About this house rental
Our home is in the heart of the downtown Memphis entertainment scene. We are located three blocks from the Orpheum, the Civil Rights Museum and FedEx Forum. The Pyramid, Peabody and Beale street are right down the street. You'll find fine dining, local eats and the best BBQ (whether you're a fan of Rendezvous or Central) within a 5 minute walk. With gated parking its easy to hop in the car and make the short 15 minute drive to the airport, STAX Museum, Sun Studios and Elvis' Graceland!

Property fit the bill for us. The only downside has nothing to do with the property. There is a club located very close by and late night music was an issue several nights.

This property is spacious, amazingly cool, and you can walk outside the front door to find all of the entertainment, food and drink you could possibly need while visiting Memphis. My husband and I rented this property for us and our extended family because our daughter graduated from Rhodes College over Mother's Day Weekend. It was a great home base for us as our daughter and her friends wanted to get all of their last party moments in on Beale St. and at their favorite local restaurants before and after graduation. It was always easy to meet up with them and with other extended family staying at the close by Peabody Hotel.
This property is clean and well appointed, and all three of the beds are extremely comfortable (we didn't need to use the sofabed) The property managers were responsive, accommodating and friendly and made the check in/out process simple and low maintenance, which I always appreciate.
Some important things to note:
* This is a busy area in the entertainment district and the club behind the property, The WKND, can get very loud and busy, especially on the weekends. BRING EARPLUGS!
* There are TWO flights of stairs leading to the 2nd floor where the master bedroom, another bedroom, and the sofa bed are located. This is something to consider if you have anyone in your party who has trouble with stairs. (There is one first floor bedroom)
* Pack a lighted travel mirror if you want to do your makeup.

This is the second time I have stayed in this wonderful property. The accommodation large and spacious and is beautifully furnished. It is within walking distance of the Central station, and there is a tram stop across the road. Great location for Beal Street and many other tourist attractions.

This was an absolutely perfect location and very comfortable accommodations for our girls trip. It was an easy (and safe) walk to Beale St, Peabody, Civil Rights Museum, and lots of great shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean and we enjoyed having plenty of space to relax when we werent out and about. Also really appreciated the gated parking. The owner met us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay again!

You can not beat the location. Can walk to great restaurants and Beale street. The space is so comfortable and well equipped. We had a great girls weekend.

This is a great property with all the amenities I could ever need; equipped kitchen, private rooms, 2 full bathrooms. There is little need for a car with so many restaurants and venues within walking distance. It's right along the trolley line which we used to go back and forth from Beale Street and Ernestine and Hazels.
The property owners were great with check-in, and the check-out requirements were very simple and easy to accommodate.
We're so glad we picked this place.

This was our 2nd time staying here and it's literally THE best for me and my two friends to spend a long weekend for the St. Jude Memphis Marathon. Megan & Cory are great, the off-street gated parking is awesome, the property is spacious, and you can't beat the location! We'll be back!!!

Plenty of space for 6 adults. Short walk to Beale Street. Owner met us at the property to walk through and show us where everything was. Lots of interesting things to do close by. Loved the decor! If we make it back to Memphis, this is where we want to stay.

Great Location!
This property was really great for our group of five. It was stocked with everything we needed. Great location - walking distance to the Civil Rights Museum, Beale Street and downtown. The only slight complaint I have is the noise at night. The property is right in the middle of everything, so there are clubs and bars nearby. Consider bringing ear plugs if you are sensitive to noise!

Perfection
Just returned from 3 nights in Memphis w/ three kids (15, 13 & 10) and my parents and it was a wonderful trip. The accommodations were as described and expected. Corey was available and responsive and I'm confident if we had any needs at all, he would have managed it quickly and efficiently. The location is perfect; the building is perfect; the touches of history and honor given to the historic building construction blended w/ new amenities and furnishings is well done! We will definitely look for this property again if/when we return to Memphis!

Awesome location, very comfortable
Very trendy and in a great central location to Beale St, the pyramid and everything else. It is right on Main St so have to make sure to close the blinds! Place was very clean with plenty of space and owners were super helpful and responsive. Beds were comfortable and parking secure. We had a great time!

Throughly Enjoyable
This place is so great, and in the middle of everything. Such a perfect location, wonderful aesthetic, and super responsive owner. They even sent a list of places to run after finding out we had some runners In the group. I would like to note, that because of the central location, there were a few nights where it was a little noisy sleeping. Other than that, nothing but the highest praise.

Totally pleased with our stay!! 5* rating started with Jon meeting us at the townhouse to let us in. He gave us recommendations for restaurants and such. One was Central BBQ for best bbq. We loved it. Arcade for best breakfast. We loved it. Green Beetle was recommended. We had lunch there twice and loved it. Bushwhacker drink was delicious. And these restaurants were all in walking distance from our townhouse. Walking distance to Beale St. Location was perfect!!!! Everything was perfect.

Wonderful place to stay within walking distance of Beale St
Location Location Location plus off street gated parking. This property was a perfect fit for my family with multiple rooms to let my adult teen children to have their own rooms. Walking distance to most everything you would like to see and public transit and scooters to rent everywhere. Once we were parked, we walked to everything we wanted to see and not until checkout, did we drive to a few things further away to visit. This is a well kept awesome place with Great hosts and privacy. 10 out of 10 would do it again!

The Best VRBO we have stayed at hands down
The property was centrally located and easy to access. We loved the downstairs atmosphere and wide open feeling we had gathering for meals. The rooms were spacious and comfortable for my family and my wife and I. I would definitely go back to this site specifically for the setting and location. Hands down, great spot to rent. I highly recommend it to anyone with a party of 4-6 folks.

Fabulous way to experience Memphis
The condo was a perfect home base for our Memphis visit. Loved being right on Main St. with so much to do right within walking distance. It had great living space so that we could relax and enjoy down time. The condo is very well cared for - clean and updated. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend a stay!

St. Jude Memphis Marathon Weekend Annual Girl's Trip
Everything about this place is awesome! There were 3 of us and we had plenty of room, each with our own space. Super comfy beds, great decor, cool location, gated parking. The only knock is the club that is practically in the backyard is VERY loud until 2am. It's not a big deal but bring earplugs or a sound machine if stuff like that keeps you awake or you're a light sleeper. Anyway, we all agreed we'd stay again in a hot minute. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
