Excellent property, perfect location, ideal for large groups wanting ample private space, access to private baths, and large central room for everyone to be together. I'm local and know the city well; my husband and I booked this property for both of our families to converge for a large celebration. It is the perfect set-up in a wonderful neighborhood, with walkable access to great bars and restaurants. We tend to cook-in when all together, and kitchen space goes on and on. Ample parking for groups which can be rare in Nashville. My family especially enjoyed sitting outside on the large porch and cheering on the open-air tourist buses as they made their way down Music Row. Easy scooter ride to downtown, which my husband's nieces and nephews enjoyed until early morning hours.
This place doesn't disappoint.

Good location for getting to all the sights. Ample parking. Special note: host provides enough toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. What a boon! A few glitches that were taken care of by the host. One irksome thing: the house is entered by keypads. Occasionally the front door wouldn't respond. Back door was fine.

We had our family reunion at the Music City Mansion. It was a perfect space for all 17 of us! Lots of gathering areas,3 kitchens, plenty of parking spaces available and close to many downtown attractions. Owner is very prompt with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Close to Broadway great place for large groups

The location of this house is ideal for visiting Nashville. It is a unique experience to stay on Music row in the midst of recording studios and record labels. We had a great time.
The communication was good, access was easy, and the home was clean.

We had a total of 17 friends, mostly all couples so there was ample room for everyone. Loved that each floor had a kitchen so morning coffee was a breeze. In the evenings we either gathered together on the middle floor deck and seating area or the main floor living area. Highly recommend if you have a large group.

Come for some music, hockey and fun. Did not disappoint.
Perfect place for a large group. Owner very responsive when we had a couple minor issues.

Went to Nashville for my daughter’s 21st birthday with my extended family. So much fun!

Finding a home that could house our entire wedding party was our goal. As a destination wedding with members of the wedding party and family meeting for the first time, it was priority to find a home that would allow us to all bond throughout the wedding weekend. The Music City Mansion was ideal! Thank you, thank you, thank you, for making this 10-bedroom home with three kitchens and parking available to create lifelong memories we will all cherish.

The house was so perfect for our family. the ages are from 17 to celebrating my 80th birthday. The location was perfect for the grandkids using scooters to come and go downtown. How we enjoyed our time having fun at home and at the different places to hear country music. What a perfect house for our family of 13. 😄

This mansion was the perfect place for a large group of us to stay. The host provides detailed information about the area and is always available and responds quickly to any questions. The home is beautiful and perfect for couples and singles traveling together while being able to be in one place. Highly reccomend!!!

Convenient for all of my family to stay together. I had told the proprietor that I was celebrating my birthday and there was a Christmas tree in our living room that had a banner on it that said Happy Birthday. I loved it.

This house was perfect for 12 women. Great location, wonderful lay out, and large enough for private rooms and bathrooms.
Beautiful home with old-world charm, but all the conveniences.
Highly recommend.

If we could give it 6 stars instead of only 5 we would. Our group was 26 women age range from 30-80. Friends and family, celebrating all milestone birthdays in 2023 for the ladies in our group (9 of us, including my 50th year).
Always had hot water, was surprised that when several of us younger ones came home later, walls were so great that others home earlier rarely heard (and we were loud, lol).
Coffee pots/appliances all worked just as they should.
Lewis was always on top of it with any questions I sent. (The wifi password printed in the kit you get on arrival date is outdated, but Lewis will get you the one that works, and I bet he will update it in the kit very soon.)
There was plenty of space for all, plenty of plates, silver ware, drinking glasses, could use more coffee mugs (my guess is that there WERE more at one time, but walked away. I'll bring from home next trip and donate them to the home. I have way too many! Ha ha) Plenty of cooking pots, pans, cookie sheets, et. We cooked breakfasts at the house, went out for meals the rest of the day. We were there wed-sun.
Lastly I'll say this, some VRBO places clear out everything after a guest stay and then the next people don't think about buying items on arrival like sweet and low, sugar, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Not this place, they had it stocked. Thank you Lewis and the Southern Classic Mansion on Music Row. You are first class, and we are already dreaming up the next stay!

Great house for large groups and family

We rented this house for 17 of our family and friends to come to Nashville and celebrate my 40th birthday. It was absolutely perfect!! Each floor having their own kitchen was amazing as we were able to stock waters and drinks in each fridge. We used the first floor as home base as that is where the larger tables were for us to fit. Ubers to Broadway ranged from $10-$15 for Uber XL and was a fast 8-10 min drive. Sitting out on the porch in the morning and having our coffees was one of the best parts just enjoying beautiful Nashville! We had a chef come to make breakfast one morning and there was an issue with the 1st floor oven. Also had an issue with the 2nd floor hot water, however, Lewis was super attentive and tried fixing the issue. Although we never connected to fix it for our stay, we were just moving too fast and didn’t have time to connect to fix. There were plenty of bathrooms for all of us and it really was the perfect place for our stay!! If ever traveling with a large group again, I will be looking to stay here for sure!!

We booked this house to host our Mid-Year Corporate Meeting. All 12 of our employees enjoyed staying at the house. The location is perfect! Would recommend this to any large group.

The Music City Mansion is a well appointed spacious house in a quiet neighborhood that's a short walk from Nashville’s “midtown” restaurant and club venues. It’s located just off of Music Row, and several recording industry offices and studios are nearby.
Lower Broadway, aka the Honky Tonk Highway, is about a 40 minute walk from the Mansion. If you’d rather ride, UBER is ever present in Nashville and reasonably priced for most trips. The Mansion’s location makes getting to venues in the core city a short ride.
Nashville was our choice for a birthday celebration. We had 15 friends and family members on hand for a week long party! The Mansion easily and comfortably accommodated our guests. All had private bedrooms, and the many bathrooms meant no waiting when nature called. It’s first floor kitchen (there’s one one on each of the three floors!) and dining area worked well for preparing and serving breakfast and dinner for our group.
The large sitting areas made for great gathering places, and the second floor veranda could accommodate a good sized group for outdoor time.
Nashville is a fun place to visit. If you’d like a house that can comfortably accommodate a large group of people, the Music City Mansion is a great choice!

The mansion is really 3 separate apartments which wasn’t really stated in the listing.
Our only big complaint was communicating with the guy we rented from. He sent us the wrong door code to get into the house and we waited over an hour…I called, texted, messaged on the app… until one of my friends called from their phone where he answered right away. He sent me the old door code and not an updated one. So we wasted an hour and a half sitting in the parking lot in the rain.
At one point while cooking dinner, the smoke alarms started going off. Turned out the ovens haven’t been cleaned and there was a boat load of old food in the bottom which made the oven smoke really bad. When I called the guy to figure out how to turn off the whole house alarm (whole house alarm goes off when the smoke alarm goes off) he instantly said “well who is smoking in the house” which was very annoying. Maybe check in on your properties and make sure they’re clean?
Only other smaller complaints is that the coffee maker had mold in it on the first floor, the sheets had gross stains on them, under our bed was a pacifier… clearly the house doesn’t get deep cleaned very well.

It was a perfect location for my 50th Bday Celebration. My friends came from multiple states and everyone had a great time. There were 21 of and enough room for all. Would recommend for large parties.
4.8
Great home base for spending time with family. Ample room, enjoyed the veranda. Walking distance to many attractions and agort drive to others. Chance opportunity for impromptu Chris Young show and meet and greet near Buddy Killen circle was a fun bonus.

This house was perfect for celebrating my 40th with a big group of friends and family. Everyone had their own space and set up to make them feel at home. I highly recommend this house and the location is wonderful. It was really relaxing sitting outside on the balcony feeling the cool air. Everything was amazing!!

We had a wonderful adult long weekend in Nashville. The house was perfect for 20 of us to stay in. Close to downtown by Uber would recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy the town. The only issues with the house were the master bath upstairs shower drained very slowly and the first floor back bedroom door knob was broken. We made do though

Perfect property for our weekend away. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Met up with old college girlfriends for a Nashville getaway and had the best time at this neat house! There was plenty of room for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great- access to everything- and the kitchen has plenty of cookware and dishes. Photos are accurate and home was very clean. Would definitely stay again!!

The house is spacious and well appointed. Beds are comfy. We enjoyed our 50th birthday party!
Will say that the Main Area rug needs to be cleaned/replaced/burnt, lol!

The house is a great layout especially for couples or those wanting their own private space. We had 20 people stay at this mansion and there was plenty of room and bathroom. The house is decorated nicely and well appointed. The neighborhood is quiet and the front porch is an awesome space to hang out. The owner Lewis was responsive and communicated well. Our entire group had a great time we would definitely stay here again.

House was clean, property manager was great to work with.
Our group of 20, spent a lot of time on the front porch in the am drinking coffee, and pre-gaming for Broadway in the afternoon. The house will not disappoint.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was more than enough space for our group of 13 adults for a family reunion. Kitchens were stocked with everything you could need for cooking and the three fridges were great for storing ample food and drinks. Location was great and within walking distance to many local bars and restaurants. The trolley ran right past the house for those who didn't want to walk and rideshares/scooters were readily available. Loved spending evenings chatting on the large porch. Lewis was very responsive to any questions we had and check in/out was a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We rented the whole house. Easy walk to the lawns and student environment of Vanderbilt. We took a ride service downtown (fairly inexpensive) as it is a long walk.
