We rented this place with some of our other family members. We had a blast! The place is fully comfortable enough to house the 9 of us. We enjoyed the large hot tub and riding bikes around. Bonus that all the bikes were nice! I definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to stay here again!

We gather for a three generation family vacation every summer in Sunriver, and this year's home choice was our best ever. The house was spacious and modern with lovely furnishings, a well equipped kitchen, nice deck, bikes, games, baby gates and a high chair...two refrigerators...everything we needed to enjoy a fabulous week. thank you!

If you don’t mind being long ways from most activities, then this is an ok place. Needs better instructions how to operate things in house.

Nicely updated, decorated and appointed home. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Large hot tub. Multitude of adult and childrens’ bikes. Second refrigerator. Quiet neighborhood.
I would definitely rent this home again!

It rained the whole time we were at sun river but we were so comfortable in the house and had so much fun just hanging out there! Very nice!

Wonderful location and beautiful home!

Home was spacious and clean. Loved being far from the hustle and bustle of the mall/sharc. Super comfortable and will be back!

The house is very comfortable, with a lot of room to spread out. We loved the garage as a playroom with the dartboard.

A few things were broken, and unable to be fixed during our stay, but management was communicating with us.

comfortable beds & very well appointed kitchen, warm fireplace and the dog was very comfortable in the garage because it has special flooring.

The house is so spacious. It don’t feel crowded at all. The kitchen has a ton of counter space and is well stocked with all the pot, pans, dishes, and even spices that you could need. My family loved our weekend here.

Great property. It was very nice to have a local contact right in Sunriver. We found the staff in Sunriver to be excellent.

The property appeared clean, but when we started getting settled we noticed that the floors and chairs were sticky, there was also dried blood on one of the bedsheets. There was not adequate supplies for cleaning and toiletries for the shower. Also, there was no dustpan to sweet the kitchen floor. The keypad was hard to figure out and we called the online contact, but didn’t get anyone out until the next day . The bikes were handy and we liked the hot tub. The deck needs stained.
4.0
The house fit our 10 people well. We liked the open floor plan on the main floor. The extra fridge was helpful as well. We took advantage of all that the house offered: bikes, hot tub, sharc passes, and A/C!
3.0
The location was convenient with close access to the bike/walking trails.

We just stayed at 28 Cypress in Sunriver. The house was nice, adequate and mostly accommodating for our group of 10. It was clean, well stocked with bedding and came with a starter pack of essentials. We stayed 5 days so we had to wash towels, buy additional paper towels and toilet paper but was provided trash bags (only items available from housekeeping). We only had a few complaints about the house...it was far away from most things (marina, SHARC, outdoor basketball/tennis courts), and the main village area. There is a little convenience store with a gas station about a mile away. The hot tub needs immediate electrical attention, every time you turn the jets or lights on it would blow the breaker. After 3 times in less than 10 minutes with no power the water temperature would start dropping. It was pretty much non usable due to this issue. The last issue is the upstairs bathroom is in the master bedroom. One bedroom upstairs has twins with trundles and the master has a king so 4 people walking thru the master and sharing with 2 additional people makes for very uncomfortable situations.

Super comfortable, clean, and well-stocked home in a great location. Bright and light. Wonderful back deck with table that seats 10-12, plus front deck and upstairs master deck. Would definitely recommend.

What a nice getaway to finish the summer! There was plenty of space for two moms and five teenagers (plus three small dogs). We were grateful for the SHARC passes and the hot tub! The place was clean.
Our door entry pad had a low battery and maintenance responded quickly. I appreciated communication via texts-- way easier than phone.
My only request: One dishwasher pod for every day of our stay (7 people means a lot of dishes-- we had 2 pods and were there 4 days). If Vacasa wants us to run the dishwasher as part of our checkout, they need to provide the soap.

This house was great for our 7 adults. It was exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. We had space to be in small groups and all inclusive. Kitchen was well stocked. Hot tub was easy to remove/replace the cover so a no hassle experience the multiple times we used it. Plenty of towels for showers and hot tub. Can't think of anything negative. I skimmed other reviewers and I think Kelli M. from Jul 2021 enumerated everything quite well. I second everything she wrote.

We loved the house. Comfy, clean and well equipped. Our only complaint is with the bbq. It doesn’t get hotter than about 250 degrees, so we had to cook our burgers on the stovetop and chicken in the oven. Other than that, it was great

This home is well situated and equipped. The private hot tub is a real bonus.
Biking right outside. SHARC membership is also a plus.

This house was perfect for our needs! There were 6 adults and 3 children and everyone had room to relax and spread out. The beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice house! Only complaint would be that the BBQ gas was out. We tried to have it replaced and were told to go fill it up somewhere. It was a little frustrating as we were in the middle of grilling when it ran out!

This was a great vacation rental house. We stayed for a week and we have no complaints whatsoever. The house was clean, everything works, and the neighborhood was really quiet.

This is a lovely, casual home in Sunriver Oregon, perfect for our family. Big, comfy living room sofa, big TV, open floor plan, great kitchen, 2 bedrooms downstairs with 1 bath and 1 big suite upstairs with it's own bath, and a 4th bedroom upstairs with two twin-trundle beds across the hall. We had a wonderful time. The house has many, many amenities that we enjoyed.
1) The first thing you notice is this house has a little space around it, we never heard our neighbors. It has a big driveway that easily holds 4 cars. This is super important as you will get a warning/ticket from Sunriver if you do not park on the driveway.
2) This house is rare for Oregon, it has central air conditioning. We didn't even realize this but were so happy to discover as we arrived during the big heat wave.
3) Open Floor Plan - we could cook and speak to those on the sofa, at the bar, at the dining table, even out on the deck.
4) The deck is nice size with a big table, we sat like 14 there - squeezed in. It works because the downstairs back bedroom has a glass door to the deck so you don't have to scoot around everyone already seated.
4) This house is well stocked. The BBQ has a propane tank, plus a back-up, very thoughtful. Everything you need in the kitchen including lots of plastic tubs with lids to store leftovers (no one has this in other vacation rentals I have discovered). They are missing a colander for some reason and more than 2 kitchen towels would be nice - but they did leave a whole roll of paper towels. There is a washer and dryer in the downstairs bath with plenty of soap as well as dishwasher with lots of detergent.
5) THERE IS A SECOND FRIDGE IN THE GARAGE!!! This was huge for us to keep drinks/ice and not use up all the fridge space in the house.
6) Lots of bikes/helmets in garage which we used.
7) Only 0.9 mile walk to little store (covid hours are 10-7 FYI)
8) There is a hot tub but we didn't use (heat wave.). It also has a big pretty gas fireplace which we didn't use but it would be great in the winter.
This is really a great house. The only thing I would change and it's super minor. The upstairs bathroom is only attached to the master suite so the other bedroom needs to walk thru the master or come downstairs. It was fine for us (we are all family). It would be even better for us if they added a loft over the living room - we could have used a space but that is our issue - not the house!
You will have a great time here!

We loved that there were enough bikes for our entire multi generational family. Enjoyed the hot tub and seeing many deer is the yard.

The house “worked” fine but was somewhat outdated…can’t wait to leave…
says it sleeps 10 but there are not adequate bathrooms! The downstairs 2 bedrooms share a small bathroom that also functions as the laundry room for everyone. All the louvered doors ( laundry) in the various rooms don’t work well and are old.
Upstairs there is a “master” with a bath … a corner armless chair that was part of a sectional sits in a corner sharing an inadequate lamp with the bed. No where to really read…no good lighting. The other bedroom upstairs has to either navigate the narrow (not code) staircase at night or tip toe into the master bedroom . Not a good situation. Also the upstairs rooms are small and there is no hallway to speak of… the rooms pretty much branch off the top of the stairs . There is no AC upstairs, just whatever remnants of cool air leak it’s way upstairs. We were here for the June 26, 27 hot spell …. MISERABLE.
We couldn’t get TVs to adequately work…
Just not restful. Crowded feeling . Deck again not maintained… needs sanding, fresh furniture. The grill worked well . A highlight.

The layout and space was perfect for our group. Kitchen had everything you need and the outdoor area was very nice. The location is a little further from the mall etc which meant it was quieter and less people on the trails, which I kind of liked.
Internet was spotty (not a huge deal for us) but the tv had cable which was nice. The upstairs shower drain was finicky (hard to get all the way open or shut) but not a huge deal, and otherwise having the 2 full bathrooms was perfect for the group. We couldn’t access the hot tub initially but vacasa helped us with that immediately. And the cruiser bikes in the garage were awesome! Definitely a nice perk. Overall I would recommend this place, and I would come back here and stay again.
