Superb, clean, pet friendly stay with attentive virtual concierge

Free parking that was close. Easy self entry. Clean room, pet friendly with a pet bed and dish provided, shower soap provided with two towels per person. Ear plugs were provided but not necessary on our Sunday stay as it was so quiet. IPTV with high def tv was a great bonus. Great funky decor. Prompt responses with virtual concierge including the same night check-in text to assure comfort.

Bed mattress was a bit firm for my liking and was a bit high to get in. Although not a problem for us, the steep stairs to second floor with luggage may be a problem for other guests with mobility difficulties.

Worth the Trip

The location is fabulous to explore not only Kingsville but the surrounding area which includes the Point Pelee National Park, various wineries, and local craft breweries. The area is safe and friendly. Free parking behind the units. Local restaurants and shopping on the main street.

The WiFi was a little spotty at times and could not navigate the TV. But not a big issue.

Exceptional

Very cute little room with everything you need. Unique set up with free bicycle rentals which was great. Very easy to get into the room after hours and responsive staff via text if needed.

Great location and excellent communication. Very clean and tidy, great decor.

Lots of stairs for people traveling with luggage. A little bit noisy until midnight. Could use a microwave and a bigger bar fridge. Hooks for towels and a toilet seat lid.

Bad

We were very disappointed. The Inn was not located on Pelee Island, which was what I had typed in. Parking was on another street, through an alleyway. Since we are both over age 75, we were assuming there would be an elevator and not just steep stairs up to our room. The Main Street didn't have much to offer either. Unfortunately, we left and drove home for another 3 1/2 hours. It was not a good experience for sure. Sincerely, Susan

wonderful!

Location-easy to walk to lots of great restaurants and not far from the lake! Bed was comfy-room appointed nicely! Staff was super helpful!

WiFi was weak would suggest adding an iron/ironing board to the room

Bed and pillows were comfortable. It was very close to everything we were wanting to do.

In-room bathrooms offer little privacy for those easily offended by bodily noises. There was lots of noise coming from both the hallway after 8 am and through the wall to the adjoining building.

The location was amazing. The property was located on a Main Street with numerous restaurants surrounding it.

Although the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, the bathroom was not ideal. The bathroom is located in the center of the room and the walls are glass which does not lend to privacy.

Wasn't supposed to be breakfast? I don't recall breakfast? We ate breakfast at Tim Hortons.

Windows would have been nice. The place had no windows, which I think is more than a bit ridiculous. No amount of cutesy room furnishings and decorations is going to make up for no windows. And it really upset my wife that the bathroom/ toilet was not in a room fully separated from the bedroom. That's just crazy! I was thinking of complaining to the tourist bureau if there is such a thing. The accommodation was so minimal that the sink was in the bedroom!

An okay place to stay in downtown Kingsville

Location great. Bed comfy. Nice shower head.

Ridiculously small sink. Terrible lighting over sink and awful mirror (one only, small and damaged, making it hard for two people to get ready to go out at the same time). Very small room. No room to sit and relax. No elevator.

They left earplugs next to bed for a reason and felt claustrophobic in room without windows.

Easy entry. Split mini worked well.

Thin walls, easy to hear neighbors, their televisions and heard arguing couple in hallway. No windows in rooms.

The Inn satisfied our needs perfectly and we would stay there again.

The location was perfect. The modern decor was well done and creative.

Location was great, having restaurants so close was a very nice feature. The text msg concierge was handy and useful. Clean, updated rooms. Dont think hotel, think INN, compact, small

I wasn't thrilled that we didn't have a window in our room. It never specifically said anywhere that there was, but I just assumed there would be. I'm quite claustrophobic and wasn't 100% comfortable. If that doesn't bother you, then your good to go! Bathroom arrangement worked because i travelled with my wife. New couples or friends travelling might find the privacy lacking to be a concern.

My daughter and I loved the room and the beds. Excellent night sleep until sunrise!

Loved the decor and the extra comfy beds and the funky monkey and the beer in the fridge (which was excellent and very reasonable price). Shower was clean and love the raindrops shower head. Lighting was great. Concierge was VERY helpful when I called about beach options.

All the stairs up to the rooms - awkward with my big suitcase. Alleyway from parking to front door is gravel and therefore not possible to pull wheeled suitcases. Bright morning sunshine through the beautiful glass east facing window, Only one mirror and it was very small and too high for short people like me.
