About this house rental
Our spacious and brand new 4 bedroom house is close to the surf beach and only a 5 minute drive to town.
The house comfortably accommodates 10 guests over 4 bedrooms and another 2 on the sofa-bed in the second living area. It is also has a cozy feel for smaller groups or couples.
The master has a queen bed, a full ensuite and a walk-in wardrobe.
It has been described by guests as a "retreat" because it is peaceful & away from the rest of the activity areas.
There are also two double bedrooms and a bedroom with a tri-bunk as well as a fold out single bed if needed.
The second living area has a double sofa-bed and curtains to close it off if necessary to make a 5th bedroom.
The main bathroom has a stylish basin, bath & shower. There is a seperate toilet adjacent to the bathroom.
There is an amazing kitchen with stone benchtops a walk-in pantry and every appliance and utensil that you will need.
There are stools to enable eating at the kitchen bench. The dining area has a large table that seats 10 people comfortably.
The main living area has a very large TV with DVD, Netflix, Iview & comphy furniture.
The second living area is also very comfortable with a smaller TV & DVD.
There is NBN wifi internet. The décor of the house is very light, modern and fresh.
The doors from the living area open on to a large alfresco deck with a 4 Burner BBQ & a large outdoor table with 10 chairs.
The deck is accessible by two large 2 panel sliding doors. This door opening is very wide as it opens from two sides of the living / dining area. It creates a fantastic indoor - outdoor feel.
The spaciousness of this area makes it easy to entertain with families and large groups of people.
Secure undercover car parking is available via a large two car garage with remote control door.
There is a well equipped laundry with clothes line outside the door.
The garden is pleasant with lots of lawn and we are continually working on its further development.
The backyard is fully enclosed with lots of room for kids to play.
We will allow small to medium dogs but this will be negotiated with you and there will be a cleaning fee.
Just mention it in your first message to us.
Please bring your own sheets, towels and pillows. All of the beds have fresh mattress protectors and doonas with covers for our guests.
If you are an interstate or overseas visitor we can supply linen at a cost of $40 per bed.
The surf beach is about a 15-20 minute walk away. The town is a 20-25 min walk.
The estuary and other beaches vary from 10-20 mins walk away.
There are many and varied places to visit in Inveloch and the surrounding areas and we suggest you visit the Inverloch tourist website to find out more.

Fantastic Experience!
We had an amazing experience at the property. The house is in a great and convenient spot in Inverloch. Not far from the main street and beach. The house is really spacious, and has a nice and large garden. The property was clean, very comfortable and nicely furnished. Our experience with the host was also very good. Very responsive and well organised. We would recommend the house to anyone who is looking to stay in Inverloch. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

Lovely getaway
We totally enjoyed our stay in Inverloch. The house was perfect and the garden lovely and spacious. We all felt very comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Our puppy absolutely loved the big garden space and I don't think she wanted to leave. The hosts were very quick to respond to any queries we had.

The perfect beach getaway
We had such a wonderful stay over a long weekend, relaxed and enjoyable. Julia's place was clean, well stocked with all the essentials plus more. Every room is well set up and maintained and the house and backyard had so much to offer for a family. Being located a short drive from town, was perfect - quiet and no stress, we could easily make it to the beach and to the shops in a couple of minutes. Thanks for sharing your place with us - we definitely recommend for a family!

Inverloch Family Holiday House
A spacious, well designed house with comfortable beds and a great indoor outdoor living area. Very well equipped with good quality furnishings and a good range of crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils. In a quiet neighbourhood but still only 5 mins from surf beach and township. Great backyard for our young puppy.
A wonderful holiday house for a large family or group or for several small families. With a 6 month old baby in our group, it was great to have the master bedroom well away from the other bedrooms.
Excellent communication with owner Julia who was keen to be sure we were happy. This house has everything you need for a great family holiday.

Absolutely perfect
The location is perfect, away from town but close enough to walk in 30 mins, big enclosed back yard for kids and dogs, BBQ and alfresco area, 4 bedrooms and a 5th closed-off lounge area was perfect for the 11 of us (7 adults and 4 kids) and a dog. The hosts are amazing and have thought of everything, there is enough of everything for large groups, the house is airy, well appointed, comfortable and the open alfresco area is perfect for warm days and made us envious that we don’t have the same setup at home. The kitchen has platters and salad bowls and all of the things you need when cooking for a large group, 2 bathrooms/toilets was plenty and the beds were comfortable. The house is in a quiet court but still walking distance to the beach and you can hear the waves of a night, which is relaxing. Could not fault this place, not a single negative aspect (except that we couldn’t move-in and stay permanently). Highly recommended.

Only issues was the linen on the Master Bed, which we tried to make contact with the owner at the time.
We did not receive any contact then nor since.

Wonderful Christmas getaway
We had a great stay. The house is big and the outdoor dining area which easily opens up to inside was perfect for us all relaxing with a kid and dogs over Christmas week! Garden is a good size, ideal for outdoor games. Recommend.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet holiday stay
This was a really lovely and comfortable holiday house to stay in. Communication with Julia & John was superb during the booking confirmation right up to our arrival. The house is beautifully presented, very clean and ideal for a family stay or just a couple looking to get away. The beds were amazingly comfortable, we all slept so well and came home refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend!

Girl's Weekend/60th Birthday Celebration
The property was amazing. The location was so quiet. It was only a short drive to the shopping precinct and the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd need for a holiday. The beds were soft and very comfortable. Having two toilets was a great luxury. We enjoyed having Netflix and Stan as well as free to air t.v. We loved our 3 night stay and would 100% recommend JJ's Large New house near surf. The owners were very helpful and messages to the were replied to promptly. Thank you for a Great long weekend away.

Great beach house
We had a lovely holiday from 5/1/19 to 19/1/19 and the house was great.
Very good kitchen with lots of all the things you need.
Plenty of bedrooms and a couple of lounge areas to create space for everyone.
Good outdoor area with BBQ was lovely
Really only a short drive to all the beaches and Inverloch township
So - yes would recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Lovely home
Very happy with our stay. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great quiet court location for the kids who wanted to play cricket with the neighbours. Highly recommend staying here and the hosts were lovely and very easy to deal with. We hope to be back

Great sized place with lots of beds!
We enjoyed the size of the place however, a second queen bed would have been nice & we think the people before us had inside animals so there was pet hair around; didn’t feel sparkly clean. Felt a bit like we were living in someone else’s house with things left in the fridge & bathrooms etc which was a bit strange.

Perfect with toddler and small dog!
