About this apartment rental

This 1200 square foot, two bedroom, two bathroom with small loft condo has been updated. It is in a great location, 30 yards from the Dollar Mountain parking lot, and about 75 yards from the Snowcreek pool (open from June 15th thru Labor Day Weekend) and Recreation center. Just outside the entrance to Snowcreek is the Mountain Rides Shuttle, which offers free service to downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts, and both ski lifts on Bald Mountain. Last year the condo went thru an extensive remodel. All new flooring, wood burning fireplace, granite, new appliances, new washer and dryer, 65 inch smart T.V., and free secure wi-fi. Besides the T.V. in the living room there is a 40 inch flat screen with a WII (12 games) and DVD player ( 10 children's DVD's) in the loft for the kids ( or adults ). This condo does not have A/C, however it seems to stay comfortable in the summer due to its proximity. If you have a larger group or need two condos close by, we have another condo right next door. This other condo (VRBO #1206610) is also a 2 bed 2 bath condo on the ground floor. Please note, we have a strict no pet, no smoking policy. We also have a full-time manager in the area to handle any issues that may arise.

We had a nice stay and the property was within walking distance of the beautiful Sun Valley Lodge. The host called me a couple of days before my arrival with access information and answers to all my questions. Great experience!!

We loved our stay in Sun Valley. This home is newly renovated and in great shape. The Kitchen is well stocked, and this home was very comfortable for our family. Contact with the owner was very easy and they were great to work with on check in.

This condo is close to the lodge and in a wonderful community. It is clean and spacious. Dave was easy to communicate with and he was very helpful. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Sun Valley.

Condo was nice needed a place to stay for a night. Issue when we checked in though the beds were not made or changed from previous renters and bathroom not cleaned but that was fixed shortly after we were unpacked. No grill either but we made due.

Talking with Dave is like talking with a friend. Gave us all info we needed. Place was immaculate. Our friends from Michigan visiting loved it...first time in Idaho. Will be staying there again for sure!

The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. I needed to make changes and he was very accommodating. We enjoyed our time there and definitely took advantage of being so close to the ski mountains.

So nice to just relax in this beautiful home. Lots of little touches to make it homey and quaint. Very relaxing to chill in the evening with large group. And just short walk to the village and lodge!

Dave, our host, was super friendly and responsive. The condo was well stocked (particularly the kitchen) and very clean, and the hot tub/clubhouse were an added bonus at the end of a long ski day. The location was very convenient to the River Run parking lot and downtown Ketchum. I'd definitely go back and will rent from Dave again if I'm lucky enough to get back to Sun Valley. Clean, easy check/in and check/out. In unit washing machine is a plus. Lots of hockey memorabilia on the walls. Walk to Dollar mountain to ski or catch bus to Baldy.

Great location! Within short walking distance to the shuttle stop (a couple of minutes) and a 10 minute walk to SV Resort. Condo was clean and the property manager was very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again!

We took a short overnight buddies trip to SV and stayed in this condo. It was the perfect place to crash after a long day of mountain biking and playing in the mountains. Cannot recommend the place more for this purpose. It's perfectly located, quiet, and restful.

It was great to park our car and jump on the local shuttle steps away at Dollar Mountain Lodge to get to town or Bald Mountain for skiing. Very spacious. Excellent communication with condo owner. I would definitely return.

My family had a terrific stay from (pre) check-in through check-out. David was very professional and friendly and made sure we were ready and prepared for check-in. The condo was exactly as expected and we loved the convenience to Dollar Mountain for kid's ski lessons, which is located adjacent to the Snow Creek condo community. Thanks, David!

We have been staying at the Snowcreek Condos for the past 4 years whenever we visit Sun Valley. We have a family of six, and love that we can literally walk out the door to the lifts at Dollar Mountain. We loved this condo, it’s location to the lifts, the cleanliness of the condo, the ease of communication with the owner (Dave), and the amenities of the condo community - specifically the hot tub. Now we just need to come back in the summer time!

Worked lovey for a family of two adults and three teens 17-19 y/o. There was a bed I wasn’t expecting in the loft, so no one had to sleep on the sofa (which were more than comfortable enough to do so). Perfect for a snowboard weekend. Parking was tight but manageable (we have a dually pickup, so that’s common for us). Lots of condiments, towels, soaps, etc in the unit. It was a little difficult to find the unit in the dark, but I’m not sure if that’s even something the host can address since it’s a condo community. Perhaps a map of the complex emailed out in advance of arrival? It’s not a large problem, and seriously my only critique.
