought the whole set to bring back home.🥰 In general, everything was super nice.

staff and manager is too bad and the food made poisoned from the food and I stayed the whole night at the hospital and it was the worst night in my life which it suppose to be one of the best day cuz it’s our anniversary and the didn’t help us or did it bother them self to do any thing

the architecture was great!

they cheapened the architecture a bit by adding these fake flower “pyramids” and lantern lights along glass railings. they also played lounge house music too loud, and had competing tracks you could hear at the main house pool (one track list at the pool competing with the bar track list)

Overpriced - High End Travelers will be disappointed. Basic Hotel.

The property offers a nice view.

The property is overvalued, the hotel fits into a hotel category of 2000-4000 THB per night. You don’t get what you pay for. The hotel is built with cheap materials which are not anywhere near a luxury level. The beds are not comfortable, the AC wasn’t working properly and needs urgently be maintained. The bathroom doesn’t have enough lightening, the towels are worn out, the toilet offers no privacy, the safe wasn’t working properly and the design concept is rather cheap / on a budget rather than luxury. The food quality specially the breakfast is at a standard level which you’ll find in three star hotel and overall the service is also on that level. Customers who expect to arrive at a luxury property priced at 15K - 80K THB per night will be highly disappointed. To summarize, this hotel doesn’t meet the expectations of high end travelers at all, the hotel meets the standard of a 2000-4000 THB per night hotel. An accommodation with that specs can’t be sold at this price range.
