About this house rental

This four bedroom oceanfront home is located on a private, oceanfront lot in North Forest Beach on Hilton Head Island. The home has been designed to take maximum advantage of the incredible ocean views and offers direct beach access via private walkway only steps to the white sandy beach. A private heated* ocean-side pool with its own shallow 6 inch 'kiddie' area is located right outside the home as well as an expansive deck for your private use.

If you need to take a break from the beach, you are also just minutes from shopping, world-class tennis and golf, and casual and gourmet dining. Kayak, bike rentals, fishing and numerous water sports, all located within a close proximity of the home. You are also just minutes from Coligny Plaza which offers convenient grocery shopping as well as several restaurants and shops. Paved pathways are located throughout the island making jogging or biking more enjoyable as well as safe.

The home is great for families and comfortably sleeps eight. The 2 upstairs master suites boast direct ocean views from the floor to ceiling windows. Each suite has a king size bed and private bath. Upstairs there is an additional twin bedroom with an en-suite bath. The 4th bedroom on the main living level has a queen bed with en-suite bath. All rooms are equipped with streaming media and there is high speed Wi-Fi Internet.

The living room has large floor to ceiling windows offering direct ocean views. The dining area seats six and there is additional seating at the eat-in kitchen bar which overlooks the dining and living areas.

The home has an open floor plan and beautifully appointed. Towels and linens are provided along with beach towels. You are sure to enjoy your stay at this first-class, affordable, vacation home.

Pool is great especially since right off the beach behind sand dunes. Beach not crowded and location is nice and private no traffic. House setup great and well stocked kitchen and pool and beach accessories including a wagon, New beach chairs etc

Great location and perfect for a family. We took my daughter, her husband and 2 1/2 yr old, plus my 27 yr old son. It was perfect for everyone. The small shallow end of the pool was great for my grandson, and the proximity to the beach was perfect for night time crab viewing and beach walks. We rented bikes and had them delivered and my husband and I ride a lot, so many nice bike paths. We rode over to the harbor one day. The home was super comfortable and I would definitely stay again. Internet worked great which was good as my son had to work several days. Lots of beach toys, and rafts under the house for the pool and beach. The only thing I’d mention is that a few outdoor pieces of furniture could be replaced. One lounge chair was ripped and not useable and another was starting to rip. The skim board under the home was more of a hazard as it had split wood and a few of the beach chairs should be replaced. We wanted to clean the pool a few days since it was windy and leaves had blown in but the net was also ripped. The bbq leg was rusted through and disconnected but the bbq was still useable. We cooked fish which the kids caught one night and it was delicious. Other than that the house was perfect! We loved it!

My husband and I treated his adult children (40-60) and grandchildren (7 and 25) to a week at the beach and this house was the perfect choice - updated and beautifully appointed with so many extras supplied including beach chairs, floats, wagon, toys etc; open floorpan with plenty of comfortable seating, roomy bedrooms and walk in showers; well-stocked kitchen; beautiful view of the ocean with a very short walk to the beach; a great outdoor area with nice pool, big gas grill we used several times, a large deck with umbrella table where we ate when dining in; conveniently located close to shops and restaurants -- and ice cream! Our host Jim was very responsive in answering my questions before checkin and addressing a couple minor issues during the week. All in all, it was awesome and I highly recommend this property.

This house is exceptional! We loved it, our second time staying here. The interior decor is of quality you would expect in a custom home. The proximity to the beach is excellent. The property manager is first class as well. The only drawback was the amount of people accessing the private beach path. It is marked private and there is a fence but it doesn’t detour the folks not staying with access. So the beach was much more crowed than expected in May. But you just have to go out early and claim your space. We still had a fantastic time! And we plan to stay there again in the future.

We all were pleasantly surprised! Could not have been better! The online listing does not mention the extra cost of heating the pool! I assumed when we got there, the pool would be heated! That is the only disappointment I had…We brought our own bikes! Hilton Head is a very bike friendly town! An Amazing Easter we had by all! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous home. The decor is simple and pretty, and the windows allow you to soak up the amazing views. My favorite part was listening to the ocean as we fell asleep and seeing the sun coming up on the beach the very moment I opened my eyes. Excellent!

The home is lovely and the view is amazing. The house is well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay at our “happy place”, Hilton Head! The kitchen is very well equipped including a outdoor grill for added convenience. Everything about this home is outstanding. We highly recommend this property for your time at the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is beautiful - right on the beach with a very short walk to the beach. Everything in the house is new - all bathrooms are renovated and very modern, beds are comfortable and the house is tastefully decorated. Great kitchen with everything needed for a week long stay. The house is very clean and it also seemed sanitized well before our arrival. Pool area is also beautiful - we felt like on a tropical island sitting on the deck or swimming in the pool. We have been renting vacation homes yearly since 2008 and this I was the best house we ever stayed in! Thank you, Jim!

We all enjoyed our stay. There were only two issues. The bedroom on the first level has no lighting. Only one lamp that did not work. We tried several different light bulbs and we tried a different outlet. Also, there were many bugs on the windows in the den. Most were dead or dying. They looked very much like termites. I took photos if the owner would like to see. We avoided that side on the room.

All I need to say is that the towels were soft and the toilet paper was softer! Just kidding but not really. This was a great place to stay. It was fully loaded with all the beach and pool stuff you could ever want. The home was spotless. The beds were very comfortable as well. Its just a great home for the week. Thanks so much.

We loved our stay at this house. The pool with its shallow area was just perfect for the kids and the beautiful beach is really just a few steps from the patio. The house was superclean and well equipped. We had a wonderful time watching the sunrises and sunsets either from the patio, beach or through the panoramic windows and hope we will come back soon:)

This property was even better than pictured. Small walkway to beach access. The pool was awesome especially since we had 2 toddlers. The little “kiddie” pool connected was perfect and my grandkids loved it! The house was beautiful and the kitchen had so many extras. Fully appointed! Bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely and very clean. Tons of beach toys, chairs and floaters. Property Manager was awesome as he told me there would be a pack and play and when we told him there was not one he went out bought it and delivered it within the hour. Would definitely come back five plus stars. Thank you for a great week!!

The headline says it all. Safe home. Only one exit to the pool, which had a deadbolt on it. The pool was small and had a nice shallow end for toddler splashing. TONS of beach toys, new wagon to haul them, a sun shade, new beach chairs. Walk to the beach was so easy and short. Took maybe 60 seconds from deck to sand. Gorgeous beachfront property. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds were all comfortable. Lovely views of the beach from main living space and two master bedrooms upstairs. Truly a perfect stay.

The house was gorgeous, exactly as described, and sparkling clean. We had a wonderful week! Coligny is an easy bike ride; we visited daily. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was good for our family of 4, and it was heated perfectly. Ocean views are stunning.

Five family members stayed here to meet up with others for a family reunion. This house is very clean and the bathrooms are very very nice. The kitchen was very well stocked. We didn’t want for anything. We watched the ocean every day from the living room windows…awesome view. Steps to the beach! We would stay here again in the future!

I booked this property as part of a retirement gift vacation for my parents and my inlaws. This home exceeded my expectations in every way. If you are going to Hilton Head, staying on the beach is the highly recommended. With this property, it is all about location, location, location. The home was clean and very well stocked with many useful items. We took advantage of the pool heater, which was perfect for those cooler evenings when we didn't want to swim in the ocean. The views from almost every room in the house were amazing. This home is very centrally located to lots of restaurants and shopping plazas. Overall, 10/10.

This was are favorite trip to HHI. We’ve never stayed right on the beach and this house was absolutely perfect for us and our kids. It was close enough to the beach that we felt comfortable with our 12 year olds running back and forth from the beach to the house. The view is breathtaking and the house was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely book again.

My wife, two kids and I spent a week in early October. The beach was just steps away, the pool was a hit and the house was overall very well cared for. We plan to stay here again in the future and would reccomend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

We brought out two adult kids, their spouses and a 2 year old grandson and this property was absolutely perfect. Size, cleanliness, view and access to the beach were all wonderful. The pool area was ideal for our toddler with the shallow play area and fountain. Outdoor seating and amenities were great also. Overall, we loved it and made many awesome memories!

The house and location were wonderful, with a view that was breathtaking. Having two masters and all 4 bedrooms “en suite” made it comfortable for all couples in the family. We had a 14 month old with us and the beautiful, uncluttered decor made it easy to let him play safely. The pool was also perfect.

Great home and location. Very quiet area but close to everything. Kitchen extremely well stocked with pans for cooking and baking and glass storage containers. There was an area of spicies, laundry detergent and bathroom supplies. Home is very comfortable with a great view and numerous beach supplies. There is a highchair available. The pool is perfect and the 6 in deep end is phenomenal for babies with a small fountain that entertains them. Owner extremely nice and always available. Couldn’t ask for much more in a vacation home. We rented a beach wagon which was a great benefit for getting supplies over the dunes to the beach. Nice beach towels(10) and bath towels. Only con is that the pelicans fly over frequently but we were safe lol.

We spent our 40th Anniversary with our adult children at this beautiful home, and had a fabulous stay! The view of the beach was stunning. The house was clean and updated. We enjoyed our time at the pool and loved the location, which was close to restaurants and local shops. It was a memorable stay!
