Wonderful 2 bedroom 3 bath floor planned condo and desirable lower level corner unit. Very close to all Lake attractions! Owner prefers renting to families and older adults groups only.

This is one great condo. The entry area is very welcoming and sets the mood for a wonderful vacation! Just to the left of the entry is the second (Master Suite) bedroom with a queen size bed and a full single vanity sink bath with a combination shower/tub unit in a seperate powder room. Beyond the entry is the nice sized living room with a leather sofa (queen size sleeper) and loveseat. The entire living room area seats 6 and includes a wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. Off to the left of the living and dining room is the oversized Master Suite with a king size bed, main channel views of the water, flat screen TV, walk in closet and outdoor access to the screened in porch. The master bath is set up with a double vanity and includes a powder room with a shower/tub combination unit. Also adjacent to the living room is the dining area for 6 and breakfast bar for 3. The nice sized u shaped kitchen is just off the dining area and is stocked with everything you need for your stay at the Lake. Also off the dining room is the utility room with a full size washer and dryer. As you can tell this condo has everything you would need for your stay - any time of year!

What a great complex. You`ll know when you drive in that you`re at a very special vacation retreat. You`ll certainly enjoy sitting out on the condo's private screened in porch anytime of day. Guest have access to a lovely seating area directly off the living room and off to the side of the screened in porch is a high top dining set for 3. There is plenty of room for kicking back and relaxing on the screened in porch and emjoying the main channel lake view. And just to the side of the front door is a gas grill for your use as well under the stair well. Don`t forget to take in all the complex has to offer with it 2 great pools, kids playground, landscaped gardens, concrete tables overlooking the lake, covered picnic areas, plus a basketball court and 2 tennis courts.

This 1347 square foot corner unit condo is packed with all the needed vacationing amenities. WIFI, gas grill, TV`s in two rooms, and wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and the appliances include a range, refrig., microwave, and dishwasher. The unit also has a washer and dryer for guest usage.

You are on the very desirable side of the lake. Very close to all the attractions in Bagnell Dam and Osage Beach - including the Osage Beach Premium Outlet Mall. Regatta Bay is within 5 minutes of two great golf courses (The Ridge and The Cove) as well as just a quick 10 minute drive to the Lake`s favorite area restaurants. There are lots of things to do at the Lake. Come to the Condo and take it all in!

Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

We had a great time at this location! The owner even called me when i had questions about something. Very prompt and very friendly. My only main concern was the internet speed, however... with that view and location, it's all about taking in the sights and relaxing! Would absolutely stay there again and make it our new annual tradition for the lake!

It is very well equipped, but could not figure out how to work the shower, but I enjoyed a relaxing bath in the tub. The place is comfortable and cozy for family or couples only. I will most definitely rent again and this time it will be a couple only or two best friend getaway vacation spots!!! No complaints on my end! It is just what the doctor orders!!!

Loved the screened in patio for eating meals on. Very convenient boat rentals at Bombay bait rentals at the lodge of 4 seasons. Great view from the living room and bedroom and relatively well equipped kitchen with plenty of the basics

The condo was exactly as presented in VRBO. We picked the ultimate week for a nice quiet time - the weekend after Labor Day and the week before the Bike week. Loved the wildlife between the ducks, geese and the groundhogs - all viewed from the windows or screened in porch. Fishing was fun too! This unit would have been great for two couples to stay in.

Our trip to Lake of the Ozarks was just what our family needed, and the condo was a perfect place for us to stay. The location, accommodations and overall space fit our needs for the 5 of us. Loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and night time cocktails. The beds were very comfy and got us recharged for the day - the sofa sleeper had a topper to add more support /comfort. We didn’t use the pools but they looked nice - we spent most of our time in the lake. This is our second stay in this condo complex and would welcome a third :-)

The first thing that happened was the property manager lost all record of the full payment that we had made for the property. That finally got corrected after several phone calls. When we arrived at the property and walked in the door we realized the property had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. All beds were unmade . and all the towels were wet and in the bathtubs. We had to call the management people to have the cleaning people come in and clean the unit before we could even occupy it.. The next thing we realized is the property that we had was not not the same property that we approved on the pictures. The property that they gave us was really outdated and nothing like the pictures that we looked at. Very disappointing experience. Only positive thing we can say is the air conditioning worked well. Otherwise, it’s an experience we hope never to repeat.

Out the front door and a few steps to the lake. We couldn’t have asked for a better unit to stay in. We were close to everything and with amazing lake views. It rained the whole time we were there, but they were outfitted with plenty of entertainment. Thanks for a great vacation

The condo provided a perfect getaway for us. The 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, gave us room to spread out and was perfect for our group, which consisted of two couples. The whole condo was nicely decorated, very clean and has just about everything you need. The screened in balcony, with comfy furniture and a great view of the lake, provided a bug-free spot to enjoy a cocktail and unwind. It’s true that there are many stairs leading down to the unit, so be prepared for a bit of a workout. While a little tough, we’d book this place again in a minute.

Our stay consisted of 4 days/3 nights. We were VERY satisfied with everything about the condo. It was very clean, modern decor and roomy. The beds were pretty hard (felt like sleeping on box springs only) but we survived. We didn't set outside on the patio balcony because of construction repairs and several floor to ceiling braces taking up most of the space...but we were there with 7 other couples and used their patio space instead. Overall it we enjoyed it and would rent again!

We really enjoyed the lake views and the location - I would say that if you are not able to do stairs very well this will not be the condo for you - it is the bottom floor and we had to go 3 flights of stairs from the parking lot - we were not expecting that as it wasn't mentioned in the property description. We would take our time going up and down them but it is a lot when you are unloading your vehicle with luggage, groceries etc. but otherwise my husband and I really enjoyed the property

We spent 12 wonderful days at this property. It has a beautiful corner screened deck for dinner outdoors and very spacious accommodations. The kitchen is also very well stocked with everything we needed to entertain even a large group from our church. In fact we were surprised at how there seemed to be every little thing we would need in the kitchen. The management was very responsive and quickly answered our every question.
