Accommodations: Enjoy this stunning, 2,800 sq. ft. desert oasis set within the beautiful golfing community of Rio Verde. Wake up to views of Four Peaks right outside your window as you watch golfers try to sink one in at the third hole just steps from the patio.
Huge vaulted ceilings allow for plenty of natural light that brightens up the entire house. The fully appointed kitchen makes cooking a breeze with ample counter space to put together a feast. Keep the conversation flowing with the open layout perfect for socializing with family and friends. Start your day in the quaint breakfast nook overlooking the 7th tee box, and finish your day cuddled up on the plush couches next to the wood-burning fireplace.
The large master bedroom has a door that walks out to the patio so you can watch the sunrise as soon as it starts peeking through the windows. The master bathroom has his and hers sinks with a spacious walk-in closet. Unwind with a shower or bath tub while looking up through the skylight overhead.
The two guest rooms include twin beds perfect for accommodating friends or family. Each room has a bathroom just steps away and large sweeping windows to soak in the warm Arizona sunshine. There is plenty of dresser and closet space for all of your packed essentials.
The den is equipped with a pullout couch and an inviting recliner for putting your feet up at the end of the day. If you need to get some work done on your visit, pull up a chair to the desk with plenty of space and easily accessible power sources while you enjoy secure WiFi internet.
The laundry room comes equipped with a washer/dryer and an ironing board. The garage has space for two cars.

The house is beautiful, very light and open floor plan. Patio overlooks the 3rd green, fun to watch the golfers come through. The neighborhood is also great, as is the community center. A great place to stay!!

It has a large covered patio which faces east giving us good sun with our morning coffee and shade in the afternoon/evening for our cold beverages. This home is beautiful! The morning sun fills the entire backside of the house. This Rio Verde neighborhood has an amazing pool and hot tub, weight room, pickleball, and tennis. It's a very pleasant neighborhood for walking too. We enjoyed it all!

I’d like to start by saying, as soon as we walked in the door we all felt at home.
Our son was moving from Florida to California and we decided Arizona was the best place to meet as he drove with his best friend across country and we flew. They’re all golfers and there’s plenty of golf in the Rio Verde area so that’s what they did and they all had a blast!
When looking for a place to stay, I saw this listing and I knew it was for us! It sits on the 3rd hole of the Rio Verde Golf Course of the Country Club. Just beyond that are spectacular views of the mountains.
Watching the sun rise over the mountains while drinking my coffee was the best way to begin my day.
The home had everything we needed. It was important for us to have a garage since James had all his belongings in the car. The beds are comfortable so we all slept well. The water pressure is fantastic with tons of hot water.
It was also great to have a washer and dryer there. The kitchen is fully stocked! When I spotted the juicer I went outside and picked some lemons off the tree and made some delicious lemonade! This is the recipe I used https://natashaskitchen.com/lemonade-recipe/.
It was so good!
We all said if we were ever in the area again, this is where we would stay!

McDowell Mountain Regional Park was convenient and had lots of hiking and biking trails that we loved! We would recommend this property to anyone that loves hiking, biking , golf and a serene area!

Everyone had their own area that was very private and quiet yet big open main rooms to come together. The house was very clean and well maintained. This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting with an amazing view from the living area and patio. I would recommend updating a few things like a new coffee maker, appliances and new shower heads. Very quiet, safe neighborhood close to pool and clubhouse. We enjoyed our stay and had excellent communication with the owners.

The only thing that would have made it better would have been use of the golf cart! The local pool was nice to dip into at the end of the day. Couldn't have enjoyed the experience more.
