About this apartment rental
This condo has comfortable furnishings for your Vacation stay! New Tile floors throughout, Contemporary lighting fixtures and Modern Decor & Furniture. The 6th floor offers an awesome ocean beach front view from the living room balcony. Master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd Guestroom has queen size beds while the 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin size beds. There are 2 full baths, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, LCD in the living area. No need to pack heavy. You will find almost everything you could possibly need - - beach chairs, beach toys, blender, dishes, ironing board w/iron, blow dryer, towels, and linens... You name it and we've provided it for your enjoyment. There is even a full washer and dryer in the unit. You will have free WIFI as well. Yes we have a elevator at the Sandcastles and the Sandcastles has outside surveillance cameras.
The pool is open from 9:30 am to 10 pm. Please note: if the outside temperature gets below 60 the pool will be shut down till the outside temp go’s back up above 60. Pool hours may change at anytime.

This property is absolutely amazing! The view from room #609 is breathtaking! I will only stay here every time I visit from now on. The owner is so nice and helpful with any accomodations you need, but I can assure you you won't need any thing if you stay there. Fully stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend this condo!

When we come back to Cocoa Beach I hope this property is available. Very well maintained and appointed condo with a beautiful view. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals to eat on the patio looking at the ocean. The condo is clean and doesn't feel run down like many rental units do. Keith was easy to communicate with and checked in to ensure everything was good. Thank you for a great week!

This was a wonderful experience. Much bigger than expected. Pool is beautiful and well maintained. Extremely easy to get settled and comfortable as if it were our own house.

Everything about this rental was 5 star! Exactly as advertised a perfect space for our group. Watched a launch from the spacious balcony, many walks on the beach, close to restaurants and plenty to do. Communication was great and check-in was super easy. Will stay here again when the opportunity arises wish we could have stayed longer this time!

This condo was perfect for us. Spacious. Beautiful tropical themed furniture. Spectacular view of the ocean. Great walking beach and it’s not crowded. We watched the sunrise from our porch everyday. Awesome location. A short drive to Cape Canaveral. We ate at a restaurant at Port Canaveral and watched cruise ships’ send-off. We watched SpaceX’s rocket launch from our porch. We would definitely go back.

I wish we could have done a month. It was great. The room was huge. It was clean. Very happy with our choice. We had an unfortunate problem with the refrigerator when it wouldn't cool, and Keith got us a new one in a day.

We had a blast !! The condo was everything it was advertised to be and more. Lots of additional beach stuff for those that happen to arrive without theirs !! Very clean & well equipped.

Clean condo with parking, pool and beach all right there! Condo had everything we needed. Entire rental was as advertised and great communication with Keith, our contact person. We would stay here again.

The condo unit was the perfect size for our family. Extremely comfortable and clean. Great balcony/oceanfront views; even saw a rocket launch. From the location/ease of access/convenience/communication with Keith who managed the property/down to the paint scheme, we could not have asked for a more enjoyable and relaxing weekend. Even when we could not find a bar of soap for the shower, within minutes two bars of soap were left at the front door. Other than the bars of soap, we lacked for nothing else during our stay; condo is fully stocked with whatever you might need. Restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, and beach outfitting stores are all close by. We hope to be able to stay here again in the near future.

From the minute we walked in to the condo we were pleased with what we saw. It was exactly like the pictures shown on VRBO. Everything you could want was in there. The owner, Keith, checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed and if we had any questions. We have never had that kind of service from a condo we rented before. Thank you, Keith

Amazing property with gorgeous ocean views! Enjoyed the sight and sounds of the waves every day of our stay! All the beach amenities, close to shopping and restaurants, nice pool, and fantastic beach access. Keith was great to work with as well. Condo was spacious for our family of four and appreciated by all!

We've stayed at Sandcastles several times and love it here. It has a very nice beach, pool, and is convenient to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment nearby.
The condo was beautifully decorated with nice comfortable furniture, very clean, and updated appliances. The condo was decorated more like a home. This condo is a 3-BR unit and all of the beds were comfortable. The unit was just as described in the listing. We found no surprises when we arrived. We really loved the view from this beach facing condo.
The kitchen was very well stocked and very nice size for a family. The dining table was nice with 4 chairs. We were able to use a chair from the LR for our 5th person.
The bathrooms were very nice with updated showers and plenty of outlets. The master bathroom shower was very nice and was very spacious.
The only issue we had was a fire alarm chirping when we arrived. We called the manager late at night (about midnight). He promptly helped us and was very pleasant doing so.
Our family really enjoyed this condo and we would highly recommend it to anyone.

First time in FL and we were not disappointed! The condo was big enough for the 6 of us not to feel cramped with nice bedrooms, a big living area and well stocked kitchen. Beautiful sunrises, an amazing view of the ocean from the spacious balcony and super easy access to get down to the beach with the elevator and stairs right there. Bonus while we were down of having a great view of the rocket launch! Communication was open with Keith from the time I booked through the entire stay; he was very helpful with checking in when we arrived, quick with responding when there was a question and helping us out after we left some stuff in a drawer. We will definitely be staying here when we can make it back down to Cocoa Beach from WI!

Launch of the spacex
This was an unexpected bonus. Fantastic view of the rocket going into orbit. Loved the beach and views. Perfectly located for what we needed. Had fun and lots of sun and relaxation. Would do it again.

My family regularly visits the east coast a few times a year and we decided to stay at this condo for the first time. Wow, what a treat! The condo is very nice and super clean. It had an amazing views from the inside or you could enjoy them from the wrap around balcony. The host did a great job of communicating with us and making sure that we had everything we needed. In fact, the condo is extremely well appointed with all the kitchenware, toys, chairs, boogie boards, rolling coolers and just about anything that you might want for your beach vacation. We will certainly be staying here again!
