About this house rental
Sea Salt is a 5 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home located on the private Sunnyside beach. Our home has three stories, with a large third story patio with fantastic unobstructed ocean views. Easily watch your family on the beach while you relax on the covered patio. The bottom floor features a very large private outdoor shower with a rain shower, large covered and screened patio, a bunk room with a total of 2 bunks (3 twins and 1 full), another bedroom with one full-size bed, a full bathroom with with a stand up shower, a small living room with a 55 inch TV and an oversize two car garage that has been converted into a game room. The game room has ping pong, shuffle board and darts. Stained concrete floors and a private bath make it a great place for kids. We also have a full-size washer and dryer and extra fridge located in the basement.
The second story of the home features a large open kitchen, living room with a 65 inch RUKU TV, full bathroom with a tub and detachable shower head, and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two queen beds. The second story also a bar stools in the kitchen, and a six person table in the kitchen. Directly off of the kitchen and living room is a large sun room, that spans the entire length of the home. The sunroom has a dining room table with enough to seat 14, and a relaxing area with a set of chairs to relax.
The third story features an oversized master bedroom, covering almost the entire top story. It has a king size bed, large master closet, and a large master shower, featuring two 60 inch vanities, separate toilet area and a large 5 foot by 5 foot walk in shower. The third story also has a loft area and a large covered patio, with fantastic beach views and gorgeous sunsets.
We have a fully fenced in back yard, perfect for pets and gatherings. This home features seven living spaces which includes two covered patios (top floor and bottom), two living rooms (middle floor and bottom), a sun-room (middle floor), a large game room and a loft (top floor). Plenty of room for large gatherings, family reunions or weddings.
Our home as a total of Four TV's. We have 300mps Comcast/Xfinity high speed internet. We dont have a cable package, but we do offer Philo streaming, as well as all TV's are smart TV's.

Located on the very west end of Panama City beach, the road in front of our home is only a two lane, and very easy to cross to the beach. You are within 30 steps to the beach, with a beach entrance directly in front of our home.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was convenient to everything and across from the beach. Had plenty of space. Would definitely stay there again.

Sea Salt is well setup for families with members of all ages. The outdoor balcony and indoor seasonal area have serene views of the ocean and a lot of time was spent at both of these locations. The master suite is perfect. My teenage son and his friend spent much time in the game room garage. The backyard was great for our furbabies and we are forever grateful that we were able to take our 2 furbabies and our daughter also brought her 2 furbabies - many properties only allow 2 furry guests - but these owners understand that they are family and that was a primary reason we had chosen this property. Kitchen and living area are roomy. Everything is as pictured in the listing. The extra ice machine and fridge in the garage were a bonus and well utilized. The beach access is right across from the house and the private beach is not crowded at all which we loved as we always look for less crowded beaches. Sea Salt is the perfect place for a family beach get away. Sunnyside Beach is relaxing and only steps away. We will be back!

We have taken 3 family vacation the last 6 years and this home was by far the best of the three homes we stayed in. Great location, very near to the beach, plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 children, and Steven was fantastic to deal with. The first day there, the master bathroom shower drain was draining very slowly and the second refrigerator/freezer in the garage was not cooling. Within 6 hours he had a new refrigerator/freezer installed and the drain issue resolved. Very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay in this house most of all because we could see right to the beach and only had to cross the street to get there. The house was roomy and comfy. Even with 4 couples sharing, the kitchen was easy to share with lots of room. There was plenty of seating and two porches where we could hang out and enjoy the view. We loved the big windows, comfortable beds, nice size bathrooms and game room. I highly recommend this house!

Our group of 4 adults and 6 teens had a fantastic spring break trip at your home. The location was ideal. It was quiet as it is a few miles west of the Panama City strip and we loved the proximity to the beach (the entrance to Sunnyside Beach is steps away). We were back and forth from beach to home throughout the day. The owner was quick to respond to our inquiry about a missing stand up paddle board - he brought a new one over the next day. The home was clean and had plenty of seating throughout. The garage turned game room was a hit - especially on 2 very windy, cooler days. We appreciated the ability to host a BBQ with other friends who were staying nearby. Thank you for a great place for our spring break trip. We had a great week at Sunnyside.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were wonderful for our family of twelve ranging in age from 11 to 87. Each evening was highlighted with dinner around the large table on the upstairs porch/veranda overlooking the gulf with the beautiful sunsets!

The house was very roomy with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The second-floor enclosed porch was perfect to sit at the big table and watch the ocean even if the weather did not comply. The third-floor balcony was very relaxing and open so you could hear the waves. The fenced in back yard was perfect for my 2 fur babies. We had great communication with the owner, and he was wonderful. There were kayaks we didn't use available, and the ground level double garage was converted into a rec room. There was foosball, ping pong table and darts. And a second refrigerator in the rec room. Everything you could want and more. The 3rd level master suite was huge with a nice big walk-in shower and a huge walk-in closet. The beach was right across Front Beach Road and the access to the beach was right across the road. The beaches were filled with white sand and there were numerous shells to be had. The kitchen is large with an island for more counter space. We will definitely be staying here again. Don't think i would find a better place with all the accommodations in Panama City. Our stay was perfect!!!

Property was spacious with a million dollar view. The enclosed porch was a great place for our family to gather, eat, and play games. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely rent this property again. We have been to PCB for 4 years now and nothing has compared to this place. If we could give this place 10 stars, we would.

We stayed here with a big group and there was enough room for everyone. The beach is steps away and was very convenient along with the view of the ocean from the house which was so pretty! The owners got back right away if we texted them and the listing is exactly how the house looked! It is also close to the pier park and lots of restaurant. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would rent from them again in the future!

We met up with parents, and 2 adult daughters + husbands for Thanksgiving week. Our group included 3 dogs. The space worked out perfectly for us - especially the large sized table on the porch, which is where we ate most dinners. The fenced in backyard was great for the dogs. The beach access was great. We did early morning walks on the beach, where we had the beach to ourselves. The grocery store is a 5 min drive, and we found some nice/fun restaurants and brew pubs in the Seaside area. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with cookware - even for a Thanksgiving dinner. :-)

Awesome house and location for quiet week near PCB.
Location was awesome and beach hardly had people on it. Beach access is directly across from house so easy walk. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We had two families of 4 and a set of grand parents. We put the kids downstairs with adults on level 2 and 3. Would definitely come back again

Location, location, location!
Great house, great views, and a very short walk to the beach (good for old legs)! Just across the street with unobstructed views of the beach from both decks and the sunroom. The sunroom was our favorite gathering place as the large table was perfect for eating and playing games, or just relaxing in the chairs while looking out over the beach. Steven was very prompt and attentive in responding to our queries. Lots of space and a fun game room to boot! Would stay here again in a second, fun times!

Family Vacation
Location, location, location! The beach is across the street and so quiet. The house was perfect for us, our kids and grandkids. Lots of room, water toys and loved that we could take our dog with us. Convenient to grocery stores and shopping. We will be back!

Perfect location and exactly as described
We had a wonderful time at this gem of a house and hope to come back! There was plenty of space, the kitchen was well-stocked, there were many sand toys and chairs for the beach and the kids (and adults!) enjoyed the game room. But the best was the location - directly across the street from a quiet beach access. When we weren’t at the beach, we enjoyed the beautiful views of the beach from the porches and loft.

Awesome Beach Front House!
I cannot say one bad thing about this house. We had a group of 15, and it fit everyone comfortably and there was plenty of space. The beach access was great, with a private beach right across from the house. Kayaks and paddle boards were awesome to have and everyone enjoyed using them. The checking in/out process was easy and the owner always responded with any questions I had very quickly. There was plenty of towels and extra necessities in the kitchen as well. We all had a great time and could not have picked a better location or house to spend the week together. I would definitely recommend renting for a beach trip!!

Great location, great house, and beautiful private beach with short walk across the street. The house looks like the pictures. The views from the house are spectacular. This was our 1st family trip to PCB and it turned into a wonderful trip. We will definitely stay here our next trip to PCB. Thank you!

Nice property. It is located away from big condos so beach across the street is not over crowded. The biggest issue was that there needs to be mirrors in all bedrooms. Made it difficult for the ladies in the group to get ready.

Everything was great except for many of the beds
It was a great place to stay except for the beds. Everyone, except my wife and I in the master bedroom, complained that their beds were noisy and uncomfortable and they had trouble sleeping - that is four adults ( 40's ) and two children ( 6 & 10 ). It's a shame that we would not stay there again unless the bed problem is fixed.

Thank you!! We enjoyed our stay, house was plenty big enough and was glad to have a fenced yard for our pup. Great views and short walk to beach. Bunk room beds are for kids, not too comfy for adults. We will definitely recommend and be back if available when we vacation.

80th Birthday/ college graduation
We had wonderful time . The house was clean and very roomy. I was able to get a quick response from owners whenever I had any questions. The ocean was gorgeous and so were the sunsets. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed and more!
We had such a great time. There was more than enough room for our group of 15, including 9 teenagers!!! And 3 fairly large dogs!
Communication with the owners was easy, fast, and efficient.
I don't thinkI heard a single complaint from anyone in the group. The house is all ceramic tile so sand was easy to sweep up. The back yard has a full privacy fence that the pups loved! The game room has shuffleboard, darts, and ping pong. The 2nd story porch is enclosed and also has a section that is completely outdoors for grilling. The 3rd floor balcony is partially enclosed, but no windows. Open just enough to hear the waves. This was probably my favorite place in the whole house. A great place for some morning yoga and a cup of coffee.
The house is equipped with plenty of beach toys, a cart to help you wheel out all your stuff to the beach, a cooler, 5 or 6 beach chairs, 2 kayaks (although- i don't recommend using the orange one on a day with strong waves....there is an opening in front that allows water in, and it sunk! It took 4 of us to get it and one member from our group back to the shore! On a calm day, this probably wouldn't be an issue. But the yellow one seemed a little more sealed up) 2 body boards, and several boogie boards.
There is plenty to do, and the private beach access was right in front of the house so all you have to do is cross the street and you're there! We spent all day at the beach then made dinner most the evenings at the house, which was equipped with more than enough supplies to cook and serve 9 teens 3 adults and 3 kids.
The house is 5 minutes away from the Carousel Grocery store, 15 min from Pier Park, and 10 min from Gulf World. Close enough to enjoy all the things Panama City Beach has to offer, but far enough to be secluded from some of the spring break craziness.
The private beach is just that....PRIVATE! We went during the absolute busiest time of the year and were able to stretch out on the beach and hardly ever cross paths with anyone else. It was truly amazing.
I hope to be able to return soon!

Great Experience overall. Amanda and Steven we’re always quick to communicate and made sure we didn’t need anything. The house was very clean and accommodated everyone comfortably. It’s perfect for family and friends with ping pong and shuffleboard tables to keep you entertained. Take one of the multiple Kayaks or paddle boards to the beach and go out exploring to the nearby sandbar! The location is great; away from all the crowds but right in front of the ocean making it easy to go to and from the house and beach. Grocery store and food options are a 5 min drive away too. Definitely check this one out you won’t regret it!

Perfect for multiple families
We absolutely loved this place. It was a short walk to the beach and only about a 20 minute drive to everything downtown PCB. The beach wasn’t crowded since you are away from all of the condos. The house was huge. We stayed with 4 adults, 4 kids and a big dog and could have easily fit a third family very comfortably.

Family beach vacation
We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property was clean, a short walk to the beach and had lots of room to spread out. There was an issue with the oven and the owner had it replaced within hours. A great experience all around. I hope we can return soon.

Unbelievable Getaway
Our group needed a relaxing trip to escape work and Sunnyside delivered and then some. It is without question a location we will save and use again. Beach access right across the street, beautiful views of the ocean from the balconies. It is everything you could ever want in a vacation home.

Anniversary celebration
The house was wonderful and had all the amenities we needed. Right across the street from beach. Full access to watch the waves and enjoy that cup of coffee from the third story balcony. Pet friendly. More beds than we needed. It is about a 20 minute drive from some of the “tourist” attractions. This was fine by us. Quiet beach without jet skis interrupting. We saw sting rays right in front of us. Owners were very friendly and attentive. They also own the cottage behind which is perfect for large family gatherings. We would definitely stay here again.
