Extraordinary panoramas greet you in the 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath layout that can accommodate a total of 14, with a maximum of 10 adults. Celebrate an indoor-outdoor lifestyle whether listening to the waves from the soft couches or getting a tan on one of the FOUR outdoor decks. Cooking becomes an experience for the whole party with a four-seater bar, stainless-steel appliances, outdoor dining table for 8, rooftop BBQ, and a fully equipped kitchen perfectly located on the main floor.
Bring the fun to the rooftop where you can grill under the stars, dine at the outdoor table, or relax with your favorite beverage on the private balconies. Retire to the bedrooms, which include a 2nd floor master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a jetted Jacuzzi tub, a second bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a third retreat with a double bed, twin bunk, and trundle. Head upstairs to a comfortable second living area with a full sleeper sofa plus a sunroom/bedroom with a double daybed and a bathroom with shower. You will also find here the main primary bedroom with a king bed and large shower. This lovely vacation dream has multiple bedrooms on both floors, so everyone has room to spread out in the house!
Its central location brings you close to world-class attractions, including SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, and much more. Sorry, but no pets are allowed. With summer just around the corner, book your dates before someone beats you to it!

Parking is limited throughout the Mission Bay area. There are two parking spaces designated for this property - one in the shared carport and one outside of the carport. Neither space is suitable for large, long vehicles. The approximate dimensions for the carport are 7ft 9in H x 8ft 2in W x 17ft L. The outside parking space on the south side of the building has approximate dimensions of 9ft H x 7ft 7in W x 20ft L.

JUNE -JULY-AUGUST 7-Night Rentals Only from Saturday to Saturday. 3-Night Minimum Rentals During Off Season.
This unit has a maximum occupancy of 14 (mix of adults/children) and is not suitable for more than 10 adults. Please keep this in mind when booking this unit.
This home has multiple staircases, including the extra, on the rooftop and between floors inside the home. This may not be suitable for all groups so please ensure you are comfortable with this, before booking. This home, like most in the coastal area, does not have air conditioning.
Photo ID and Credit Card photo verification required to complete booking. We do not accept American Express and Discover.
San Diego Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersedes the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.
A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.
