Lovely property with staff who go above and beyond. I had an issue on my first night and the staff went the extra mile to correct the situation. Lovely courtyard, great coffee shop next door, reliable wifi, hot water showers, free tours available with the staff. Safe location with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend.

an amazing location, with great working staff and all at a good price

The hot water stopped working. Manager says they guarantee a private bathroom but not water. It was my problem, not theirs. No refund. Just an offer for a coffee after I left town

Nothing.
No security, filthy, & the owner steals from his employees.

Jose the host/owner such a great dude.

Very friendly staff. Very well equipped kitchen. Great/safe/quiet area with lots of restaurants, shops, parks nearby. All activities easily reachable.
Sanitation, common rooms, internet, etc) is shared with the customers and/or staff of the coffeeshop that is in the same building, so when the coffeeshop had a lot of customers, I found it hard to find a place to chill out.

The young French girls on the desk were great and made up for any shortcomings.
Lovely and spacious everywhere but the 4-bunk room was much too small and I dread to think what it would have been like with 4 instead of the two occupants.. No airflow. A small slit instead of a window and really HOT, the individual fan for each bed needed to be at full blast. Bedroom floor was filthy and though I swept it, it needed a good wash.

It also a café, so may have some customers walking through the room. But the coffee is very good.
Friendly staffs, and chill vibe. Hostel located in a safe area, close to the bus stop to go to centro or take a colectivo taxi to the terminal. Supermarket, restaurants are close to the hostel as well.
The room was clean and comfy, with locker, plugs for lamp and fan. Quiet at night after 23:00. They also have facilities of gym.
The hostel has some renovation so some noise in the morning.
There was some problem of hot water of my 2nd night. The staff tried to help but that's the electricity problem. So I just had a cold shower.

Clean room, nice place, good space in the room and very friendly personnel. Beds were comfortable and clean, and the common rooms are bright and chill.
Couches in the common room are very very old and uncomfortable. The beds in the dorms could use curtaining for privacy. Lock of the bathroom was dodgy.

The Location is good,Bars,Restaurants and shops close by. Felt save walking around.
Beautiful Mural arts around the building, lot's of areas to chill. Good equipped kitchen for use.
Nice hot showers with good pressure.
Alejandra explained and showed me everything and could speak English what is a great help for me.
The best thing is the coffee shop next door with the best coffee I ever had.
The dorm rooms smelled really mouldy and my room didn't had a window.
And the matress was super hard.

The area is nice, because there are lots of restaurants and cafes around and we felt really safe. The workers are really nice and so are the toilets and showers.
The kitchen lacks some stuff and our room got really hot during the night.

Great atmosphere, a mix of long stays and short stay travellers makes it fun but also a great place to chill out.
Also the owners and staff are great, plus they had some awesome volunteers when I was there too!
The cafe uses the downstairs hostel space for seating so when it's busy it can be a bit odd walking through in a towel to have a shower. But it's a small thing, I was there 2 weeks so obviously not a deal breaker!

Great Location. Great Price. Friendly Staff. Most guest's speak spanish but the staff does speak some english. Great facility all in all in a really great neighborhood close to all restaurants and clubs.
Bed was very firm and there was no blanket, just a sheet. No activities or things that other hostels have, but still overall a great place to stay.

Location, light inside the hostel, home office space (only one table with power), internet worked all the time, Italian volunteer Elisa is a very nice person, she was the only good staff for me, safe neighborhood, looks like the owners care about your stay but they are not there most of the time.
It is one of the most noisy hostels I found during my last trip, if someone drops a coin you can hear it from your room, people talking in the kitchen means the same thing as having them inside your room. One of the girls was cleaning the kitchen early in the morning when I could not cook breakfast, they should do it around 10am or afternoon. Information at the reception wasn't good enough or totally wrong, second day I booked a room from booking and it wasn't available at all, then I needed to change rooms twice. One of the toilets didn't have paper during 2 days, no one recharged it even after I asked 2 times. I needed to change the toilet after I wet myself more than two times :o. No power spots enough if you need to work on a table (only at the office on the second floor)

REALLY GOOD LOCATION. Nice vibe! Spacious, fresh common area where it is easy to get to know people. The coffee shop next door has one of the best coffee i tried in Colombia.

Everything is perfect about this hostel. The owner Jose and his wife are super welcoming and eager to share their culture and they speak great English. Eliza the receptionist was extremely helpful and kind as well. The hostel is clean and located in a great neighborhood next to lots of nice restaurants and nightlife. The beds were comfortable as well. Bucaramanga is a great city to check out with lots of cool trips to do around the city like the canyon or Giron.
I liked everything but Bucaramanga is much hotter than Bogotá or the coffee region. Just a heads up to other travelers but this obviously has nothing to do with the hostel.
