Stayed 4 nights at the property and loved it! The Villa is about 15-20 minutes drive to Vaitape village on a north side of the island with great views from the balcony. We rented a car to get around and explore the island as it would be difficult without it due to the Villa location.

First off, Pierre was a great host. The information he provided on activities, recommendations, little hacks really helped us hit the ground running. We had an awesome time on the island. He provided kayaks, which we didn’t take advantage of, but is such a huge plus being literally a stone’s throw from the shore. I wish I had an extra day just to do that.
The place: you’re 10-12 minutes from Vaitape, which is a blessing of a buffer because it gets really, really bogged down in people/car traffic. I know, you’re in Bora Bora, what’s there to complain about? But it was nice to feel removed from all of that in a well located place with a killer view.
The house was well provisioned with everything you would need to stay in, make a meal or just chill. The balcony is huge and has a direct line of site to the sunset, so that’s what we did most evenings before hitting the town or restaurants. Bedrooms have air conditioning and made our nights comfortable and restful.
Awesome place! Many thanks to Pierre for the stay!

Property offers great views of Bora Bora sunsets. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony and drinks in the evening. The kitchen has all the appliances we like from the US. There is A/C but only in the bedrooms and so the living room and kitchen get very warm during mid day. The bedrooms stay very cool for sleeping. The condo is very clean and well maintained. If you rent a standard car, be aware of the steep driveway to park. We would recommend an automatic car for this rental. Also you will get a 6am wake-up call from the roosters every morning, but we were up for the sunrise and so it really didn't bother us. We would recommend the condo for those who don't want to pay Bora Bora resort prices. We enjoyed our stay.

Our entire experience with host Pierre was easy and well managed. There are great views of the lagoon and the passing boats, with a gentle breeze, from the balcony but the AC in the bedrooms is a must for good sleeping here. The hillside compound of bungalows is perfectly manicured by the daily gardener, and is a 15 minute drive from the main village of Vaitape. This is where the ferry/local supermarkets/shops mostly are, so you need a rental car. The beaches are a 20 minute drive, but driving is easy here. You can swim just across the street from the bungalow, or enjoy great snorkeling after a 10 minute walk to the left of the property. The activities are FANTASTIC (snorkeling, diving, jet ski, boat tours) and are led by FUN local guides. Don’t miss the 2 local food trucks RIGHT across the street from the church in Vaitape-schawarma to the left, and the best marinated and sashimi fish platter to the right! Yum! This property is one of the best quality/price places you will find in Bora Bora!!!

Pierre's villa is wonderful. He is very helpful and kind. The property is clean and tidy and appropriately equipped. I only wish we had more time here in paradise.

What a wonderful home to stay in for 2 weeks. What is in the photos is what is the reality. A fabulous location which was made better by the large deck, so many hours just enjoying the view. Everything is there for a wonderful stay.
Pierre was very responsive to any communications and check-in and check-out were easy.
We hope to be back very soon.

Excellent property with stunning views over the lagoon. Much appreciated the prompt and clear communications between the owner and ourselves. The description of the property is very accurate. A little way out of town so you do need a car but great for a long term
Stay or even (as we did) just a few nights. Thank you Pierre. It was great !!

Communication with the owner of this beautiful property was simply first class from the very beginning. We received extremely detailed information with pictures and useful tips. Check-in was very smooth. The apartment itself can only be described as paradise itself. The views from the extensive balcony are simply stunning. The kitchen has everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable and there are 2 supermarkets within a 10 minutes drive away. Bring your duty-free allowance, as alcohol prices here are high! The beds are extremely comfortable and both bedrooms have very effective air conditioning units. The lounge and dining area are delightful in the evening and you can leave the doors open as they are equipped with mosquito nets. The bathroom is airy and spacious. There is a cellar with two washing machines and dryers. We were even invited by the owner to use the kayaks for a paddle in the lagoon. Although parts of the property are fraying a little at the edges, I cannot speak highly enough about this vacation rental with its friendly and attentive owner. I would return for sure and recommend this place to anyone looking for paradise on Bora Bora with stunning views at a very fair price!

Villa Fetia Iti
The house and also the location was perfect. We had such a beautiful vacation at Villa Fetia Iti. The communication with the owner was perfect either. He gave us a lot of information concerning activities and the island. It wasn‘t our last stay there.

Private Paradise
This property was comfortable and lovely The house was perfectly equipped for all my needs. It was Safe and secure. The owner kept in touch and was available by email. The property manager was more than welcoming and available for recommendations. She even found an important item I left behind at checkout and made sure I recovered it!
I hope to return in the future to enjoy the views and comfort of this special place.
I will recommend that a specific landmark be mentioned in the arrival directions. The driveway is not easy to find the first time! Nathalie gave me guidance on the phone when I passed it the first time!
Excellent communication from everyone !

Beware of Thieves
The premises is a target for burglary - thieves came in the night while we were sleeping and stole our passports, credit cards, cash and valuables. All the doors were locked - they knew to come in through an unlocked window by the stairs. I guess we were lucky to have not interrupted their planned and well rehearsed score.

Everything We Hoped and More!
My husband and I wanted to experience Bora Bora more from a village experience than a resort's. Pierre's place provided us a perfect setting! The pictures posted are more than accurate; in fact, we found it even more breath-taking in-person. The place is spacious, well-decorated with a lot of thought put in for its guests. Nathalie, the house manager, was very nice and made checking-in and out very easy. You will need a car to get around but it's well worth the added expense and your daily rate will still be under any resort's. An added bonus for us is that just less than a half mile down the road is a snorkeling spot with one or two (maybe more) resident manta rays. We actually discovered the area when we did a paid snorkeling excursion on our first full day there. In the following days, we would go every morning on our own before any of the boats arrived. It was amazing! It was also nice saying "la Orana" to the neighbors and seeing every day life on Bora Bora along the way. If this is what you are looking for - a quiet, more private experience - Pierre's place is it!

My wife and I spent 31 days at the Villa and it was nothing short of the perfect accomodations for us. We didn't want to experience Bora Bora from a resort, we wanted to "live" in Bora Bora and be able to make our own meals, come and go to town as we pleased, experience various restaurants and food trucks, and simply live day to day life on this beautiful island. And best of all we could do this at an affordable rate the resorts can't even begin to compete with.Yes, you will need a car which is essential. Yes, you will have to cook and clean daily. Yes, you will have to make your own fun and be independent. But you'll have everything you need to create a fabulous vacation. The Villa is fully equipt with everything you'll need from cookware and towels to a washer and dryer. Air conditioning is in the two bedrooms and works just fine. We never found the ocean breezes didn't cool down the other areas to our liking. The patio off the front provides the ideal place to watch the happenings going on in the lagoon and to eat and relax. The lagoon is a two minute walk away and provides fantastic swimming, snorkeling, and relaxing. In fact we though the snorkeling was very good right near and around the adjacent over-water bungalo's. The available kayaks allowed us to explore the lagoon at our leisure. The grounds, Villa itself and furniture are well maintained and assuming you're not expecting it to be the Four Seasons (or the like) you'll love it! If your goal is a short visit and you want the pampering of a resort I would recommend you go that route. But if you want to have an extended stay and actually see Bora Bora for what it is this Villa is the absolute best option on the island. A couple tips... bring water shoes, snorkel gear, and spices if you're going to cook at the Villa. Outside of that everything you'll need will either be available at the Villa or for purchase the Chin Lee or Super U grocery stores... and I mean anything you would need they'll have (they're like mini Wallmart's).A final shout-out to the local corresondents. They're kind, love the island and the life it provides and could not have been more gracious to me and my wife. In closing - this is an OUTSTANDING option if you're self sufficient and not expecting to be pampered, fed and desiring a staff to take care of all your needs. Questions? Email me and I will be happy to answer them.

This house is situated up a very steep driveway, with fabulous views over the Lagoon. It is a spacious older property but well furnished inside with just about everything you could wish for during your stay. It has a large covered verandah, where you can eat or sit and admire the view, but there is nowhere you can relax in the sun and we would suggest it is not suitable for younger children.Access to the Lagoon is down a long flight of shallow steps, which are well lit at night and across the main road around the island, which can be quite noisy. It is not really a great place to swim in the Lagoon here as there are several overwater bungalows which you have to navigate around. There is only 1 beach on BoraBora and it is about a 25 minute drive, so you definitely need a car. The only Town is also about a 15 minute drive away. However almost all the restaurants and activities will collect you from the bottom of the driveway.Nathalie made us very welcome on our arrival and explained everything in detail. There was good internet, which is rare on the Islands! Pierre provides extremely detailed instructions for everything. He communicated extremely well prior to and during our stay and although we had booked his own car to rent, it was not available and he had arranged for a replacement with Avis. This is a good option if you do not want to stay in a resort.

Our Family Week in Bora Bora
My wife and son and son's girlfriend just finished an amazing week in Bora Bora at Pierre's condominium on the north shore. When we first arrived Pierre had arranged for an AVIS rent-a-car for us since his car (which he provides as part of his villa rental program) was undergoing repairs. A few minutes with AVIS at the Vaitape dock and we were on our way to the villa where Nathalie and her husband greeted us. We immediately were amazed by the view! The villa was furnished with everything we needed for our stay. The markets near the ferry dock provided us with groceries for most of our week. We visited several restaurants that Pierre had recommended that were excellent, including Bloody Mary's and Matira Beach Restaurant. We did some hiking and a snorkel trip. My son and friend did several scuba dives through a company called TOP DIVE. We also enjoyed renting a small power boat for the day through La Plage. Our last day we set up a day pass at the Intercontinental Deep Ocean Spa and had couples massages and enjoyed their facilities. Pierre's budget friendly rental allowed us to do a lot more activities than we could have if we had stayed at one of the branded over the water bungalows. Many thanks Pierre for a perfect week in Paradise!

Terrific views and total privacy
Pierre, We cannot thank you enough for your generous offer of taking care of the Avis car rental for 4 days, due to your car needing repair. Natalie was super in all of her help before and after the stay at your wonderful condo. Everything was even better than expected---the view was mesmerizing and we could not get enough of it. The a/c in the bedroom was unexpectedly nice, the furnishings and decorations were terrific. It has to be one of the best deals on the island for rentals. Your details for the place, restaurant recommendations, and places to see were all excellent. Natalie gave us a good tip on a dive trip through one of her friends and she told us about the boat to/from Pearl Beach Resort, which we took advantage of, as it included lunch there and all of the amenities for the day. Your place was the key to our enjoyment of beautiful Bora Bora. Thank you so much for all that you have done to make our stay so enjoyable. It was the highlight of our trip to French Polynesia.

A Nice Place
This is a nice vacation rental and we enjoyed our stay. This place is a good value for the island and might be a good option but make sure it's right for you. Here's what we found:
Pros: Fabulous view. Fairly newly decorated with recent bathrooms and kitchen. Great deck. Nice size place. Laundry available was a big plus. An excellent value on a very expensive island. Bora Bora is tough because you have a choice between the close by islands that have the expensive resorts but leave you with no choices for restaurants etc. or the main island that has a little more to do but doesn't have much in terms of luxury. At this price there is very little that will give you this much room and this view. Communication was excellent with Pierre and having the taxi paid both ways and waiting was really good. Overall very well maintained and just as described. An excellent vacation rental in these respects!
Cons:Clearly mentioned in the description is that just the bedrooms are air conditioned. They stay a perfect temperature but the rest of the unit gets up to about 90 degrees F because it is not insulated(as most building aren't there) so this may be a problem for you.
We found the scooters going by early, some with no mufflers, woke us early.
It's a fifteen minute drive to restaurants etc. so a car is a must. The car available with the unit has some transmission problems but will get you there. Again, about half the price of the next best option but know it needs work.
In conclusion, if you go into this fully knowing what you're getting you will be happy. If the things mentioned will bother you, you may have to spend a lot for a resort. Overall excellent value.

Gorgeous lagoon views and nicely styled accommodations allow a Bora Bora experience without resorts
We loved this condominium for our 8 days stay in Bora Bora. It has everything you need and is one of very few places to stay on the island outside the resorts. Pierre was great at answering questions and the couple who manage on site are lovely and helpful when needed but respect privacy otherwise. I spent many hours reading and watching the multi-hued lagoon and we also went out for a day on the lagoon and scuba diving. A few days at Matira beach (20 mins to other side of island) were divine. We made a few dinners at home from food we bought at Chin Lee (open even New Year’s Day!) And there was everything we needed in the kitchen. Pierre has done a great job at maintaining this condo at a high standard and makes it very comfortable for 4 people. We hope to come back again!

Amazing view in Bora Bora
The water views are truly amazing; just like you see in the Bora Bora ads. The house was very clean, we had all the basics to make our meals and coffee, the bedrooms were air conditioned. We spent most of our time on the covered patio overlooking the beautiful view, the lagoon, and the private beach. And we enjoyed swimming in the lagoon many times a day. We are so happy we chose this place. It was a dream vacation.
The owner was easy to communicate with via email. The custodians, Natalie and her husband, we're so welcoming and friendly. We felt very welcome. The Bora Bora people were also very helpful as we traveled around, and purchased groceries and other items.
We downloaded Google Translator for offline use before leaving home, and put in key phrases we thought would be useful - that worked out well.
We rented the car from Pierre as well. You really do need a car. We toured the island a number of times, went to the many beaches and enjoyed the day. Having the car enables you to see the 'real' Bora Bora - the people, the roosters, the dogs, the mopeds and bicycles, the beaches, the mountains. It was an exciting adventure to be in Bora Bora with our limited french.
We have awesome memories for our 40th anniversary vacation that we will cherish forever.

Gorgeous lagoon views, spacious
Beautiful house with all the needed basics. Getting around the island was easy with the car that Pierre has available for rent with the house (the car definitely needs some work but was a reliable means of transportation). The location is good, as you can navigate the whole island in under an hour and it’s almost impossible to get lost. About 10 minutes from the main town where there is shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. There was some early morning road and rooster noise but nothing too bad. The beach across the street was quiet with some interesting sea life that Bartelemy showed us. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent house with great views!
We stayed 5 nights at Pierre's Villa in April 2018. The house has everything you need to be comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. Pierre is a great host. He provided detailed information before our departure and his delegates were available throughout our stay. He is a good communicator and very helpful when guests made mistakes when they try to adapt to the new environment. Thank you Pierre! I recommend this place.

Excellent home
This place is terrific! The house was spotless upon our arrival. it had all that we needed, and we cooked nearly every night we were here. Nice to have the washer/dryer after our week of sailing. The views are incredible and we didn’t want to leave. The beach isn’t much, but we jumped into the crystal clear lagoon from the pier and swam and snorkeled ever day. Nice to have the (quite run down) car included in the rental. We explored all over the island and used it for grocery store runs and meals out. Diving was terrific — recommend Bora Eleuthera and their crew for a good and safe experience. We can hardly wait to return!!!

BEST WAY TO STAY IN BORA BORA!!!
We decided to book Villa Fetia Iti for the first week of our honeymoon and it was the best decision. If you want to experience amazing views, independance and freedom to explore as well as the fun of mixing with the islanders and cooking your own food then this is the place.
Getting to the Villa was easy and we were met by Nathalie who was lovely and very helpful when we needed help booking some extra excursions. Having a car is a must, getting round the island is fun and easy, being able to do what you want when you want is great as there arent many cheap ways to get about. We spent a lot of time at Matira beach during our stay.
The Villa is large, cool and elevated which gives a great view. It is also very contemporary and the facitilites are excellent. For the two of us it was perfect. We read a few reviews that mentioned the road noise but this really isnt an issue for us. With the excursion pick ups they pick you up directly from the pier out front so it is very convenient.
Definitely would go back and stay again.

The Perfect Trip
My wife and I have been fortunate enough in our lives to have travelled to many islands, stayed in a variety of accommodations, and dealt with the owners of all. Pierre and his Villa FETIA ITI now top the list. He could not have been more informative, accommodating, flexible... and NICE!
If you prefer to do most of your own cooking, explore the island, read a good book, and be mesmerized by the most beautiful view from the perfect deck, actually say you've been to Bora Bora (rather than a hotel on a motu "looking" at Bora Bora), then this is your place! It is literally a modern beach house on stilts. Perfectly decorated as such, spotless, beach chairs (4) w/umbrella, washer, dryer, (pack lighter than you've ever packed before!), dishwasher, and all the utensils and cookware needed. Any other thing or information needed, just walk down to Barthélemy and Nathalie's (managers) house and ask. They are about as nice as it gets! ... and not just because he picked mangos for us!!
Pierre's rental car (great rate) was used for grocery run, to get to Matira beach (20 min, good snorkeling off of north end in front of dive shop... bring your own gear). Also, "best of the best" swimming beach further down at south end... nobody really there during the week, and just a few more locals on weekend. WARMEST waters anywhere! Also drove into the main town (can see the whole thing in 10 min) and ate at the Les Roulettes (rolling food trucks w/tables and chairs) with the locals. 10-14 US dollars, big plate...wife and I split meal.
Can also swim in front of Pierre's down around Marlon Brando's old Overwater Bungalow (and 4 others). These, by the way, just add to the uniqueness of the deck view.
Took some short hikes (Barthélemy showed us where to start) and a lagoon snorkeling tour... a must!
The one main road (which goes around the island (beautiful drive w/views of Mt Otemanu) is just below the house. You get a little car, scooter, or dog noise once in awhile, but the roosters and other tropical bird sounds more than make up for it.
One more thing (to show Pierre's attention to detail), he even put up padding above the low-lying doorway going into laundry and storage area... for those of us that sometimes forget to duck!
Thanks Pierre!

Charming, breathtaking, wonderful!
We researched extensively before deciding on Villa FETIA ITI for our trip to Bora Bora. Our experience was even better than the description in the website. The owner went out of his way to communicate with us often before our trip to Bora Bora with recommendations on what to bring, where to eat, and the variety of places to visit on the island. The property managers were so kind and helpful in their suggestions. The outdoor living space was just spectacular and so spacious. The views! Wow!! We didn't want to leave. We had coffee and breakfast outside each morning. The Villa is in excellent condition, well maintained and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with all of the necessary appliances and cooking utensils. Each bedroom has its own A/C and is very comfortable. The wi-fi connection was always functional and greatly appreciated by those in the family who had to work. Villa FETIA ITI is in a perfect location on the island. We went to a different beach every day and made use of the beach towels and beach chairs provided by the Villa. The lagoon and beaches are outstanding and the snorkeling was a great treat for everyone. In every way, the Villa exceeded our expectations and because of it, we do plan to return to Bora Bora again in the future and will definitely stay there.

Fantastic Fantastic Fantastic!
Pierre, I wanted to thank you for the chance to stay at your place in Bora Bora!
We had an amazing Christmas vacation and found many ways to relax at your place and on the island! It was very easy to relax for the girls and myself.
Nathalie and Barthelemy were also very friendly, bringing freshly picked mangos and fruit. I consider them mes amis.

Wonderful stay
My wife and I booked this beautiful home to celebrate our 15 year anniversary and could not have picked a more perfect location. The owner Pierre made every part of this experience easy and hassle free. From the very beginning of our trip when we were met by Natalie and Barthelemy, Pierre's property managers, we appreciated all the effort and attention that had gone into making our stay at Villa Fetia iti more than just a rental property. Barthelemy met us at the dock, escorted us to Super U supermarket where we picked up provisions, and then took us to Villa Fetia iti. The villa has stunning views and is located on the perfect part of the island in my opinion. The villa itself was immaculate. It was also fully equipped with everything that you might need. We chose to do most of our cooking there, and the kitchen had all that we needed, including high quality kitchen tools and knives and a dishwasher. It was lovely to eat outside on the patio and see the ocean and the sunset. The bedrooms are very comfortable. There is air-conditioning in the 2 bedrooms. The wireless that is set up in the house is password protected and was great to have for accessing the internet and e-mails. Pierre has really thought of everything that you might need to make your vacation stress-free and enjoyable (there is a folder of activities and island information in the living room). All in all, we had an extremely wonderful time and would go back in a heartbeat. Thanks again Pierre for sharing your wonderful home with us!

40th Wedding Anniversary
We arrived to the home and found it to be amazing views. I was very happy to have the hillside ville vs a villa over the water. Looking out from the porch was the best view morning to night. We enjoyed the peace that it had to offer. Very comfortable & clean.
Glad we reserved a car. Drive way is a little bit of a challenge.
Thank you Pierre for stopping by with the bottle of wine. We loved it.
We ate at St James and the dinner was more then expected. Shopped at the local grocery store and cooked right there.
Bora Bora offered the best blue & green waters that you can imagine.
