About this house rental

Everything about this centrally located home is clean and immaculate.

New stainless steel appliances and carpet, fresh paint and granite counter tops. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the mudroom.

This 1927 rancher sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom has its own full-bathroom and television.

We offer free high speed wireless internet, cable television and DVD player. The television in the living room is a 55" smart TV with Netflix and Hulu apps to use if you have an account.

Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels are included with your stay. We have newer dishes, utensils, pots, pans and small appliances. There is a wireless Bluetooth speaker and 4 port USB charging system.

The large backyard is fully-fenced. It has a propane grill, patio table and a wood burning fire pit for s'mores. We also have corn hole and a child-size picnic table.

There is a gate, right outside the back door, that leads to an off-street parking spot. There is room for one car or truck on a gravel driveway. Because this house is located on a corner lot, there is ample on-street parking as well.

This home is all one level, with only stairs to the front and back doors. We do not live in this home, so there is no shared space!

You're in walking distance to Starbucks, Dutch Bros. Coffee, Memorial Hospital and the Olympic Training Center. 3 minutes from Memorial Park, 6 minutes from Colorado College, 9 minutes from University of Colorado Colorado Springs, 13 minutes from the Broadmoor, 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods and 17 minutes to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

We stayed two nights and had a great time. We traveled quite a distance beforehand and this was the perfect little place to relax and rejuvinate. Fantastic communication with the owners - we arrived early and they were more than happy to let us settle in right away. Thank you!

The house was very cute and clean. There was plenty of seating in the living room and lots of bedroom space. Our only complaint is that we would like to have a table lamp in the living room.

The house was lovely and clean in a great location. The host Michelle jumped our vehicle when the battery died as we were checking out. Also REALLY liked her welcome book and instructions. We weren't ask to clean, or start laundry. I really appreciated Michelle!

Property was in a great location for us. House was clean. I wished there was a little garbage can in the master bathroom. The last night there I found it under the sink to the back of cabinet. We would rent again, if in the area.

This was an excellent place to stay when visiting Colorado Springs. The location puts a visitor in a place where it is good to find anything they want to do our see. It has all amenities needed for a short or long visit. It is clean and friendly. I highly recommend it.

The cottage was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. It was in a good location for our daily explorations. While I certainly did not feel unsafe at any time in the house or in the yard, there were always people milling around on the corner about a block away, that would have prevented me from wanting to walk the neighborhood. Only a couple of really minor complaints - the bath soaps provided are really small and hard to use. We went buy a full size bar of soap our second day there. Also, while I'm sure a lot of people just use the automatic dishwasher, with only two of us in our household, we usually just hand wash dishes. There was no dish drainer to put rinsed dishes in. Not a big deal, though. We just laid the dishes out on a towel. As I said those are really minor things. I would certainly rent this property again on any return trip to the area.

This adorable little house is in a perfect location to do so many fun things in and around Colorado Springs. It was very clean and comfortable. Michelle was very quick to answer all of our questions. It made for a wonderful vacation for my husband and myself.

A very clean up-to-date home with easy access to I-25 and major tourist sites in the Colorado Springs area. (AF Academy, Cog RR to Pikes Peak, Royal Gorge RR. Gardens of the Gods, Miramont Castle, Etc) My wife and I would stay here again.

Perfect space for extended weekend for us and our adult children. Only suggestion to bring extra pillows if able. And know how to log others out of Netflix to log yourself in (and to remember to log yourself out before you leave.) Took us a hot minute to figure that out.

I stayed with my family, includes 3 boys, and MIL. We had plenty of space with a total of 3 kids and 3 adults. I kind of have high expectations for cleanliness and this exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail that the owner provides is amazing and show she really takes pride in the property (e.g. laundry basket, reusable bags for shopping). It was so ice to come stay at a place that felt like a home - warm and inviting. The owner was efficient and timely in communication. Thank you for letting us stay!

The house was very convenient to everywhere we went around Colorado Springs. It has been nicely updated and had everything we needed for several nights stay. The beds were very comfortable, and appreciated having the air conditioners for those hot afternoons. Thanks for opening your house to us.

This adorable yellow house was perfect for our group. We had two families of three (both were 2 adults and 1 toddler) and it was just the right size for us. We did not utilize the kitchen much as we wanted to try out the local restaurants but the fridge was a very good size and the kitchen is stalked with all of the basic necessities. The house was pretty central to all of touristy things we did and were no more than 25minutes from wherever we were going. Overall, we had a great time and I would definitely book this home again on our next trip to Colorado Springs.

This was an amazing place to stay. Four people at a great price, not the exorbitant prices of other places (like hotels). It is quiet, safe, and convenient to town and USAFA. It was a nice respite from USAFA activities. I would highly recommend it and I will be staying here again on future visits. The communication with the owner is quick, easy, and accurate. I even had to adjust my original reservation and the owner worked with me in that! I really appreciated this. I highly recommend this place!

The house was so cute! It was very clean and nicely decorated. It was the perfect size house for my friend & I. We each had our own bedroom & bathroom. There was a minor issue with the pilot light needing relight in order for the water to get hot. The owner, Michelle responded immediately and took care of things to our satisfaction. She was even helpful with suggestions on things to do in the area. It was our first time visiting Colorado Springs. I highly recommend this property it was affordable and not far from all of our activities.
