About this house rental
Courtside 105 is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Queen bed in master bedroom, queen and twin in bedroom 2, living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Two & Half Baths, Flat Screen TV's, Wireless Internet and many upgrades.

This was the second time we have stayed at this property and loved it. Just be sure to read the FULL rental agreement because check-in at 4 PM really means between 4 and 6 PM in the fine print.

Bath towels soiled & dingy, cobwebs and bugs in window tracks, patio furniture dirty and broken, overall cleanliness was poor, dusty furniture throughout, dresser drawers didn’t work, tub surround had soap scum.

The unit is plenty big and it’s nice overlooking the pool. The proximity to the beach is terrific and the rental credit from the leasing office made weekly bike rental free. The kitchen had most of what I needed (a baking sheet & sharper knives would have be a welcome addition) The bedrooms were a nice size - the queen bed in the room facing the parking lot squeaks like maybe something detached? But my son can sleep through anything, so it wasn’t an issue for him. The unit was quiet, clean, and comfortable. THANKS We’ll be back!

Great location within walking distance to beach. Near all the must-haves including dining, shopping and grocery stores plus a quick drive to SeaPines attractions and golf.
The condo is a bit dated and could be cleaner but overall we had a great visit and would recommend for a quick Hilton Head vacation.

The condo was in walking distance to beach and restaurants. Beach access was a block away.
We usually stay further up on the island and this was a nice change being able to walk to many places. The townhome overlooks one of the pools. Nice and convenient.

This was our first time at HHI! We loved our stay here, it was exactly like the pics! Location was great! So close to lots of activities and restaurants! Only a 7 min walk to the beach which was very convenient!! The condo was very accommodating with all the essentials! Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed Courtside 105! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped. The pool was amazing and so conveniently located just outside our door! Public beach access was right down the street, 5 min walk. We will definitely book again! Book directly from Seashore Vacation Inc! $250 credit toward beach gear from VKay Gear was included with our stay, we got bikes delivered and picked up which was so convvineient!

Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Loved the proximity to the beach and access to the pool. Everything was comfortable. I wish there was a complex MAP showing both pools (we didn't know there was a second pool until we talked to a resident at VanDeMeer). She also told us we had beach access at the end of the street inside of going all the way down to Coligny. Those would be nice additions to have in the welcome packet. Overall, wonderful stay and we would book again.

Our stay in court side 105 was very enjoyable. It was very clean, overlooking the pool area and very relaxing. Close walk or bike ride to cologny beach. Seashore vacation rentals was quick to respond to my message. We enjoyed days at folly and coligny beach and sea pines is a must see. Would highly recommend!

Lovely, well furnished condo, but it could have been cleaner. The location was great, tons of restaurants within walking distance. The beach was a short walk away. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, but there was only salt and pepper left in the cabinets for your use. The view from the little deck overlooking the pool was great, looked so tropical with the beautiful foliage and palm trees. Friendly people at the pool too.
The tiny deck was very dirty, had to sweep up a pile of dirt and sand and wipe down chairs before I sat down. Would stay again.

Visiting family.
We try to come to the island at least once a year to visit family. Out of all the rentals we have had this one was disappointing. I had to borrow pots and pans from family just to cook a meal because place had literally a skillet the size big enough to cook one egg in. The bedroom with queen and twin bed are so uncomfortable floor sleeping probably would have been just as good. We also had to call to have beds checked for bugs because my husband and I were waking up to bites every morning. They found no bugs but told us it could be no see ums. I read in some other reviews about the ceiling fan not working in 2nd bedroom and that was reported couple years ago and still does not work. So we went and bought a cheap floor fan for my husband that needs a fan to sleep. Curtains in 2nd bedroom are so stained they look like they came out of a horror movie. Everything other than these things place was decently clean, location to the pool was awesome, parking was easy, spacious, and quiet.

It was a nice resort. The condo was a bit dated, but it just needs minor updates. There is an odor, which is probably due to age of the property. There’s room for several guests and it’s a short drive to the free beach parking!

Lots of wonderful pool and beach time. 12 minute walk to Colygny Plaza where you will find restaurants and shopping. All meals were excellent. Everything in condo worked fine but the place could use a coat of paint. Otherwise fine

This property is in a great location and beach access is very close by (5 minute walk). We found that the property is in need of a refresh. The storm door didn't close, one of the ceiling fans did not work and the mattress in the master bedroom has a dip in it and very uncomfortable. The kitchen needs a set of cookware. There was a total of two pan, one skillet and one saucepan.

We enjoyed a few nights recently at this lovely villa. The savings are well worth the short walk across the street to the beach. The unit needs just a few tweaks to be A+: the stove drawer is broken; the cable TV kept freezing and dropping its signal; a few beach items in the lockup outside would be helpful like other owners provide. But we'll stay here again :)
