About this apartment rental
Quiet end unit in Bridges.
Winter is fast approaching and it’s time to ski and board. Our place is a true ski-in and ski-out to Eagle lift (Chair 15). Once Eagle opens the middle of December. Enjoy your own private hot tub after being on the mountain, and a nice, full kitchen to enjoy your evening meal. You can ski right in to eat lunch at the condo, and then jump right back on the runs.
Master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and is nice and quiet in the back of unit. Second bedroom has a queen bed and twin roll-a-way with its own bathroom. A Washer/Dryer set is in the hallway of the unit.
Double futon couch in the living room. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen open to the living area. Kitchen fully stocked with coffee pot, crock pot, rice cooker, toaster, and glasses for any drink. Beautiful propane fireplace for easy use in the living room makes for cozy game nights and hanging out.
The underground, covered garage with 2 reserved spots makes it easy to park in any weather. The Bridges condo complex is just up the road from Mammoth Village. Hop on a Shuttle for a night out on the town.

Great location in beautiful Mammoth Lakes. We were there in 'off' season (June) as part of a CA trip. Enjoyed the hot tub and balcony view. Quick easy access to downtown Mammoth Lakes. Building and unit are older, but we are all about location and this was great. Perfect for our short time there!

Great very convenient corner unit. True ski in and out. Some of the bedding/sort furnishings could do with an update but apart from that zero complaints. Great communication with the owner, will be back.

Really awesome unit. Just go down the steps to ski out. Wonderful views of Lupin and Bridges and ski out ramp to bridges thanks to corner unit and nice windows/ glass sliding door. Spacious layout with plenty of hooks and places to stash ski gear and food. Oh - it even has a game / puzzle table so you don’t need to sacrifice dining table or coffee table. The owner / manager Joy Ross is probably the most responsive and gracious owner I’ve ever messaged. Prompt, straightforward replies and information. I already tried to book for next year but it was taken and now i know why. Excellent stay.

This place is right off of the Chickadee run near Eagle. You can ski out very easily. Skiing back in is a little tricky--it's a bit steep but do-able for anyone who can handle a hard green/easy blue run.
The place is spacious--it has a very large living room with two couches and a large oversized chair.
The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need--an instant pot, a crock pot, tons of pots & pans, baking pans, bowls, etc
Beds were comfy.
It had a ton of paper towels, toilet paper & even spare batteries and light bulbs!
There was 1 humidifier that was unusable because the tank stopper was missing. Room heaters + blankets but we didn't need them.
Both bathrooms are carpeted so if you're grossed out by that, you should be aware of that. It looks like the carpet was recently installed within the last few years but still.
Both toilets are original--they're extremely low so if you've got mobility issues, be forewarned.
The lighting in the living & dining room was minimal--there are 2 lamps--1 on a side table & a tall lamp in the living room & then 1 ceiling light in the dining room.
There is a whole bookshelf full of games which was fun. Unfortunately, the lighting was so low, it was hard to play anything.
The private jacuzzi on the balcony was unusable-water was cloudy & green.
The owner/manager was very helpful.
Parking garage is low (6'9"). Our car + thule didn't fit.
If you're looking for a great location, this can't be beat!

We had a wonderful stay at the Bridges for Christmas 2023! Located adjacent to Eagle Lodge and the trails Bridges and Lupin! Even though the snow was thin, we were still able to walk out to the trails and ski down to lift 15. My kids loved being able to ski until the lifts closed then walk back to home base. It was a great stay on Mammoth Mountain!

A pleasant, cozy little 2 bedroom. We enjoyed the deck and the hot tub most of all. Watching the moonrise each night was amazing. We'll be back.

This is the second time I've stayed at Joy's place in Mammoth. Everything remains and continues to be a pleasant experience. Unit was clean and had all of the amenities listed in the description. Having designated parking spaces is a plus, and the private jacuzzi on the balcony after a day out was extremely relaxing. Would absolutely stay again.

We’d never skied at Mammoth, and Joy’s condo was the perfect base of operations. Very comfortable environs and though ski-in, ski-out wasn’t available due to the timing, the hot tub on the deck overlooking the snow covered mountains more than made up for it. Joy was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

Joy’s property is a proper ski on, ski off experience with the condo literally facing the mountain. Getting to and from the eagle lift was a breeze for me and my family of four (wife and two kids 8 & 5). The property also has beautiful views, a well stocked kitchen, and a good lay out to make our family’s experience very comfortable. The building was experiencing some common weather related maintenance issues for a little over a day and Joy kept us regularly updated with a crew on hand to tackle the problem. Anyone looking for a proper ski on, ski off experience should consider Joy’s property.

We loved everything about the condo. Staying with our grown children and everyone being able to ski in and out was a luxury. Owners took care of us with great care. We had storms coming in while we were trying to exit and they gave us some flexibility to make us feel reassured.

Ideal location for skiiers. Charming unit with beautiful views of the mountains from the patio hot-tub. Walls are a little thin if neighbors happen to be loud or staying up late. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at the Bridges condos. It was quiet during our stay. This property is close to many of the lakes and to town. We are looking forward to booking this property again in the future.

This condo was quiet and peaceful with a knockout view. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked with every kind of dish, pan, glass, and pot. Thoughtful touches of a few bottles of wine that you can replace and leftover condiments in the fridge. The only drawback is that the toilets are quite low, which could be hard for less flexible folks. The host answered my texts promptly and was very accommodating.

We were two related couples coming to Mammoth for the four-day Blues Festival. The condo was perfect. Sometimes there is an inbalance between bedrooms or bathrooms but these were very equivalent to each other. We cooked breakfast together which was easy and pleasant with the large dining room table. The couches in the living room were extremely comfortable. The incredible view shown in the listing is accurate and we were happy that a rainy day "forced us" to stay at home because the space was so relaxing to be in. I can't imagine a better place to rent in Mammoth

Great getaway with incredible views!
Check in process was super simple. Joy made sure to get us all the information we needed for check in before getting there. I stay in Mammoth frequently and most renter won’t give you entry passcode one hour before the check in time which can be an issue since cell service is so spotty. So I definitely appreciated the stress free check in. Home is spacious, views are incredible, facility itself is quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for hosting us Joy!

Amazing hidden gem right off of Eagle
Really the photos and description of this place do not do it justice. It's literally right off of the slopes, and is also literally a ski in / ski out. The property is located right off of the "Bridges" run that you can get to easily from either Chair 8 or Eagle Express.
Aside from being conveniently located, the property is also amazing in and of itself. The rooms are cozy and can comfortably sleep 6 adults (2 bedrooms, and a fold-out couch).
The highlight of our trip was probably the hot tub, though. After coming back from a day of skiing, getting into the hot tub was great, as it is a nice large hot tub (could also probably fit 6 people), and the views from the hot tub are second to none.
I struggled to get the WiFi password correct in the beginning, but the host was very communicative and responded immediately to my questions.
Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to ski in Mammoth, and loves the convenience of being on the mountain.

Great Location!
Location was great. The condos amenities were pleasant. The kitchen had everything you'd need in utensils and an aggregate condiments left behind and others provided by owner. The queen beds were comfortable, and the size was perfect for our family. The jacuzzi was a definite great touch during the evenings when the temperature went below 60 degrees. The only problem we encountered was the cleanliness, but I feel that's an easy fix. The linens hadn't been washed so I washed them. The fans had a thick layer of dust bunnies on them. The comforters weren't washed so I just folded them and put them away. Yet the amount of covers are ready for those cold.winter nights. There is no AC and during the first 2 days it was a little warmer than usual, yet we open the windows and sliding doors and it was perfect no biggie. The kitchen counters weren't cleaned either, but unlike other owners Joy had sufficient dish soap and scrubs and easy fix. The place is lovely the views and proximity to everything is perfect. Our family enjoyed our stay and the washer, dryer and liquid soap was able to fix whatever problems we had. If I brought them up is because most owners have agencies cleaning their homes and I'm a true believer in constructive criticism to improve. Oh and there are lots of games and a smart T. V that we used every afternoon. Perfect stay!

We loved seeing the beautiful sunrises, everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi on the balcony, as well as the family games and puzzles. The place is very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. I took all my seasonings just to find a cabinet full. Communication with Joy was great, she even suggested some places to see while there. Apparently there's a couple folders under the living room table full of things to do and see, along with restaurants; but we didn't notice them until we were leaving 😂. Would definitely love to stay again, my family had a great time. Thank you!
