Very close to everything!
The upstairs shower took a long time for the hot water to get there if at all period

Everything inside was super clean and it was decorated to feel like a home.
The hot water handle for the shower broke off on the first night as it wasn’t screwed on correctly.

It was a nice central location to everything we needed, and had 3 bedrooms. It was stocked with most everything. (couldn't find a broom to sweep up the kitchen). Lots of books, games, movies to keep yourself entertained. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. We cooked dinner every night there and had everything we needed. Thank you!
It needs a good clean. It has high ceilings and there are visible cobwebs. I'm not sure about the other beds, but the master bedroom mattress needs replaced. As mentioned before, you sink in it...it feels as if you are sleeping with an elevated head, it sinks badly. I had booked early, and thought I had free cancellation. I did, but only prior to 30 days out. So...I didn't read the fine print. Just know that there is quite a steep jump in price after booking due to cleaning fees, taxes, etc! I'm used to booking on other sites, and that is included in the total cost. Oh well...lessons learned. Would I stay here again, maybe...but it really needs a good cleaning for the price I was charged. (And of course, rates were higher for the time I was there) and replace the master bedroom mattress!!

Quite neighborhood, convenient location. A Walmart in 5 min drive.
The mattress is way too soft. Provides no support. I'm not heavy(110 lb) and the mattress sinks. There's a big dent around the hip area every night. Pillow also way too soft. Sleep quality not that good.
We found a drinking glass in the cupboard with lip marks on it.
The shower valve that controls whether the water goes to the shower head or the faucet malfunction. Half of the water couldn't get to the shower head. The hot water knob was about to fall off. Need to fix the shower valve.
The water heater is not powerful enough to provide hot water during shower. After one person took shower, need to wait some time before the second person takes shower, otherwise there won't be enough hot water till the end of shower for the 2nd person. We are talking about 5-10min shower each.
Bedrooms are relatively small.
Lots of fees charged on top of the room fee. The additional tourism fee, cleaning and etc fees add up to be as much as the room fee listed for 4 nights. Total cost roughly $900 in Mar. Could be reasonable if you have 6 people, but not so much with just 4.

Jammed sliding glass door.
Jammed front glass door.
Portable AC unit ducting is cardboard and duct taped to opening.
No way to close glass sliding door with portable AC unit which is a safety concern for children or teens.
Kitchen, bathroom, and utility room vents are 100% clogged/dirty and just disgusting.
BBQ has years of grease and food particles that have never been cleaned on the inside.
1 mattress in bedrooms upstairs sinks and sags significantly. Not usable for a adult of normal weight.
Unit advertises Netflix and other streaming devices but bring your own account logging and password. No local TV or cable.

Easy to find and good location to what e we wanted to do.
Oven needed to be cleaned. Tried to use it but smokes too much. The carpet tack strips going from kitchen to lining room and into back bedroom were poking through the carpet. If you are in bare feet they will poke you. Would have been nice to be able to have much TV channels.

We could not get the central heat to come on even though we set the thermostat located on the wall by the stairs for heat. Fortunately the plug-in radiator and the electric fireplace gave off enough heat to heat the condo. We also used the small plug in space heaters to warm the upstairs bedrooms.
We never figured out how to use the downstairs bedroom heater but the portable plug in radiator and electric fireplace gave off enough heat for the lower floor.
