I’m so glad I found this house. It was quiet and peaceful. The airport is near by but the few planes that took off didn’t even bother me. Beautiful house, inside and out. Quiet neighborhood and places to eat and shopping close by. I stayed there for 15 days on a healing journey and it was the best decision I ever made. My cat loved the screened in patio while I enjoyed the pool and scenery in the backyard. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms and the bed was so comfortable. 10 out of 10!

Below expectations
The pool was filthy, the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom made lout rattling noise, the pots and pans were filthy, scratched and dented, the furniture looked like old mixed matched garage sale. The skylight shade did not work. Urine stains on mattress pad in primary bedroom.

Family reunion
We were in Naples for a family reunion and 6 of us stayed here. Wonderful indoor and (especially) outdoor space! Very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. A rental car was a must for us as the rest of the family were situated in Old Naples. Would rent here again for sure!

Relaxing time
My friends, my wife and I just left this home yesterday (3/3/22-3/7/22)
Last week, before we arrived I looked at the property one last time. I read the previous renters review and you can imagine I was concerned. I called the owner and spoke about the conditions mentioned. Isel responded right away and took ownership of several items. She immediately addressed the issues including but not limited to; the the toilet seat (old, not stained), the cushions (replaced the covers), the grill (cleaned). The rest of the house was clean and comfortable. The house defiantly has "a lived in" feel to it which I prefer over a house where you're afraid to move around in. I feel the the last review is unfair. This IS NOT a "dump" or "deceiving" or "a pig in a blanket". The owner and I spoke and she appreciated being able to defend herself. Isel made changes to the problems right away.
Giving constructive criticism instead ranting about every little thing is not productive. I have rented from VRBO for 15 years. I have a good idea of great and horrible.
This home is not horrible. It is not as described by the previous renter. The last review is border-line slanderous.
Frankly, Evolve should be more on their game. Check on your properties Evolve! Maybe then the owner would be more aware of any obvious problems and will address them.
Isel provided beach towels, beach chairs, 2 bikes, tennis rackets, pickle ball rackets, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, coffee filters, and all the daily kitchen/grill items you need.
I did not give this house 5 stars because it is not a five star house but is is clean, comfortable, relaxing and in a decent location (15 minutes from the beach and "5th avenue").
The main problem with all VRBO's homes are the fees. Stop gouging renters VRBO.

Enjoyable week
We spent an enjoyable week in the home. It was clean, well-stocked, and met our needs. The owner is extremely responsive and immediately took care of any issues we raised. The beds were comfortable and there was a plentiful amount of towels. The kitchen appliances are in excellent shape and the counter plus the dining table made it easy for our group of six to also work when we weren't at the beach or touring the area. On one chilly evening, the fire pit came in handy and we enjoyed sitting around it. There is a brand new grill on the screened in patio but we actually did not use it. The home is on a quiet residential street but no more than 10 minutes from several beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown Naples.

NOTHING YOU SEE ON THE VRBO SITE IS ANYWHERE NEAR ACCURATE. THIS PLACE HAS NOT BEEN MAINTAINED IN ANY WAY. FROM THE TOILET SEATS TO THE SO CALLED OUTDOOR KITCHEN ITS ALL A LIE!!! I HAVE DOCUMENTED IT ALL IN PICTURES WHICH I SHOWED TO ANOTHER VRBO MANAGER AND HIS RESPONSE WAS OH MY GOD

A POOL WHICH IS USELESS UNLESS ITS JULY BECAUSE ITS NOT HEATED.WALLS WITHOUT PAI T IN BOTH BATHROOMS WHERE PLASTER REPAIRS WERE DONE.A MATTRESS WHICH IS AS OLD AS I AM AND GUARANTEED TO DESTROY YOUR BACK.THE FLOORS ARE BEYOND CLEANING AS ARE MOST OF THE SURFACES THERE. THE DOORS DONT CLOSE UNLESS YOU USE TWO HANDS AS NOTHING LINES UP. I READ SOME OF THE REVIEWS AND AM BAFFLED AT THE FACT THAT SOME RENTERS SAID HOW WONDERFUL IT WAS. IM STILL TRYING TO FIGURE IT OUT. THE CUSHIONS IN THE LANAI WERE SO DIRTY THAT WE WERE DISGUSTED AT THE THOUGHT OF SITTING ON THEM.IM NOT SURE WHAT THE OWNETS ARE THINKING.
THIS PLACE SHOULD BE OFF THE MARKET .WE EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO CLEAN A SECONDARY BBQ WHICH WAS THERE BUT IT IGNITED LIKE A FIREBALL CAUSING US TO LOOK FOR A FIRE EXTINGUISHER. THE SIMPLE THINGS LIKE BLINDS ARE READY TO FALL OFF THE WALL.THE WINDOW IN OUR BEDROOM WAS CRACKED.

CUSHIONS YOU WONT SIT ON FOR THEY ARE DIRTY BEYOND DISCUSTING.FOR 200 A NIGHT YOU MAY CONSIDER IT.MAYBE! BUT WE WERE DUPED INTO PAYING ALMOST 990 PER NIGHT ALTHOUGH WE DID GET A SMALL REFUND. THE BED WELL FORGET BEING COMFORTABLE ITS ALSO WAY PAST ITS SERVICE LIFE. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN THIS HOME HAS BEEN MAINTAINED. Quick beach getaway with family
Nice home, central location and beautiful yard. The kids enjoyed the pool. Dog friendly with plenty of room to roam. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. BBQ area inside the lanai was a nice touch, very convenient. Overall a very pleasant getaway.

Perfect Vacation house
My family and I had a great time at the house. Check in process was easy, property was clean and house smelled good. The outside is a mini oasis. Pool was the perfect size, enjoyed the fire pit and the landscaping was beautiful. My dogs were able to walk around and play in the grass. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You can see the stars at night which is something we can not do in Miami. The screened in patio was great for keeping out the mosquitos out, and convenient for doing the bbq. Also this house was a short distance from the stores. Highly recommend this property.

Everything We Needed
This was the perfect getaway for our family. The home is very clean and well stocked with supplies—the kitchen especially has anything you could need. The owner was very accessible and quickly responded to any questions we had, including suggestions about what was going on around town. Being that we were here in late December, the pool was chilly, but our 3 boys didn’t seem to mind. The home was close to the beach, restaurants, downtown, couldn’t be happier with the location in a nice neighborhood. If we come back to Naples in the future we would absolutely book here again!

Place worked out well for us!
It was a very positive experience. The home is very comfortable; well equipped from every aspect. Furniture was very comfortable, linens very high end and nice. Outdoor area is very enjoyable. Home is centrally located and within 20 minutes to most things. Neighbor was nice to walk your dog or bike ride and there are good restaurants within walking distance. Owner was very responsive and helpful! The only reason I did not give this a 5 star is that I would have preferred to be within walking distance to beach nonetheless it was a quick and easy drive. Really enjoyed our stay and Naples!
