About this house rental
3 bedrooms, 5 baths with rooftop bar and deck. Fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. 15- 20 minutes up either Big or Little Cottonwood Canyon, close to park and ride, 35 minutes to Park City or 20 minutes to downtown Salt Lake City. Walking distance to coffee shops, ski rental, distillery and restaurants. 5 minute drive to grocery store. Beds are super comfortable with duvet covers and high end linens. Every room has a smart T.V. for streaming and bose wireless speaker. Cleanliness and comfort are my top priority. I also offer a concierge service for a small fee. I will go to the grocery store, liquor store, pick up ski passes and have everything waiting and ready when you arrive.

The property was perfect. It’s even better than the photos. Every detail was thought of. The location was great for skiing at Alta and Brighton, also close to the airport and restaurants. The property owner was so accommodating and responsive. We will definitely stay here again next year.

Our family spent a week here skiing the moutains of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. The location was great and the property was fabulous - spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated and well appointed. We would definitely visit again.

The townhome was exactly like the photos, extremely clean and exceptionally decorated. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. It was a reunion of my husband’s two brothers and sister-n-law. We each had our own room and en-suite bathroom. There was an additional 1/2 bath near the living room and a 1/2 bath on the top floor where the roof top patio was located so you didn’t have to go too far. The kitchen has every imaginable cooking appliance, utensil, machine which we hadn’t anticipated using, but because it was so convenient, we had multiple meals in and had so much more fun together. The beds were luxuriously comfortable with Tempurpedic like mattresses and a plethora of fluffy, huge towels. I am a very meticulous guest and it is hard for me to get comfortable anywhere that is not home, but I felt as if I was at home and was able to relax as everything was as Sausha said and she thinks of everything. If you need anything she is a text/call away. Our family is already planning our next trip to stay there.

Roomy and luxurious stay
Totally enjoyed our stay after driving cooped up in our car and trailer from Florida. Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and the upstairs sunsets were great on the deck. Beds were super comfy and enjoyed the extra treats watching tv with the family. Easy check in and out. There are lots of stairs so make sure everyone can handle several flights. Beautiful mountain view and easy access to get gas or stock supplies. Thanks so much for a relaxing stay in Utah. Can't wait to visit again!

Very nice condo at the base of the mountains with great views! Clean and very well kept with a fantastic master suite! Short drive to local ski resorts. Definitely recommend!

Best Rental Experience Ever!
Our stay and experience could not have been better! Sausha was wonderfulin her communication and check in was a breeze. The property itself was just spotless and beautiful- the photos do not do it justice. Everything in the house is upgraded - from the Crate and Barrel dinnerware to the amazingly soft and cozy linens. Sausha has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and it truly shows and makes all the difference. She had a lovely assortment of snacks arranged, including organic treats for our little one. My family and I stayed for a wedding in the mountains, so the location was perfect! It is also right next to the adorable Sugar House neighborhood, close to many amazing restaurants, and you even have a coffee shop to walk to at the end of the block.
Another review mentioned this should be the role model for all rentals and I have to 100% agree. This was by far our best rental experience on any site and made our trip so enjoyable. Next time we are in the area, we will be back!

Awesome unit with great amenities.
Unit was one of the most spacious condos I rented in Salt Lake City. There were plenty of kitchen utensils including dishes, cups and silverware. Being skiers, it has a great location and was in a nice neighborhood. Good access to the owners who were very welcoming and gracious. Great trip!!

Fun Ski Stay
Amazing place and location. Just 20-25 minutes to the 4 local slopes. Great Distillery restaurant within walking distance. Sausha was incredible and readily available for any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome!
I have stayed in many rental properties for vacation and this was by far the best. The location was great for the resorts in the Cottonwood Canyon area. There is good local food options, grocery store, and access to the major highways. The house was outstanding. Exceptionally appointed and every detail thought of. It was very clean and Sausha communicated very well and helped us get our initial supplies. Thank you!

Our Stay
What a great property! Clean, modern, comfortable, and a great central location to go skiing at Snowbird, Park City, or Solitude. Plenty of places to eat in the area and several places to rent skis within a mile or less. The owner has thought of all the little details like an extra toothbrush, plenty of snacks, condiments, etc. All the things you need but rarely have at other rentals!! Even plenty of games and an X-box for the kids

Good condo. Spacious, comfortable and clean, and a well supplied kitchen which made staying and cooking easier. In a prime location with easy access to Snowbird and Alta if you are visiting for the skiing.

Sausha actually met us at the condo, and she allowed us to check in early. She was clearly working hard to make sure the place was spotless!
We have stayed at many VRBO's, and this was the best ever in terms of ameninies. Champagne and beer in the fridge, soaps and shampoos in every shower...
We will definitely stay again when we return.

fantastic place all around - great location for skiing, beautiful home, great host.
Everything about this place was better than expected - the host was so nice and helpful, the home itself is beautifully furnished and appointed with the highest quality choices, from towels and tiles to kitchen equipment. Most fun is that the host has supplied guests with a generous supply of snacks, coffee, even a bottle of wine in the kitchen, and then lotions and potions in the bathrooms - first aid kits, toothbrushes.... so thoughtful. We loved staying here and couldn't recommend it more highly.

This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed . It is completely stocked with everything you need .
The owner is very easy to work with and once she made sure we were settled she left us to enjoy or stay . We will definitely use this property again if we’re staying in tne salt lake area .
The only thing missing compared to a 5 star hotel is a butler to carry bags .

Great Condo!
This condo was more than perfect. It was stocked full of everything we needed. It was very clean. The host was incredibly helpful and fast to respond when we had a bit of trouble connecting to the wifi. Will definitely stay here again next time we go to Utah!

Great location! Great home!
We chose this townhome for its location to Brighton and Alta and it was perfect! A quick drive up either canyon road and you are on the slopes! It is also within walking distance of The Lifthouse for ski rental and DISCOUNT lift tickets and Porcupine Grill for great food! The home was perfect! Very clean, tidy and decorated with top of the line furnishings and accessories. A lot of rentals lack personal touches like artwork or accessories, but this home didn't! All the extra kitchen appliances were a bonus too! Crockpot, waffle maker and even a Vitamix for smoothies! Games, magazines, snacks, any toiletry you could need and robes were all provided! Beautiful home! Thanks for a great time and for making this home such a wonderful place to stay! We can't wait to return and will recommend it to any friends traveling to SLC!

Simply perfect!
This condo is simply perfect! My friends and I stayed here in February for a week of skiing/riding at the local resorts. There were 5 of us total and at times we would have a guest with us for dinner. Even with everyone in the kitchen at once this place still had plenty of room. We spent more time at the island then anywhere else in the condo. Everything you could possibly need for cooking was provided and the pantry is well stocked. Sausha did not overlook a single detail when setting this place up. Snacks awaiting on entry, top notch bath essentials, comfortable couches and beds... everything was spot on. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone who asks. When it's time for next years trip I will be coming here. This place simply felt like home from beginning to end. Sausha was even nice enough to give us a late(very late!) checkout since our flights were all red-eyes heading home. This made for a truly hassle free experience.

Perfect ski vacation hub
Thank you Sausha for a delightful stay in Cottonwood Heights. Perfect location for our daily ski trips to different resorts, beautiful common area for home-cooked meals, warm and cozy bedrooms for rest and renewal. We appreciated how you thought of everything from snacks, coffee, wireless speakers, boot dryers, toiletries, board and video games. It felt like when we turned a corner there was a another surprise gift! We even got to grill on the rooftop deck in the snow. The condo was a palace for our small family, when we had friends visit everyone commented on how beautiful the place was! Construction across the street was interesting to watch, the timing didn't interfere too much with our schedules other than road closure that impacted street parking spots on night. We hope our plans bring us back to Utah so we can stay again because the condo was a highlight of our ski vacation. Thank you!
