Relaxation & fun awaits you in our 4th floor unit at the Summit complex at 8743 Thomas Drive. Located directly on the beach with a terrific view. Condo decorated with a tropical decor.

Bedroom has comfortable king size bed with TV for your enjoyment. Located in an alcove in the hallway are 2 bunkbeds, and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living area. Unit has 2 cable TV's. TV in den is Samsung Smart TV with Samsung sound bar (BT). In bedroom is 43" TCL Smart TV. Balcony has lounger for sunset watching or tanning. Also, on balcony is table with chairs for dining and morning dolphin watching. BEACH CHAIR w/Umbrella INCLUDED (Mar-Oct), just grab your towel and stroll to the beach!!

The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, griddle, grilling utensils, even sippy cups. Truly all your cooking and dishware needs for a comfortable stay.

All linens are provided and a washer/dryer is in the unit!

Wi-Fi in the condo & Beach Chairs INCLUDED April-October !!

This will be a unit you will come back to year after year!
3 night minimum required. A reservation fee of $27 will be collected at check-in with the Summit for your parking pass and armbands.

This unit was perfect for my family. All 5 of us fit comfortably. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and the beach chairs were a nice bonus. It is within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment and a short drive to St. Andrews (which i highly recommend!). The only thing is that the pool closes at 8 because they don't have the permit for night swimming (i found this out after talking to the employees), this was a non issue for us because after being at the beach and doing other activities we were tired and decided to just hang out on the balcony and play games/watch movies. But if you're wanting some night swimming, you can't do that. Overall i highly recommend.

Cheryl was easy to communicate with and a great host. The condo is beach front with a great view and location. The beach is absolutely stunning. Everything listed is accurate. There are plenty of plates/cups/utensils and kitchen necessities. Only recommendation pertaining to the condo itself, would be to dust/clean a little more. This next section is out of the listings control but worth noting: some of the elevators were not working. Thankfully the condo is only on the 4th floor. Another important note, the pool closes at 8pm every night (despite the signs stating 11pm). Overall, this was a great stay and we would return again.

The accommodations were very clean and in order. Loved the inclusion of beach chairs so I was able to spend a significant amount of time on the beach. I would rent this unit again!

The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was so nice having the beach chairs available for us! We enjoyed our stay overall but the shower had some mold which is why we are not giving 5 stars.

The room was perfect for the four of us. Everything we needed was in there for us. Beds were comfy. Fourth floor was perfect bc elevators got hectic at times and we just took the steps. Weather wasn't perfect but we made the best of it. Thank you Cheryl for having us at your condo!

Condo was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The 2 reserved chairs on the beach came with an umbrella so it was nice not to have to drag chairs and an umbrella down each day. It was pretty crowded at the pool but that’s to be expected. Elevators were busy but it was easy to take the stairs since this unit is located on the 4th floor.

The condo was clean, all the appliances worked, and the AC kept the condo cool. The 4th floor was nice because you had a good Gulf view with the option to take the stairs when the elevator was busy. Cheryl made sure that everything ran smoothly and the condo was stocked with towels, clean bedding, and beach toys/boards. Definitely recommend.

What a wonderful condo! The bedroom is large and there is a door between the hallway and the living room so two couples could even share this condo. The hallway bunk beds are actually functional, normally you see a property that offers bunk beds but they are so small they are unusable, but these were actually twin mattresses. Beach chairs coming with the condo was a HUGE bonus! The staff who runs the chair rental were wonderful. There were some issues with elevators but they were quickly resolved and since we were on the 4th floor we used the stairs often. The property is serious about those wrist bands so make sure you are wearing them during your stay. Very short walk to the beach! Everything was as described, bed was comfortable and would gladly stay here again.

The condo was a convenient place to stay for the Seabreeze Jazz Festival (about 15 minutes away). For the days we didn't attend the festival, the facilities at the Summit were very nice and we appreciated the use of the beach chairs.

We had a great stay in this unit. It’s located in a nice area and it has everything that you need. It was clean and ready to go when we got there. There’s good security on the grounds too which makes you feel safer. I love that the beach chairs are included as well. I’m coming back to this same unit this Fall. My new place to stay!

Everything was as advertised. The condo was comfortable and felt just like home. The unit was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We LOVED the amazing view. The only complaint was the elevator, luckily being on the 4th floor we just took the stairs instead.

I enjoyed this property with my sons ages 12 and 13. It was very clean and well-stocked with everything we could need! The beach and pool deck were gorgeous with plenty of seating. The property was perfect for our needs, and Cheryl was a great host!

First time staying in this unit. Would stay again.. Everything was as described.. Has some nice updates.. The coffee basket was a plus as we drink a lot of coffee. So to have coffee in the unit as soon as we arrived was special.

We actually went to watch granddaughter play softball tournament and so glad we chose your condo. We really enjoyed it. It was great location, people were friendly and loved how it was lit up at night. Also the restaurant on property was really nice and prices were wonderful. The only thing that looked bad was elevators, which being on 4th floor we never used which was fine with us. Thanks for having us we will definitely be back!

Chery was quick to respond and room was perfect for me and my husband and 3 kids. Summit is a very busy place and elevators take forever, mostly took stairs thank god we got 4th floor!
