Wonderful family condo & location!
4.9
This was hands down the best vacation rental property I have ever stayed at. The location to lift seven and the town of Telluride is so convenient. Having the grocery store located behind the condo was also amazing. This was the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen for a rental. Our family will definitely rent this unit again!

Thank you Terri
Great time and your place was beautiful.
Great location
4.9
We stayed 5 nights and the house was well appointed, perfect location and just the right size for out group of 5 adults. Steps from the ski lift and the grocery store. The house had all the necessities and was very comfortable. We would not change a thing.
4.9
We loved our stay in this condo. It was a very short walk to get on lift 7 each morning, and it was easy to get back home each afternoon. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of bathrooms for 6 people. Beds were very comfortable. Very convenient for walks to dinner too. We had initially planned to stay in Mountain Village, and we were so glad to be in town instead. The host was very responsive to our questions.
4.9
Great family space. 5 adults.
Location was perfect. Short walk to chair 7 that gets you up the ski mountain.
10 minute walk to town.
Close to grocery store.
Owners very communicative. Before / during visit.
Clean when we got there. Quiet. Lots of good cooking utensils / pots / pans etc.
very short walk to sauna and steam. Which we used almost every day.
We would def stay in this condo again.
4.9
We go to Telluride every summer but had never stayed in this unit. It was lovely. And the owners could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Plus, you can't beat the location. Would definitely recommend!
4.9
Cannot beat this location and the house is lovely. The owners are very responsive and kind. They take great pride in their beautiful home. However, We struggled with the master bedroom shower from beginning to end. There was NO hot water for the first two days. Once the property manager adjusted the boiler temp up to a normal hot temp, it was better but never stayed hot in the master shower. Hopefully the owners can take a look a this issue so this house can be perfect!

We rented this beautiful home during my daughter's Spring Break for a much anticipated Telluride ski vacation. We had a very luxurious stay in this beautiful, well-cared-for home which was stocked better than any rental I've stayed at, and everything worked! Located steps away from the community hot tub and steam room (which we desperately needed after hitting the slopes), and it was a short walk to the lift - not having to catch a shuttle was a dream for us.
After skiing, we relaxed and unwound in front of the fireplace with a few drinks and snacks. The kitchen was spacious & well-equipped for the meals we made. Did I mention the grocery store was also a quick walk through the complex?
Between the 3 levels, we had plenty of room and privacy when any of us wanted to break away for a quick nap. The steam shower in the master was a pleasant surprise. We had enough room to store our skis and gear so we weren't tripping over them.
The Galloping Goose shuttle stopped just outside of the parking lot and was so easy to catch when we jaunted downtown for dinner and shopping.
If we could rate the hosts they would get 5 Stars! Super nice, easy to get a hold of, and very responsive. We're planning another trip to Telluride in the summer and will rent this place again.
Super grateful - Brad, Lynne, Morgan & JT

Short walk to the lift and ski rental location. Excellent kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy living room. Great mattresses. Fully stocked grocery store next door. Handy parking.
Just what you're looking for.
4.9
Well kept , well appointed oasis. Everything you need is provided with top notch customer service. Property was immaculately clean , would definitely stay again

Our stay was wonderful! The home is located downtown Telluride and it’s just a short walk to a lift and the community hot tub. We had everything we needed to prepare meals in the kitchen and the living room was spacious enough for five adults. The hosts were very responsive during check in and even checked back in during our stay.
4.9
David and Terry are incredibly responsive and communicative to the check in process, any small problems and questions that you may have. You can tell that they actually know their property well and are invested in the community.
Plus, they were generous enough to provide kitchen staples and tools that actually work. We may be in the minority of guests that actually use and appreciate a well stocked kitchen but if this is important to your stay then this is the place for you.
4.9
We’ve skied in different places for 40 years, but this was the homiest, most well stocked, best laid out home we’ve stayed in. The lift was just across the street and the grocery store was a very short walk through the hallway of the lodge! The bus was great also!
We all had a fantastic time.
4.9
Excellent location and good layout for families. Responsive owners.
4.9
Great spot for a a summer trip to Telluride with the family. Plenty enough room to spread out and relax. Super convenient to Town, the Gondola and right next to Clark’s market. Kitchen is loaded with everything you need. The hosts were excellent as well! My only regret is not getting over to the Hot Tub…
4.9
Telluride may be the best ski resort in North America... it's certainly in the conversation. Gorgeous. Great skiing. Uncrowded. Big enough to explore for a week. Both times we've come, we stayed at Telluride Lodge (this and another property).
The location is great.
Short walk (~200 meters) to lift 7.
Short walk (~100 meters, mostly indoors) to groceries.
Half a mile to the center of town.
Kitchen has everything.
We get annoyed when ski properties don't have enough hooks and room for gear. This place had a great place to gear up with loads of hooks and places to stow ski gear.
It's worth noting two things that could have been better for anyone being really picky.
We did not get to use the porch because the door leading to it was broken and a note asked us not to open it. We had some warm afternoons where we'd have loved to sit outside. I think this has been an issue noted in past reviews. Hopefully there are plans to fix it.
There is also a closet downstairs near two of the bedrooms with water heaters that make a fair amount of noise intermittently. I thought someone had started a load of laundry at 3 am the first morning. Light sleepers in the non-master bedrooms might be annoyed.
Despite these minor inconveniences, this is a great place to stay. We stayed the last week of March and got a mix of warm sunshine and cool powder days. True beginners might be better off elsewhere, but anyone with a little skill can get down to the base of lift 7.
4.9
Communication with Terri was great!!! Location was perfect, two minute walk to lift and town was very close. Wish the patio door to the deck was in working order but you can access the deck from the outside… the condo was very spacious and quiet. The most well equipped kitchen in any vacation home we’ve ever stayed! Cheers to our hosts, we hope to rent again soon!
4.9
Stayed at this property for our family ski vacation for the second year in a row. Location is great, just a short walk to the lift and slopes, grocery store around the corner and a few blocks walk to downtown restaurants. Plenty of space to spread out in the unit and it was very well equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend this unit.
4.9
We had a great week at Telluride, and this was a really nice condo. The kitchen is very well equipped, and whether stocked by the owners or other renters, there was an abundance of seasonings, spices, and condiments. The living area was spacious and comfortable. Six adults easily dined at the fold-out table, and a couple more could have fit at the sizable kitchen island with bar stools.
Our only complaints are minor. The sliding door to the outside needs to be repaired, but I assume the owners are planning that since there was a note to close it gently. We stopped using it after a couple days because it's hard to lock. Outside the unit it would be nice if management paved a walkway to the door -- without snow cover the path gets muddy.
Overall, a wonderful unit we would gladly book again if we return to Telluride.
4.9
We stayed in this condo for the first time for a ski trip with 3 friends. We each had a separate bedroom and the amount of space and the accommodations were excellent. The condo was well stocked with linens, kitchen items, appliances, etc ... basically everything needed for a week long stay. We ate in the condo a few times and dined in local restaurants nearby a few times. The location is very good ... located across the street from the #7 lift, and about 15 minute walk to the gondola as well as downtown Telluride restaurants, shops, etc. The owners communicated well and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
4.9
Checkin was easy. Codes on entry. Took a minute or two to find but good. Condo is a little choppy with rooms on different floors. No view but don't really care when skiing. COndo was about a block from the ski lift (which was closed one day - gondola is a long walk in ski boots but there is a free shuttle that comes right in front of the condo). Kitchen is well appointed with pretty much everything you need to cook a meal. Fireplace is gas with a simple switch. In floor radiant heating is also a nice plus (less dryness). Master is small as was master bath but then again, you're not in Telluride to hang out in the BR. Only real complaint would be lack of lighting in the master. Was actually hard to find anything early morning or at night. That said, still gave 5 stars.
4.9
We enjoyed the location, the well stocked kitchen and the coziness! We had everything we needed. We would visit again. Thank you for sharing your home.
4.9
We came for the Telluride Film Festival and this property made our trip superb!! Every detail had been taken care of from hairdryers to coffee to condiments . Loads of towels and a washer and dryer ! The condo is a great size also - we loved staying here ! Thank you
4.9
My wife and I stayed here 7/14/21 - 7/28/21 and we had some friends (a couple) visit for 5 days during the middle of our stay. The condo is quiet, well stocked and clean. It’s in an excellent location with everything in town easily walkable. And the grocery store is only about 100 yards away! The outdoor area at the Telluride Lodge is spacious with nice views of the mountains. We used the gas grills scattered about the property and the two hot tubs were very nice too. The owner was excellent to deal with - very responsive and timely and easy to work with. The manual provided was very helpful on how things work in and around the condo and included some good recommendations for restaurants, eating, etc. Everything in the condo was in good working order. The condo is good for up to 4 adults - any more and it would’ve been tight. The eating area in the kitchen is small and requires a pull out table if there’s more than 2 people (2 people can eat at the kitchen counter). We enjoyed using the table and chairs on the deck but there was no umbrella to shield the hot afternoon sun and were forced to move inside sometimes. The owners really need to put an umbrella out there like most all of their neighbors have. Im sure you can find a way to store it in the Winter - perhaps down by the lower entrance and up with the bike that’s stored on a pulley. All in all a nice place that we would go back to in the future if we were to visit again.
4.9
We had a great time in Telluride. This unit is SUPER clean and is in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.
4.9
The location was great! We walked everywhere, including to the gondola, Bear Creek trail, and the town. The Bridal Veil Falls trailhead is a few miles away so we drove there. Also it was super close to Clarks grocery store which was convenient.
The condo was great and kitchen well stocked. It's a split level so there are a lot of stairs but we didn't have a problem with it. It has a nice deck and there are grills available on the property but we didn't use it because it rained a lot. There are TVs everywhere and they worked well. Washer dryer were nice.
Terri was very responsive and proactive in communicating and made the experience very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again.
4.9
We loved being able to walk out to shops and restaurants, the river (within a stone’s throw), great hikes, and all Telluride town has to offer. We cooked a little bit in the kitchen and had all we needed to do so; we made good use of the washer and dryer; and we sat on the deck for our in-condo dinners and stargazing afterward. Wi-do great for when we needed to work. Terri and Dave gave us tips and advice and were so helpful with recommendations. We adored our first trip to Telluride and hope to be back!
4.9
We rented this property for our family, totaling 7 this past month and had a great time. The home is well appointed with all the kitchen tools you can imagine and lots of extras. The downstairs entrance made it easy the store all our ski gear in one place and be able to use the bedrooms and main floor of the home for enjoying. The place felt more like a home than a typical VRBO rental. We’d definitely rent here again!
4.9
Perfect location for hitting the slopes, exploring town, or just hanging out by the cozy fire! Comfortable beds and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our family so enjoyed our stay ringing in the new year!
4.9
First of all the owners are the best and their place is just fantastic. You are across the street from Lift 7... and literally a 3 minute (mostly indoor) walk to Clark’s market. Our kids absolutely loved the location... In our book Cordell’s get 6 stars!
4.9
This spacious condo accommodated five adults very well. The unit itself is clean and beautifully decorated, with every modern convenience. The living room has a cozy sofa with a gas fireplace which keeps things warm and comfortable. We cooked several dinners in the well-equipped kitchen - no problems with any of the appliances. It would be hard to beat the location. We donned our gear and walked to Lift 7 across the street. The rental shop is right there, and you can pick up your lift tickets there as well. If the skiing back down to the base of Lift 7 is too challenging for some of your skiiers, they can download on request at the top.Only drawback of the condo is that the bottom floor of the tri-level can be a bit chilly, so you might have to use the quilt for sleeping. But we spent most of our time enjoying the top floor when we werent out skiing.Terri and Dave are gracious and easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and cozy property. We had 5 people and we're very comfortable. Short walk to town and the gondola. Great place to come back to after a day of skiing, hiking or shopping around town. Everything you could possibly need is there and Clark's market is only a 2 minute walk. We especially loved the steam shower in the master bathroom. The decor was beautiful, artwork really made the place special. Thanks Dave and Terri for offering your beautiful home. We had a memorable stay.

We've been going to Telluride for years for the film festival and have stayed nearly everywhere in town. This was, without doubt, one of the nicest, most convenient places we've stayed. Well furnished and very nicely kept, it has everything you need.
Couldn't be more positive.

We have stayed here several times for our Spring Break trips. The layout is perfect for a family with teenagers! All the kids can be DOWNSTAIRS!! Love having the easy access from outside into the mud room. The kitchen is fully equipped, which makes eating in a breeze. A grocery store is conveniently located next door to the condo complex, which makes shopping, and quick trips super easy via a very short walk. The condo is right across the street from Chair 7, which gives you full access to the skiing mountain. The condo is beautifully furnished, and we love staying here.

We stayed in this condo for one week. Skiing was fabulous ! The condo is conveniently located very close to lift and grocery store, less than 5 min walking for each. Also, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Condo was very nicely decorated, clean , warm and cozy ( thx to fireplace and heated floors ), and had plenty of space for us to feel comfortable. Kitchen is also well equipped . We would definitely stay here again !

What a great condo with plenty of room for the whole family, and extremely nice/accomodating owners to boot! Literally right across the street from Lift 7 and a few blocks away from the Gondola. The gourmet kitchen (with Viking appliances!) was a joy to cook in. The shared hot tub overlooking the ski runs was a good way to relax after hitting the slopes. A short walk into the middle of downtown Telluride and all the wonderful restaurants, shops, and bars! Didn't need our car the whole trip. Overall, a great stay in a very nicely appointed condo. ***Only downside is the master bedroom is right under shared access hallway to other condo units; no problem for me, but my wife is a light sleeper and was awoken a couple times by footsteps.
