About this house rental

The house is the only ocean front house that sits on a double lot on the non-driving section of the beach. Built in 1936 the house embraces the history of Saint Augustine and old Florida Charm. The house is constructed of local cypress wood and contains the original floors. The house has a TV in every one of its 4 bedrooms (cable and wifi), a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), washer and dryer, a large pool and plenty of parking. The kitchen is fully stocked. House has linens and towels as well.

Perfect FL cottage on the beach. Beautiful sunrises & the beach is quite entertaining but definitely family oriented. Blue Dolphin was a treasure. So glad we found it. Hoping to return again.

Our family came from Michigan to St Augustine to get some warmth. Brads beach home did not disappoint! It was spacious enough for myself, husband and 3 little kids as well as my mom and brother who joined us. Not having to pack up beach toys, coolers, etc in the car was amazing it was just a few short steps to the beach. Brad was an outstanding host and we would certainly come back. Thank you, Brad!

The home is quite spacious, but it has a lovely cozy vibe. Lots of items for the beach and pool that we’ve always lugged on vacation, are provided by the owner (beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, pool toys, beach towels). This is the first time we were able to take our dogs on vacation with us, and we all loved the memories we were able to make. We definitely will rent again!

This beach house was perfect in so many ways for our family. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. We enjoyed walking right out onto the beach and then returning to jump in the pool. In the evenings we walked to dinner and ice cream. We will definitely return !!!!!

Brad was great to work with. Over all cleaning could use a little work. Lots of dog hair. Master bedroom is great but it is the only room that has an ocean view. Kids loved the pool and the beach area was also very nice.Everything turned out very good just disappointed that the only view of the ocean was from the master.

With super helpful and communicative hosts, plenty of amenities to ease the stay and a spectacular beachfront location with spacious pool and wrap around deck, we soaked up all the sun, fun and adventures St Augustine had to offer. With a rustic charm on a private road, we thoroughly enjoyed playing in the pool, hanging on the deck and exploring the beach/ ocean right out our front door. It didn’t disappoint and made our reunion more splendid. Highly recommend this location, host and niche along the northern Atlantic of FL. A hidden gem with its close proximity to the historic downtown as well.

We were able to book this beautiful house at the last minute for my son's 16th birthday. The boys had a great time at the beach surfing most of the day then hanging out in the pool! This property had all the boxes checked for us. Plus the host Brad is Awesome and super helpful! We will be staying again!!

This house was exactly as advertised...warm, cozy, and hearing the constant, crashing waves of the ocean at night while lying in bed, after a long exhausting day of lying on the beach with toes in the wonderful, warm sand, was the perfect end to each day. The beach and ocean is literally just over the sand dunes right behind the back yard - a stone's throw away. The totally unobstructed view of the ocean from the second floor balcony off the master bedroom is a million dollar view! It is best enjoyed with a cup of coffee each morning watching the sun rise over the ocean! The swimming pool is kept very clean and although the water was still a little chilly for February, I swam every inch of it and thought about how warm and lovely this water would be in another couple months!!! Located close to anything you want to do in Saint Augustine, this home is the perfect getaway!

I wish we could keep this place a secret, we cant imagine a better house or location for our vacation. The inside has the old Florida charm, the outside is to die for. Plenty of room for everyone, beautifully furnished, and just a walk over the dunes for the beach! The owner was genuinely nice. We just loved the place and can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I stayed with our two daughters, their husbands, two grandsons under 3, and a dog. The house was perfect for our needs. The beach is right there so no need to haul a bunch of crap there when you can just walk back to the house in less than a minute. The pool was a fantastic place to chill out after a day in the sun. House came with everything we needed and so we never unpack things like beach chairs and umbrellas. Brad, the host, was very responsive. The biggest surprise was how quiet the house was! One family in our group arrived at 3:00am with an infant and nobody even heard them come in. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our second year staying here, and it is a great spot on the beach with a pool, and is walking distance to restaurants and ice cream stores. Brad, the property manager, was always helpful for any concerns or questions. We will book again.

We stayed last week and had an amazing stay! You literally walk out the back yard and over a small dune and the beach is right there! The view from the Master Suite is gorgeous! Brad was very Kind and responsive to any questions that we had- The kitchen has everything you need including a well stocked spice cabinet! There are so many places within walking distance as well! We ordered groceries via Script from Publix and they were delivered within 2 hours!- Overall this was a dream spot and the only thing that would have made it better was a heater on the pool- It was early April and the pool is large but it did warm up to 78! Thank you for letting us stay with you!

We had a wonderful stay here while we celebrated our parents 50th wedding anniversary. The highlight was being right in the beach and being able to access it so quickly. We enjoyed long walks and spent hours sitting on beach chairs chatting. The beach is beautiful! The house is cozy and well equipped and was the perfect beach cabin. Super close to all that St. Augustine has to offer!

Great home for a family to rent. It had everything we needed to make a family vacation complete. It was nice to be able to use the provided beach chairs and sand toys and walk right outside to the amazing beach. Highly recommend this home for any family looking for a great Saint Augustine experience! We will be back for sure.

This property is extremely comfortable and casual. It is directly on the water with easy access to the beach. It is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We were not able to use the pool because of the cool weather, but it is beautiful. We liked that the property was fenced in.

This was an outstanding getaway for my family and friends. The property was extremely clean upon arrival and provided us with all of the necessary amenities. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views from the master bedroom. I wholeheartedly recommend this location for any extended family vacation.

This home was charming and had a wood cottage feel. The owners were very hospitable and responsive to our needs. It’s in a great location, right on the water with beautiful views and close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There was a storm during our stay, so the internet cut out, but luckily we had our mobile mifi so we can still work remotely. But the owners did their best to get comcast out quickly to resolve the issue. Would def like to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the large pool!

The place was great, everything we were hoping for. The owner was responsive and helped answer the couple questions we had. The pool and backyard area was great for spending time with friends. Beach access is right out of the backyard and the beach is huge. This will definitely be on our list for future trips.
