A charming two bedroom, two bathroom condo in Santa Rosa Cove. Just steps from La Quinta Resort, put yourself in one of the Coachella Valley's finest locations for a month or more. You won't find a better value anywhere in the desert!
The Space:
Located on a greenbelt in the middle of Santa Rosa Cove, this two bedroom two bath condo has been freshly remodeled and is the best value you will find within walking distance to La Quinta Resort. The master suite has a king bed, flatscreen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV and a private bathroom with a combination shower/tub. There is an inflatable queen mattress providing sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people. A fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances has a breakfast table with seating for four. The kitchen opens to a spacious great room with a comfortable leather couch and chair, a large flat screen TV and a dining table seating six. The property has a two outdoor patios; one in a private front courtyard and one at the back of the property which contains a gas grill. Comfortable outdoor seating will allow you to bask in the warm desert sun year-round. A detached two car garage and driveway provides ample parking. The condo is a short-walk to a community pool and hot tub as well as a community tennis court. The main lobby of La Quinta Resort is only a 10 minute walk through a pedestrian gate adjacent to the driveway making the property a great alternative to multiple hotel rooms.
The Neighborhood:
Santa Rosa Cove is a community of single-story condominiums adjacent to La Quinta Resort. Guests will enjoy beautifully landscaped common areas/greenbelts; multiple community pools, hot tubs and tennis courts and 24 hour gated security. The Santa Rosa mountains rim the property providing dramatic views throughout the community. Most properties within Santa Rosa Cove are less than a 10 minute walk to the main lobby area of La Quinta Resort and golf clubhouse for the Mountain and Dunes courses. Old Town La Quinta and the Highway 111 shopping corridor are just a short drive.
La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

Guest Access:
California Vacation Villas provides guests with 24-hour contactless check-in and check-out through automated access. Guests will receive a door code specific to their stay 3 days prior to arrival. The code will activate at 4pm on the day of arrival and deactivate at 11am on the day of departure. Santa Rosa Cove is a gated community along and 24 hour security provides access through two gates to enter the community. The condos have attached two car garages with one parking spot in the garage available to guests. There are two additional spots in the driveway and street parking along Avenida Obregon and Calle Mazatlan. Guests should park in the garage, driveway or along the street in the direction of traffic and display the parking pass provided by security at all times. Garage doors should remain closed when not in use.
Getting Around:
Guests visiting the Coachella Valley can access a majority of the desert's attractions within 10-45 minutes by car. Ride share and taxis are available a majority of the time and are more readily available from November-April. Palm Springs International Airport is a 20-45 minute drive from most desert locations and Ontario and Los Angeles International Airport can be used as alternatives for air travel. Interstate 10 runs through the northern side of the Coachella Valley providing access to all desert cities from Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego to the west and Phoenix and Las Vegas to the east and north. A car is recommended for any extended stay in the area.

Occupant agrees to comply the following:
1. Guest to pay additional pet fee in the amount of $100.
2. All pets must comply with the following specifications:
a. May not exceed 50 lbs.
b. Must be at least 2 year(s) of age or older.
c. Must be spayed or neutered.
d. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm preventive is highly recommended.
3. All pets must be leashed at all times outside the Premises.
4. Guest is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse.
5. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
6. All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks present in this area and can cause
harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets.
7. Pet must not cause damage to premises or furnishings. If damages are caused, the cost of the damage will be charged to the occupants

8. Guest should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors.
9. Pet will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out. Pet will not be left unattended on balcony, patio, or porch.

We stayed here for a wedding in early November which I am told was off season. There was nobody else at our shared community pool and the pool (with hot tub) was so close (across the street). The pool & hot tub were very clean, the entire neighborhood is nicely landscaped & well maintained. This villa is not renovated but it was very clean, good layout, outdoor patio with nice table & chairs and working gas grill.
Steps from the LaQuinta Resort, walkable to golf course, full size washer & dryer, plenty of towels, easy to walk around the subdivision. We were very happy with this condo!

This could be a nice property if it was updated in the kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen doesn’t have good cooking materials and no coffee grinder! I love La Quinta I have rented serveral units I just won’t rent this one!!! Coming back in September a different unit

Gorgeous home safely tucked right behind La Quinta resort
Great 2 bedroom home in a safe gated neighborhood right behind the beautiful La Quinta resort. It's a short walk to the resort restaurant and the grounds are beautiful! Separate community pool with key provided. King bed and two twins in the two bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms. Clean and well organized checkin and checkout. A sweet welcome gift of some snacks/drinks in the fridge which was really appreciated! Nice cute patio next to a green stretch of lawn and easy parking. Plus there were bicycles! Also 2 car garage and driveway parking. Keyless entry made a late arrival super easy to check in. What a great find!

Lovely Condo - But Maybe Not the Best for Young Families
The strict check-in/check-out times were a bit frustrating as the cleaning crew didn't leave - per my request at 4pm on our check-in date. I'd also suggest leaving more coffee pods for guests - they left me 3 for a 3-day stay - as well as provide minor things like salt, pepper, sugar packets. The condo is adorable and very comfortable - however - I don't think the neighborhood is a good fit for young families. We felt quite uncomfortable at the community pool with the full-time residents not being happy with my children talking and playing at the pool. That was a shame because the location was fantastic.

From the range to the cabinets, the kitchen shows wear that needs to be improved. I would not recommend this unit unless the owners or management company makes improvements. The management company was easy to work with and had the living room carpet cleaned after I compalined that it was dirty. It should have been cleaned before our arrival.

Great Weekend Getaway
We drove in from San Diego for a weekend getaway and just loved this condo. It was clean, easy to find, and a nice size for our family of 4. We also brought our dog and he loved hanging out in the gated courtyard. It was safe and we had fun swimming in the pools. Highly recommend.

Looks like they replaced the trash compactor so the tile floor needed extra tiles to fill in the gap. It was just sitting on the concrete. Carpet was dirty and rippled. We were so excited to stay here as we are thinking of buying one of these condos and wanted to check it out. Our experience was ruined because of how dirty the place was. Even my 10 year old son commented on how dirty it was. This was the dirtiest VRBO we've ever stayed in yet we are going to be charged for it to be cleaned. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Extremely disappointed. I never write reviews but wanted guests to know it's worth spending the extra 50.00 to 100.00 per night to stay somewhere else. Pictures online look way better than it is in person. We will never stay here again. I never write reviews but this condo was so misleading, I thought I should share as it really isn't fair to the person renting. With Covid, cleaning fees have risen so much but this seriously looked like they don't clean it.

Located right next to the La Quinta resort, so it made our morning and evening walks exceptional around the villas with the beautifully kept grounds and activities going on. Coffee shop and market just walking minutes away.
The condo was clean, comfortable and functional, would definitely stay again.

Santa Rosa Cove Delight IS a true delight!
My family's stay at Santa Rosa Cove Delight was fantastic. We were in town for a family event and opted to rent this condo in lieu of staying with family. It was an excellent decision. This condo was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The condo and the property were very clean. The property was also very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was fully loaded with all of the dishes and cooking utensils we needed. We didn't get to use the BBQ this time around but intend to when we come back. The wifi was interrupted but a text to California Villa Rentals was promptly responded to with instructions on how to resolve it. It turned out that my son inadvertently disconnected the plug to charge his phone. The response was quick and was resolved easily. The proximity to stores and restaurants was great. Old Town La Quinta was a short drive away. The service exceeded my expectations from the initial online booking to the easy checkout process! I look forward to returning and staying again at SRC Delight and trying out the trails that are down the road from the condo. I love it here!! Thank you CA Rental Villas for making it a great experience and cheers to the owners that provide such a lovely place to stay!! We look forward to coming back again soon!!

Met our small family needs
Nice, clean condo. Perfect for our mini getaway, though I wish we booked this place for more days! We loved the small courtyard in the front of the house, with the shaded tree that allowed us to enjoy being outdoors without the worries of f having the sun beam directly in us. Walking distance to the community pool, which we used each day.
Kitchen is some what small and the set up doesnt allow for good flow of air, especially when you're cooking. We had to open windows for air flow.
Overall, we loved our stay.
