I cook most nights and the house has an excellent well furnished kitchen. Geyserville has some wonderful restaurants and tasting rooms. In particular we have enjoyed the wine and people at Ramazzotti

Geyserville Stay
We stayed here for a wedding and this place exceeded our expectations. It feels like you are at your own home, it has all the country charm one would expect. My only regret is not having the time to try out the stove, next time I will make the time.

Pleasant Stay
We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us, close to Geyserville and interesting wineries. It was a short drive to Healdsburg, but a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the town. We had one question about the property upon arrival which was promptly and accurately answered by the owner. our first day we scheduled a tasting at Ramazzotti and enjoyed their wines and the food delivered to us by Diavola, next door. The next day we picnic at Preston of dry Creek

Fabulous House and Property
This is a lovely property. Very clean and well appointed. Lacks for nothing. Very comfortable and plenty of space in the common areas. Lots of seating indoors in the living room and a large dining room table to fit everyone. Comfy Kitchen table for a small group or folks wanting to be part of the meal prep. Beautiful table on the outside porch for outdoor dining. Large yard with privacy. Perfect location to the center of town, which is small, but provides all you need (great restaurants (2); small grocery store, shops, etc). Easy access to hiking and wine country. Had a wonderful time. Highly recommend

Geyserville Stay
We had a great stay at Joerg's home - check in was very easy and the house was as advertised. Joerg provided helpful recommendations, although the weather wasn't ideal, so we didn't explore the nearby swimming holes. We would definitely stay again!

Great cottage on the river
Property was very clean, well stocked with home-like quality. Ac and system filter worked wonderfully on a hot and smokey day. Communication with host was warm and timely. Throughout it feels like a quaint cottage in the country, a fun get away for some peace and quiet. Easy distance to dry creek wineries.

Wonderful farmhouse
We had a relaxing weekend stay at this house and enjoyed it very much. Between vineyards and walking distance to downtown Geyerserville. The owners have been very thoughtful about setting everything up for guests. I hope to stay there again in the future.

Farm like feel property in a beautiful wine country
Cool property in a great location. Farm like feel but in an updated house. Lots of land to roam around on and tucked up right against vineyards. Very close to wineries and the quaint downtown Geyserville. Perfect for a couples trip line we did or for families (plenty of space to let’s kids roam). Highly recommend and would love to come back again.

Peaceful
A beautiful setting! The porch with dining table was my favorite place to eat a meal and enjoy the view of the roses, and the vineyards and hills in the distance. The piano was just wonderful as our kids played and sang constantly. The house is kept very clean and has everything you could need in the kitchen. The bedrooms are small-ish with two beds where you can access the bed from one side, which was fine for us. The large size of the living areas more than made up for that need for space. Local easy access to kayaking and the river and Healdsburg is great! We have recommended this rental to friends already.

Your share of paradise!
I rented Joerg's Geyserville VRBO for a special family weekend away from the busy Bay Area. What a relaxing weekend! The weather in May was divine.
The home was extremely comfortable: good beds, new bathrooms, and a very well-equipped kitchen. We ate dinner at the farm-style table off the kitchen, then played card games well into the wee hours. During the day, we played yard games, relaxed in the hammock, and ate at yet another large table on a shaded outdoor porch. The walk to town was easy, and we were happy not to have to drive to get there. The roses were in full, fragrant bloom, and the birds were vocal and plentiful.
Joerg was very responsive to all questions. The home was thoughtfully prepared, and we could not have imagined a better home away from home in this area.

Perfect house in the perfect location
My husband and I planned a trip for our family (three kids ages 21-25) and we were lucky enough to find this amazing house. The size of the house was perfect for us and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. We enjoyed the back porch every night for eating and drinking wine after a lovely day of tastings. We even walked to the Russian River late one afternoon for a lovely walk and swim. If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay while in wine country, you couldn’t ask for more in this property. Owner was so kind snd responsive and the house exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

Lovely house and location, no indoor sound insulation
The house is lovely, well stocked kitchen, beautiful garden and yard, great location near the river. Our only issue was we are a family with small children and a baby, and the bedroom doors at this house seem really thin and have a lot of airgaps around them. All the sound goes right through them from the kitchen and the open-plan living room. The kids kept waking the baby and vice versa despite being in separate rooms. I would give this house five stars if that issue were fixed. (Though at 4 am when the baby was waking everyone in the house, I might not have felt as generous.)

Russian river vacation
The place was clean and charming. Owner was very responsive and was able to answer questions and give info regarding fire situation in the area. Very short walk to the river bank. we enjoyed our 4 days vacation

Perfect Wine Country, Riverside Getaway
This is truly a special place! The property is spacious with room to roam and explore (lavender garden and vegetable garden and all). The home itself is beautiful with a charming, newly remodeled farmhouse style kitchen, bathrooms and really comfortable and clean bedrooms. We had a lovely time going for walks to the small downtown and down the street along the vineyards. The river is right across the street which we spent all weekend exploring, floating and having the best time. Thank you Joerg for sharing your wonderful home with us - we can't wait to come back!

Great weekend getaway
Joerg's country home was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, and a much-needed getaway with our "pod". Everything was very clean and well-kept, and finding the house/getting in was a breeze. We enjoyed dining out on the porch late into the warm summer evenings, and the kitchen had everything we needed except paper towels, so bring a roll when you come if you intend on cooking! The walk to the Russian River wasn't far at all, so bring those swimsuits. Thank you, Joerg, for making our weekend a success!

Lots of room to spread out
We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It's on a huge piece of property that was great for our kids to run around on, and the home itself had everything we needed. We loved spending time on the porch and in the outdoor seating area under the trees. We also really enjoyed the proximity to the river, though it took some wandering around to figure out the best way is to access it. All in all we had a very relaxing escape up in Geyserville and would stay here again.

Beautiful but no TV and complicated Nest temperature system
The house is large, lovely and decorated in French Country style. There are three different eating areas which are large and can seat many people. The kitchen is a dream and has loads of pots, pans and dishes. The bathrooms, heating system and wifi are all updated.
We were there in the winter for Thanksgiving so we couldn't make use of the 5 acres of land. It was cold enough that there was frost on everything in the morning and a thin coat of ice on the steps. Nevertheless, we took our 6 year old to the bridge where he climbed boulders down to the river to explore and he loved it.
With a 6 year old, we grandparents really wanted a TV so we could catch a break in the afternoon. Although a TV is listed as an amenity, there is none and I don't see where there ever was one. When I mentioned this to the owner, he said he would buy one or change the listing but, if a TV is a must for you, be sure to inquire in advance.
There's a new Nest heating/AC system but no instructions on how to use it. It took us 20 minutes to get the menu up and turn the heat on. The owner said he'll leave instructions for the next visitors.
The house is very close to downtown and Geyserville is close to Cloverdale and Healdsburg. The house is quiet with almost no traffic going by the road. I would love to see it in the summer with the lavender in bloom and green grass all around.

Best Farmhouse in Geyserville
Wow - what a place! Our family had the most amazing time in this beautiful place. The house is very unique with very interesting artwork. The kitchen is particularly cozy and well appointed - you really feel inspired to cook here.
We had the hardest time getting our 8 year old son to come out of the river - he would have stayed in there for all 3 days if it were up to him. We've never experienced a place so serene and peaceful, in the middle of nature. But just walking a few minutes down the road we had lunch at Catelli's, which seemed to be a social hotspot, even on a Tuesday afternoon.
What my wife and I liked most was sitting under the tree in the evening and enjoying a glass of wine with the sun setting on the Geyserville hills. We can't wait to be back!

Ideal home for a trip to Geyserville
Our family (ranging in age from 3 1/2 to 80 years old) loved staying at this old farm house. It is very nicely restored and furnished; family room area is spacious and comfortable. They even have a piano! The Nest system enabled us to easily control the temperature during an unusually hot weekend.
Location is ideal! It's a 10 min walk to "downtown" Geyserville, where there are some great casual restaurants and a fun (and big!) vintage store. Really, perfectly situated for whatever you want to do in the area. We would stay here again, for sure.

Lovely stay in Wine Country
Beautifully furnished, cosy yet spacious cottage in the heart of wine country, close to the delightful downtown of Geyserville. We had a lovely relaxing birthday celebration with our 3 small kids who loved playing in the grounds around the house whilst we relaxed on the porch looking out to vineyards.

Amazing Experience on a Sonoma Farm
We were 4 adults and two kids for the memorial day weekend in Geyserville. This farm property is the perfect and close to the river and town. We enjoyed our stay, cooked a bit, very spacious and played board games and played piano which we have not done in a while. Awesome setting with views and very clean.

Lovely private space
Lots of room in both the house and yard and comfortably furnished. Very close to Geyserville and easily accessible to 101 for Healdsburg, etc. Three adults and two young children enjoyed our visit very much.

Relaxing, comfortable farmhouse in wine country
We had a great weekend at at Joerg's! Brought our two young boys who had a blast on the property and nearby river. The kitchen is great for cooking (although missing a few basics like paper towels and tongs). Rooms were cozy and there's tons of indoor and outdoor places to lounge, socialize and eat. Also a great location 2 minutes from "downtown" Geyserville and Healdsburg wineries.

Beautiful stay
We had a great stay at Joerg's comfy home. We had a wide age range, 6 months to 88 yrs, staying with us and all of our needs were met. The lavender was in full bloom, the garden bulging with vegetables and the birds very active in their little nests. It was a very hot weekend and the air conditioning was key. Enjoyed a lovely evening out in the yard, relaxing with games and a beautiful sunset. The carports were key, as it was over 100 degrees. The water pressure was a little funky at times, but didn't hinder us too much. The kitchen was beautiful. The cooking utensils were a little lacking.
If you are attending a wedding in Geyserville, this is the perfect home to make the weekend a little vacation.

Quiet, clean place on huge property
We came and stayed here for a weekend for the Santa Rosa Half Ironman race. The place was great for us as there was plenty of space for us getting ready for the race. The house was clean and the area was peaceful. Would recommend this place for a large group wanting to get away without TV and away from hustle and bustle.

great family getaway
My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the wine country home. It was ideal for a family with two active young boys. Lots for them to explore (swimming in the river, riding bikes, learning about agriculture and grape growing), and walking distance to upscale dining and cocktails in sophisticated, but small, Geyserville. My idea of a perfect wine country getaway. As an added bonus, we happened to be staying during harvest time (the property is surrounded by vineyards so you are right in the thick of it). My kids (and my wife and I) intend to come back again.

Beautiful, quiet and clean get-away
We try to leave our rentals cleaner than we find them but that was not possible this time - because the place was truly spotless. The simple furnishings are comfortable and the main room is perfect for getting everyone to the big farm table for meals and gathering for conversation or singing along with the piano. It had all the amenities we needed including a peaceful, quiet setting. The location is easy to find and it is a great place for wine-tasters or bike-riders to stay. The owner is responsive and answers questions quickly.
And the stargazing was incredible.
