This clean and comfortable home is located in Solana Resort, Davenport FL, a guard gated resort with clubhouse and many amenities about 9 miles to Disney main gate, easy access to all other attractions in Orlando, and about 32 miles to Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Come and relax with your family and friends at our beautifully decorated large vacation home. It features 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and almost all of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. With 2 living areas and a fully equipped kitchen, it's perfect for your family to relax together and enjoy each other's company. The fabulous SOUTH-FACING pool with a child safety pool fence, no rear neighbor plus free usage of all baby gears (crib and highchair) provides all of you more fun and relaxation after a long day in Disney.
This home is ideally situated in the popular Solana Resort -Davenport, a 24x7 guarded resort about 15 minutes to Disney main gate, which is located on US 27 between Rt 192 and Highway I-4. It's known as the 'Golden Triangle' of vacation villas. Solana Resort is the perfect spot. It is very close to the I-4 at Champions Gate, which will take you to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, Orlando ESPN Wild World Sports, Convention Center, shopping malls, beaches on the east and west coasts, shopping malls, several championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, and the Space Centre. It certainly has the best of all worlds. At the heart of the resort, steps away from this villa, there is a recreation area, Internet Cafe, fitness room, huge pool and SPA, interactive children's play areas, mini golf course, sand volleyball, Tiki bar, sundry shop, newspaper and children's library, as well as free DVD and golf club rental. Several things happened that should be controlled by the owner and unfortunately was not.
For example, fridge did not work at all during all our week. Nothing has been fixed except many communications. We lost food and that created extra expenses and problems.
Has been difficult but got a small credit which did not cover our expenses.
Pool was not clean (algae)
Air conditioning was not working well through the house.
Site is over 20 minutes from the place indicated on the map.
Have been informed only after we accepted the reservation.

The house was amazing! Very roomy for everyone! We loved the location and the kids loved the pool! We would definitely recommend for a larger family!

Our stay was great and the maintenance staff and management were fantastic to deal with. The only feedback given was the fridge needs to be replaced/ fixed as it was not cold enough. Other than that trip and home was perfect for our needs we will stay again! We plan to book next year. Neighbours are fantastic people!

Check in was a breeze. Michelle was so helpful and EASY to work with. House was approximately 20-25 Minutes to Disney Properties in traffic. And approximately 35-40 Minutes from Universal Properties in traffic. And let’s face it, there’s always traffic in Orlando area! My Children and Grandchildren loved staying in the Park ALL DAY and then coming home to Nene preparing Dinner on the Grill while they were in the Pool. Will most definitely be staying in Solana Circle AGAIN!

This property worked out perfectly for our vacation, everyone had their own space to decompress after long days at the parks, comfortable beds and very clean. It is a bit dated but that didn’t bother us at all for the price we paid. I would stay here again, hot tub was perfect to relax in after the parks!!

We made a trip to Orlando with friends and family for a week.
This place hit all the needs. 6 rooms, all with their own bathrooms, a heated pool and hot tub, put put corse at club house, and easy parking.
Our host was THE BEST, she answered our daily annoying questions and went out of her way to understand our families needs.
When we visit Orlando again we will for sure be staying here.

Property was clean and as described. Owner had great communication and detailed instructions for us. Check in was a little complex but not terrible. Nice neighborhood. Some of the guards at the guard shack are not very friendly. Thank you for a nice place to relax after a day at the parks.

The house is roomy, clean, and in a nice gated community. My family stayed for a week and we stayed safe, comfortable, and everyone enjoyed the home and pool. We opted for the extra charge to have the hot tub heated, and it was well worth the money at the end of some long days at Disney and the Florida Hospital. I’ve stayed in many rentals through VRBO over the last 15 years and they’ve all had good and bad points. This rental’s good points far outweigh the bad, and the minor “bad” isn't even worth mentioning because most of it is merely personal preferences and wants, not issues with the home. Michelle was an awesome manager and was extremely responsive with answers to our questions. I would highly recommend this rental and would stay there again myself.

House was easy to locate and exactly where described. We loved the pool, but the hot tub would not always heat well - it varied from day to day. :) Yes, as someone else noted, the house could definitely use some updates - especially the appliances, but they all worked well. I did think the note on the thermostat was a bit odd because it told you that they didn't want it below a certain temperature, and it needed to be below that in order to sleep at night. The upstairs got VERY stuffy at night, so a few more fans would be nice to keep air circulating. Lovely stay!

I should have known better, once I found out they misrepresent the location, I should have not booked. The home is very old and run down. I had a repairman there almost every day for different issues. Couldn’t use the jets in the hot tub. I had to personally remove all smoke detectors, they were badly out of date and wouldn’t stop alarming. A couch caved in when I sat on it. Mould all over the place. You can’t make this stuff up. I’ve rented many homes in the area, I’ve never left a bad review.

First few nights AC didn't work well but owners fixed fast. Furniture is falling apart a little but didn't bother us. House was.not located where thought. Took nearly 1 hour 15 min every morning to reach convention center. We thought was 30 min away but this is because of vrbo app not owners. It's a good house and good owners and would recommend

We showed up to a refrigerator in the front yard with no pre warning. The management company told us it would be removed the next day. It remained in the front yard the entire duration of our stay. One of the upstairs bathrooms has no hot water. The beds are about as good as sleeping on a wood floor. The hot tub did not work till our last night after sending multiple pictures and communications to the management company. When we arrived there was a comforter hanging over the balcony, bugs in the bathrooms, and broken furniture. The owners of this property have clearly pocketed all profits and not invested a dime. The property management company will turn everything around into your ignorance or pretend it’s not happening. Stay anywhere else but here!!! We have stayed in a dozen VRBO and never had this bad of experience. They barely provided enough toilet paper for one day and no extra paper towels, trash bags, or coffee filters. You spend so much on groceries then in the checkout instructions they ask you to leave everything behind….CROOKS is a better name for this property.

Everything was great. The house was beautiful and spacious. We had 14 people in the house at a time (2 weren't staying there) but it never felt like we were on top of each other. Management was great. Noticed an issue with the fridge when we checked in. Contacted Michelle and she had someone there the next day. Great experience. The kids loved the pool and pool table.

We had a good time on a family vacation. The property had plenty of space and the host was responsive. However, the property is due for several updates. We were looking forward to play pool but were unable to use the pool table as it is extremely wobbly, heavily leans to one side, and there is only cue. We paid extra for gas for the grill for the week but had to clean it ourselves before they were able to come out and got almost a gallon bag full of grease. Also, for a property that size they did not provide large enough cookware so we ended up having someone bring theirs from home.

Great stay on great property. Check in wasn't easy because club house hours were posted until 8 pm but actually ended at 5 pm. The gentlemen at the gate post was a little rude and didn't believe us. Will definitely use VRBO and this property manager again!!

The house was not ready by 4:00 PM cleaning team still there with no mask on! the patio screen needs repair on both sides so we got leaves and bugs at the pool, dining chairs were dirty and stained. dirty dishes on the dishwasher, some broken blinds and not curtains in the rooms so all the light comes through, no extra blankets, on the master room the bed will crack every time you move, unfinished wall paint by the entrance door. If the house gets fixed, the price will justify honestly I overpaid for this house.

We didn’t stay in the original rental because of a water issue but the owner quickly upgraded us to a similar house. We had trouble with the hot tub being heated but the owner quickly sent the property manager over to address the situation. Overall it was a great experience the only thing that I would recommend is that you need bigger pots and pans for cooking larger family meals & more forks... Also, it was rather warm in the house with the thermostat set as directed.
