About this apartment rental

Our unit is comfortably furnished with relaxing colors and one of just 12 large wraparound balconies in the complex. The large bedroom has 1 queen and 1 full size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. Ceiling fan, smart TV and blackout curtains provide extra comforts to support restful sleep. The living room offers two walls of windows framing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and sugar white sand. A comfortable sleeper sofa and two recliners provide comfortable seating to enjoy the view and time with family. The kitchen has been remodeled with new stainless appliances, granite countertop, new backsplash and all of the items needed to make yourself at home cooking family meals. Dining room seating as well as bar seating ensure everyone has a place to enjoy meals together. A full 4 piece hall bath provides additional space to make getting ready a breeze. Right outside the condo door is a private laundry room with with a full size washer and dryer. Available beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are also stored in the laundry room. Our unit has a new 55" smart TV in the living room and a 32" smart TV in the bedroom. Cable and internet are included.
In 2022 we added Polywood furniture to the balcony. It is tall enough to see over the balcony rails but not so tall that it makes it difficult for some to climb in. We love it and believe it is a beautiful touch since the balcony is our favorite place to enjoy coffee in the mornings and the views all day long.

Mariner West has a pool situated beside the beach and gulf, gas grills and picnic tables, shuffleboard, and a game room with a pool table. The price is great, the unit is wonderful, and the beaches are spectacular. You will truly enjoy your stay here.

Mariner West is positioned on the east end of Panama City Beach, Fl, in the Gulf of Mexico, known for its white sandy beaches. Mariner West is family oriented and handicap accessible. There is Shopping, restaurants, and numerous activities just minutes away.

We can not say enough about his condo! The wrap around balcony and the view alone are what make this place special!! Everything was clean and orderly when we arrived. It was also stocked with everything we needed to be able to prepare meals throughout the week. The hosts also did a wonderful job of communicating with us. It’s location is also perfect! Quiet with access to the beach but close to all the fun tourist attractions in PCB. We are definitely going to stay here again when we come back in the future.

This is the second time staying at Mariner West and I don’t know that I will ever stay anywhere else. The property is small and clean. Just far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to all of the things PCB has to offer! See ya next year!

My brother and I had some family business to attend to in Panama City. We stayed in a lovely condo right on the beach and on days we didn’t work we enjoyed the Sun and relaxing on the balcony and beach. The condo had everything we needed for a perfect time and the hosts were so gracious and lovely to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place and plan on coming back again.

My sisters and I spent 7 days in this beautiful beach home and everything was perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and fully stocked with all we needed for our stay. Laura made sure we had all the information we needed for check-in and out and, though we had no issues during our stay, she made sure I knew she was available anytime. Mariner West is an older complex but is wonderfully maintained, very clean and orderly… kudos to the building manager and maintenance staff. There are no wooden chairs and umbrellas lined up on the beach so the view from the balcony is peaceful and appealing which is where we spent many of our hours.

The condo was in a great location, right on the beach. The wrap around balcony was a great bonus for us! It was fully furnished . Met all our needs and then some. We had a small issue initially but Laura was quick to respond to me and we got it resolved. 5 stars and recommend to anyone looking for a condo on the beach with amazing views!

Our Mariner West Condo was very nice. It is an older complex but well maintained. The elevator is a little small and slow but it was never busy so it wasn’t a problem. The condo was great and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer were great too. I would definitely recommend it.

We’ve been traveling to Fl over 20 years and this is by far one of our favorite stays. The condo was clean, very well equipped with everything you need, the complex is well maintained, quiet and in a good area of restaurants / grocery stores and Laura was super to work with. The pictures shown are exactly as the condo looks. It has a beautiful view and everything is there in the kitchen to cook your own meals if you want. Having two bathrooms in a one bedroom is an added bonus. Dealing with Laura was a 10 out of 10 from booking to departure. Would definitely book this condo again!!

We love this place. It was super close to the beach with easy access. The balcony had an amazing view of the ocean which we could enjoy while eating or just relaxing out of the sun. It was quite and everyone was friendly, and Laura was amazing with communication as well. We definitely will stay here again.

My wife and I and our two kids have been coming to PCB for the past 11 years. This was the best condo we have ever stayed at. Love the updated kitchen. My family has been coming to PCB for years but staying at Mariner West has absolutely been the best destination. The unit was updated and clean with a quiet family atmosphere. Laura was very informative and helpful from the beginning. If you are looking for a destination away from the big high-rise condominiums, overcrowded beaches, and noisy accommodations then Mariner West is the place for you. This unit was breathtaking and has everything you need to enjoy a week at the emerald coast.

Our vacation experience was phenomenal - from the unit, view, and communication with the owner! Unit - decorated beautifully! Calming, beachy, quality. The view was not simply a balcony, which would have been outstanding, but being the corner unit, the view continued from the front of the init to the side. And what a view! Everything was clean and there were tons of kitchen items. View - I can’t imagine a better view! From the unit and then from the expansive balcony! Not much more to say than PERFECT! The beach is close to this condo complex, so walking to the gulf multiple times a day was a breeze! Communication with the owner - Laura was exceptional! She was responsive and quick to reply when needed. My husband and I will DEFINITELY plan to stay here again! Thank you so much, Laura!

Our stay couldn’t have been better. Booking was easy. Communication with owner was great. The Mariner West is a hidden gem…so quiet, not overcrowded, and steps from the beach. I never caught her name, but the lady managing the MW during our stay really takes pride in her work and was very nice. The unit was clean, well furnished, and beautifully decorated. We couldn’t get enough of the big balcony with an amazing view.
