Quiet Age 55 and over community located in Bradenton, Florida. To reserve this property at least one guest must be age 55 or older.

Newly constructed with All new furnishings as of Feb 2017! 1 Bedroom (Queen), 1 bath, pull out queen sofa with upgraded foam mattress in living area. Comes equipped with linens, towels, dishes, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and cable. Everything you need for a great vacation. Enjoy the beautiful Florida beaches of Sarasota and Bradenton for a reasonable price.

Lido Beach and Anna Marie Island are both less than 10 miles. Sarasota Airport is 3.5 miles away.

Please note: In order to use the pool and other community amenities you must register with the association. At time of registration, you will be charged $100 and will receive a fob that will provide access to pool and other areas of the community. Registration fees are subject to change by the Homeowners Association.

We stayed here during our transition to Florida. The place was spotless and had everything we needed! John the owner and Rick the property manager were easy to work with! We enjoyed morning walks to the park and to the marina where we saw manatees everyday! Would stay here again and highly recommend!!

This property is centrally located near shopping, Anna Maria Island, Lido Key, dining out and the Sarasota airport. A 10 minute walk or 2 minutes drive will get you to a prime spot to watch the sunset in the neighborhood across the street.

This was a successful experiment for us. We wondered what it would be like to stay in a 55+ trailer community. My thoughts are that it's safe. It's clean. It's low cost. It's like new. You do have to drive almost everywhere to do something. But everything is fairly close. A couple of very nice places to walk are: John and Mable Ringling Rose Garden Sapphire Shores park

Great place to stay. Planned to stay in a hotel which may have been a little closer to some things. . . but, this worked so much better and allowed us do more. We loved it! So clean! Plan that you will be driving to things but not a problem. Lots of rain in the afternoons and it was so nice to come back to the Cozy Cottage . . . it truly lived up to its name.

This place is in a very quiet area of the park . It was clean and comfortable for two people. Rick the property manager lives in the Park and he is there promptly when you need a question answered or need him to look at something that need attention. We highly recommend this place and would stay there again

Very pleased with the property, perfect for two people. Location of rental was in a perfect quiet area. If we went back to Florida we would very much enjoy staying at this property. My only suggestion to the owner is a table lamp in the living room area. Sadly we left early because of the virus. Restaurants, movies, attractions the list could continue.; If we could of stayed it would of been an enjoyable month.

While vacationing in this Mobile Home Park for 30 days, my husband and I enjoyed many activities the Park had to offer. The Unit itself was just perfect for the two of us. It was equipped with all we needed (& then some)! We appreciated the Fresh Fruit Basket that was waiting for us upon check-in!! We had an issue with our vehicle during our stay and a phone call to Mr. Rick Wiggins promptly provided a solution to our dilemma of getting to a Concert we had tickets for. A huge Thank You to Debbie for transporting us!! The team went "above & beyond" in making our stay perfect! Overall a great experience and we hope to return again!!

It was a pleasure to stay at this rental for the 2 months I did. For the square footage it really has an open floor plan that doesn’t make it seem small at all. The location has great access to anything in Bradington and Sarasota area. Close to all the attractions in Sarasota and Bradenton including all the nice beaches. Very comfortable newer modern day environment including the Decour and furnishings. You will be able to relax in the large pool and whirlpool even after sunset as iit has a lite up pool area. I would definitely recommend this to a single or couple that is looking to take on a short vacation or longer stay.

We had a great time. The Cozy Cottage was very nice and new. I wish the weather could have been a little warmer, but better than the snow we where having at home. We did not know about the fob you needed to enter the pool and other activities until almost 2 weeks later. I could not see spending the 75.00 for the last 2 weeks. Rick who looks after the property was very nice and helpful. John would you rent directly or do we have to go through VBRO? Thanks again

My husband came down when Hurricane Irma was set to hit Sarasota and surrounding areas. He stayed at our son's house until after the hurricane and fortunately the trailer was also spared. It is a nice small trailer with full kitchen and one bath. It is relatively new and super clean. We found that it was only fifteen minutes of so to Lido Beach at the time of our stay in September-October. I hear that traffic will add to that time when snow birds start arriving in mass. Also was not a bad drive to Longboat Keyes and Anna Marie Island and drive was gorgeous. Rick, the gentleman who lives in trailer next door, helps manage property of the owner and is very friendly and helpful (although he is hard of hearing). If you can't afford to stay right on the beach, this is a nice economical substitute in the south Bradenton area, west of 41.

This place is great. I stayed for a month. Good proximity to everything. Beaches within 20 minutes. Restaurants, groceries around the corner. Excellent pool and hot tub two minutes down the road and a brand new BBQ grill. Very quiet and safe area. You will not be disappointed. I'll be back.

This was our first time to Florida ever. We loved this cozy cottage. It met all of our expectations (conveniences of home, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc..) Tastefully decorated, bed was so comfortable, great night sleep after spending the day at the beach. Lido beach & shopping was an easy 22 min drive. This cottage is conveniently located to Siesta Key beach all the way to Anna Marie Island. We did many day excursions such as para sailing, biking, airboat rides to see alligators. Everything was less then an hours drive. Win Dixi super market a 5 min drive away. Everything was easy to get to. The beaches are beautiful and sun sets gorgeous! Should you decide to stay pool side, pool is very nice and clean. Hot tub was a great treat at the end of the day/night. Great place, I look forward to next year! :)

This was our first experience staying in a mobile home ,however ,this one exceeded our expectation. this mobile home is new and clean and we really enjoyed staying in there. We already made reservation for on extended stay next year. Renate and Kurt , New Jersey.

Excellent property. Of course it's new, so everything is clean. Nice layout. Perfect for a couple but can sleep up to four people. John was very helpful and his neighbourly assistant, Rick is too. All the amenities are there and they welcomed us with a bowl of fruit.

It was very clean,comfortable, quite and convenient to our location for sailing. The only addition would be access to Wifi. Highly recommend. Would stay there again!
