Anyway i enjoyed the stay at Troy lodge.

I thought of eating any breakfast except Zambian food. So the appearance I saw on the breakfast made me to only eat cereals.

Sausage then add any other protein. Or jus give your clients menue then let them choose what to eat. One other thing, I needed to have a cup of coffee and I was told that it wasn't there. The sheets were dusty on the first day and it looked as if I wasn't expected at Troy's premises.

Overall it was comfortable

In the room we got, the bathroom door was broken (it didn't close completely), and the water tank for the toilet was not working properly. You should consider the length of stay, i.e. I booked 4 days, but the management I did got results earlier, you should consider for example these points. i.e. I booked 4 days, I only stayed 3 days, This may be a little more flexible.

It was a terrible experience

This property was overbooked and my room was attributed to another customer. I had to spend 3 nights in a small single room. First night without functioning bulb/light. This is a terrible experience! The air conditioners are not convenient, very noisy. Improvement is needed!

I'd go there again, only w/ cocroach spray

A/C available, bathroom door closes super tight (helps against cocroaches), comfortable bed

There is a reason why the bathroom door is closing super tight: Cocroaches in the bathroom, though the sink etc have been sealed, they still come from under the shower. No spray against them is available.

Friendly staff and good value for money.

Upon arrival the staff was extremely friendly. They always went the extra mile assisting in anyway they could. Lydia even paid for my cab as I didn't have local currency at some point during my stay. On one occasion the kitchen staff waited for me to return from a meeting so that I could get my dinner still warm and fresh. Lydia and Mike charged my devices for me in the hotel laundry, helping me avert a crisis due to the fact that I forgot to bring a local plug adapter. The only plug suited to my devices was in the hotel laundry. Each morning They both called the local cab service for me. Speaking to the drivers upon arrival to ensure that they fully understood the trip requirements.

I think due to the weather and surroundings I did spot two cockroaches. The facility itself is otherwise very clean and well kept.

We’ll be back next time through Lusaka.

We are return guests. It was a cold night so the heater worked well and was a great comfort. Staff is great. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Location seems like a good safe neighborhood and being near East Park Mall is very convenient.

The bathroom is pretty small but functional, clean and in good repair.

The location is good - just a walking distance to the East Park Moll but also quiet and safety environment. Jakie - the reception lady was friendly and helped me throughout the stay. When I came back late at night, the guard was responsible to find my key to enter.

The breakfast is good - but just a bit too oily for me.. I enjoyed morning coffee!

Place was clean and restruant staff where friendly and cheerful . Its a simple budget friendly place to be

I had an issue where my laundry was delayed yet I communicated about the important meeting I had the next morning . Unfortunately I had to look for an alternative outfit .
