Great location, very walkable to Bourbon Street and lots of restaurants. Beautiful condo with a wonderful balcony! Very clean and comfortable!

This property was amazing as was the host. Communication was excellent. All pros! Barbara and Candace are the best. They even let us complete a pick up grocery order and had our fridge and pantry stocked and ready to roll. The location is right across from the St Charles trolley stop and there is bountiful parking in every direction only steps away. We will stay here every single time. Thank you all so much.

We booked this place for an adult getaway weekend with another couple. It was in a great location, clean and beds we’re comfortable. Loved the balcony and the history of the building. Had a great stay!

Our experience here was perfect! Great communication and all went smooth and as advertised. Balcony is great far enough enough away from the noise of Bourbon St. though close enough to enjoy it. We walked down to that area most of time 4 days we actually only Ubered one time. Comfy beds and great common area to socialize with our friends. It accommodated my fiancé and the couple we traveled with perfectly.

The apartment was amazing. The balcony was the reason we stayed here, and it did not disappoint! Walking distance to just about everything, plus a trolley stop at the corner.

Very nice place to stay. Within walking distance of just about everything. Staff was extremely helpful. Balcony was a plus.

Excellent location, communication and responsiveness. Will be back.

We stayed for a week in this lovely apartment. I was there for a conference in the convention center about 6 blocks down the road. The apartment was terrific, with high ceilings that kept the place cool. The AC was more than sufficient despite the 100 degree heat. We had a problem initially but we called the manager and it was fixed right away.
On our last day we needed somewhere to leave our luggage as our flight was not until the evening. The manager allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment for most of the afternoon, which was a huge help and much appreciated.
We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!
Great condo with balcony. Perfect location!

Absolutely charming, stylish, well-appointed place! Loved the wrap-around balcony & used it daily. Great neighborhood & walks to The French Quarter/other nearby hot spots don't require traversing sketchy areas, either.
Staff was very helpful & responsive: At check-in, 1 of 2 door codes provided didn't work, but this was quickly resolved with a phone call to management & reprogramming by on-site staff. Later, the dryer's heating element had apparently gone bad & we were provided same-day access to a vacant unit's dryer just steps down the hall.
Best of all...I must mention that you'll be dealing with absolutely ethical people: I'd hidden some extra spending money in the condo & only remembered I'd left it behind several days later. Kudos to the staff for accessing a newly occupied condo, retrieving & returning it all via FedEx! (minus a tip that I insisted on & the shipping fees, of course)
In summary--an exceptional find in New Orleans!

This location made the trip. My wife said where we stayed was her favorite part of Nola. Visited New Orleans 6 times and this why far was the best stay. Highly recommend if you’re wanting a different side of the big easy, but still very close to the action if you want to be a part of it.

This condo was in great condition and very clean. The location of this condo worked well for us. The communication from the start through the end was very professional and welcoming. This was nothing less than an amazing experience.

Best location ever
This is a wonderful place to stay. Centrally located. Right off the St. Charles streetcar line. Get an easy pass from the RTA website and ride as much as you want- you can go to the Garden district or to Bourbon street and the stop is right outside. Great decor and furniture. Lovely balcony that we used daily. We would stay here again!

Beautiful property, exceptionally clean!
This was the most wonderful trip that we could’ve ever imagined. We had a beautiful clean apartment to go back to every night. We felt safe in the area. You could walk around at night. There was a wonderful little bar restaurant downstairs below the apartment. Our favorite way to travel around the city was with pedicabs. And it was very easy to call a service to come to the apartment and pick you up and take you into the French quarter. Would 100% recommend and we hope to stay again❤️

Great stay!
Condo was as described and pictured. Very cute, nice wraparound porch to people watch. I loved that we were far enough away from alot of people but close enough that we walked to Bourbon street and the aquarium! But we are walkers so we are used to it. We really came here to escape the Pandemic from our tourist town and its just what we needed. Felt right at home. If you are not from that "city" life, it is a bit noisy. The st charles street car runs every 8 minutes all night long right along the apartment! Didn't bother us though. Very secure and quiet building. The bathrooms were stocked and even had extra rolls of toilet paper, you never see that. We packed alot of our own food and fridge was already stocked with Gatorade, beer, and bottled water. Plus coffee and creamers. Basic cooking supplies as well, some pots and pans and baking sheet which came in handy! The televisions were odd, they turned on and off on their own and not all the Cox channels worked. We did get to watch Netflix movies, but we were trying to track two hurricanes coming this way and had to rely on our phones. Self parking or parking lots near by and the welcome instructions were great and easy to follow to get into the building. Barbara was easy to talk to and helpful! Thanks for a great stay, we will be back!

Nice place to stay for a short visit...

Great apartment - lots of character and space.
Very comfortable apartment and responsive property manager. I loved the accessibility to many different neighborhoods in New Orleans. The living room needs another comfortable chair as the apartment sleeps four but only three chairs.

A wonderful stay
Great place to stay away from the mean streets of Bourbon. Hip district with great restaurants around. Easy walk to Garden, French Quarter, and more. Go listen to some jazz on Frenchman. Cheers,

Julia 2 bedroom condo.
Excellent service and location.

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The location is just great...close enough to the action yet far enough from the real noise.
4.8
Great condo
The condo was very clean and comfortable for 4 adults over a long weekend. The location is right between the French Quarter and the Garden District, making it easy to get to both areas quickly. The streetcar is right outside, which is both convenient and a negative as it gets rather noisy at night (it runs 24/7). But turning on the bathroom fans overnight helps to drown out the sound. The balcony was great and we loved that it wraps around the unit. The property mentions a key fob for easy entry but the fob is only given out during Mardi Gras. Otherwise you enter a code to get through each door of the building. Not a negative necessarily, just a little less convenient. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!

Great Condo and Location
We enjoyed our week stay during Mardi Gras.
The Location was great for watching parades and safely walking around the city.
Restaurants, Museums, Shopping and Rousses are just steps away.
The condo has many amenities with all the comforts of home.
We love all the character, charm and personality of this condo.
Thanks to Vacay Nola for making the rental process easy.

Clean , full of period character.
From the arrival instructions to the thoughtfulness of the management, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
So many cities are constructed with anonymous architecture but this apartment is built on a human scale where its features can be enjoyed.
It also benefits from being in the heart of this uniquely charming city, within walking distance of most things that count.
Don't just take my word for it though - we're booked to return in May!

Updated and a quick walk to WWII museum
Very nice and updated; a bit noisy. Looks like an up and coming area that is in the process of being renovated. Walked to WWII museum!
4.8
Beautiful condo!
Had a great long weekend in this beautiful condo. Perfect for 2 couples. All the basic staples were provided and a grocery store is a quick walk from the condo. Right next to the St Charles streetcar but also within walking distance of the French Quarter. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful
Adorable, comfy, everything you could want in a weekend rental. It’s in the arts district which is my new favorite area of NOLA. Great restaurants in walking distance, 1 block from the streetcar over to Canal street. Just far enough from the craziness in n Bourbon Street. The management of the place was awesome, great communication, easy to follow instructions, flawless check in. Loved it!
4.8
Great location and nice. walking distance to many restaurants
The place is nice. There could be some updating to the furniture for seating. Very clean and convenient to many restaurants and the trolley
4.8
A great place to stay...close enough to the action.
Six occupants, bedrooms and bathrooms comfortable. Sleeper sofa not comfortable and not enough seating in the living room. Balcony and locale was awesome. Cool to walk out of unit onto the balcony. Convenient to the trolly line, but runs 24 hours so noisy through the night. Street lights kept living room too bright at night...need blackout shades. Overall a cute unit and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Excellent
Great place, perfect location, helpful rental staff

Great location, clean and comfortable.
Located close to public transit, restaurants, grocery, etc. We had a couple issues arriving, the power was out in the neighborhood and the building had electric locks, but someone came out with a key and got us inside. It was extremely hot, but the building stayed cool until the power was restored. Loved the balcony.
4.8
Great Location!
The condo's pictures do not do it justice, it was fantastic! The wrap around balcony, with iron table and chairs, made for the perfect spot to relax after enjoying NOLA. In addition, the location was perfect as the streetcar was right at the corner, making it easier to move about the city. The condo was fully equipped with whatever you need to live comfortably away from home. We plan on returning next year!
4.8
Beautiful NOLA condo
Beautiful and convenient. We had not previously stayed in the Warehouse District and were unsure about how convenient it might be. We were pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed this location. The Blue Bikes rentals right outside the building was a plus, in addition to the streetcar stop right at the corner. The condo is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. The only caveat to our entire stay is the sleeper sofa. We had one person sleep on the sleeper sofa and between the bright street lights right outside the condo window in addition to the streetcar noise all night, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. Other than that, we had a fantastic time and highly recommend this condo.
4.8
A fabulous apartment 10 minute walk from the French Quarter. It has been beautifully designed and decorated. The management staff were very hospitable and we were very comfortable. The location is perfect with lots of great restaurants and shops right there and a short walk to be in the middle of the French Quarter. We're going to book for our next trip to New Orleans right away. The only recommendation would be better quality pillows on the beds to match the high standards of the other furnishings.
