The Reethus Sonnendüne is located in the center of the maritime side of Heiligenhafen at the 5-star Strand Resort on the Graswarder. You live under thatch, nestled in a dune landscape in a prime location.
After just a few steps you will reach the Baltic Sea beach, the adventure pier, the nature reserve Graswarder with its impressive nature and birdlife, the 5-star "Marina Yachthafen Heiligenhafen", the promenade and the lake.
In addition, the fishing port and the old town can be reached in a few minutes.

The 111 sqm large thatched cottage Sonnendüne offers space for families and guests with up to 7 people.

On the ground floor you will find the open plan living area with the fully equipped kitchen. Through the large glass front in the living room you have a great view of the surrounded by dune grass sun terrace (30 sqm), which invites you to sunbathe, relax and linger, but also for barbecues and get-togethers.

In winter, the cozy stove in the living room warms you. Rest and relaxation can be found after eventful days in the sauna and bath and relaxation room, from which it goes on the small terrace overlooking the Baltic Sea and the lake. The relaxation room is equipped with a high-quality sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), so that this room can be converted into a cozy bedroom on the ground.

Upstairs, two bright bedrooms and a large bathroom are waiting for you.
The exclusive bathroom is well appointed and has a large shower and a bath to relax in for quiet hours.

Both bedrooms are equipped with large, comfortable boxspring beds (180 cm x 200 cm) and a Smart TV. In one of the bedrooms we offer you another sleeping possibility, so that it can sleep 3 people, depending on your needs. A travel cot, which can be placed in one of the rooms as desired, completes the sleep offer.
Of course there is enough storage space for the cloakroom and a safe available.

The house owns the car parking space right outside the door. Bicycles can be locked at the bicycle stand.

Wi-Fi is provided, and the house is equipped with three TVs, each with Wi-Fi.

When it's cold outside, you can snuggle up in front of a cozy fireplace in the living room. After a day of exploring the area, allow yourself to relax in our sauna with bath and chill-out room. This room leads to a small patio overlooking the Baltic Sea and the inland lake. The chill-out room is furnished with a top-quality sofa-bed (140 x 200 cm) so it can be used as a comfortable ground floor bedroom.

On the top floor, the house offers two light-flooded bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. With its large shower and a bathtub, the exclusive bathroom is generously equipped and offers all you need to relax.

Both bedrooms are large, comfortable box spring beds (180 x 200 cm) and smart TVs. In one of the bedrooms, there is an additional bed for a third person. A portable cot for either bedroom can be provided on request. Needless to say, that's a lot of storage space for your clothes and a safe at your disposal.

On-site parking space is available on the doorstep. Bikes can be locked at the bike parking rack.
