This Mid-Century Home in Central Palm Springs in the Sunrise Park neighbor hood is just minutes from Down Town. Fully updated Charmer has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms with Stainless appliances, Modern Bathrooms, with Tile throughout. The large Master Suite has a king Sized bed with private bath and direct access to the pool. The first Guest room is large and has a Queen Bed. Our Third Bedroom has two Twin Beds. Guest rooms 1 & 2 share a hall bath with walk in shower. The Living area is spacious open concept with large sliders overlooking the back yard and pool. You can choose to eat in doors or out on either of the two dining sets. A Heated Pool and a fire pit for those cool winter nights await your enjoyment. Just relax in one of the lounge chairs and enjoy the Mountain views, and peace and quiet.

Inside you will find all you need to make your trip all it can be. Fresh clean linen and towels are provided as well as pool towels. The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking supplies and ready for you to make and enjoy your favorite dishes. You will find the home spacious and light and bright. A large Smart TV in the living area with DVD Player and ample room to enjoy your favorite movies.

Only about a 3 to 4 minute drive to down town where you will find all the restaurants and shopping for your enjoyment.
The maximum occupancy is 6 adults plus up to 2 children 12 years and younger. There are no exceptions allowed as this is a City Wide Rule for a 3 Bedroom Home.
Pool heating is optional and is recommended starting mid September to late April. Charge is $75.00 per day. Please let us know if you want the pool heated in your request for reservations.

This is an amazing property in a convenient location and a beautiful setting. The house is very well maintained, and the highlight is the outdoor living space with pool, patio, and gas fire pit. Grady was an outstanding host who was very responsive to our needs. Would highly recommend this property.

We stayed over a 4 day weekend for a film festival with family and brought our golden retriever along. This home has everything one would ever want in an escape & more. The layout of the home and the backyard is beautiful and conducive to maximizing social time together. This home is centrally located with the Cultural Center and grocery store just a short walk away. Communication with Grady was seamless,- we couldn't ask for a more accommodating and welcoming host. Would absolutely return again to this stunning desert escape.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving family getaway at Mel & Grady's beautiful home. Communication and check in was very easy. The home was spotless and had all the things we needed to prepare a large Thanksgiving dinner for 7. The pool was heated and our little dog and children enjoyed the large yard. Highly recommend and will return.

We loved our time in this beautiful home!! It has an open floor plan with several doors leading to the back yard. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, gazebo, and covered patio. A great place to relax with family and fur babies!!! Loved that it was a short drive or walk into town.

Grady was an excellent host and very responsive/proactive leading up to and during our stay. The pool and backyard were a perfect getaway for our time in Palm Springs during Coachella and everything was perfectly clean on arrival. Check-in / check-out were a breeze.

We loved this home, it was spacious, well equipped, with big bedrooms and an outside area. Plenty of gorgeous seating areas, a great kitchen and lounge. Plenty of sun loungers and pool towels. We had a bit of trouble with the pool heating but maybe that was just us not understanding. It could do with some wine glasses, and back up lighter to light the fire pit. + there were not any light bulbs in the cabana which was a shame, as we'd have loved to sit there at night. only minor comments but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed the house, thanks so much!!

First time relocating to warmer weather during the winter and Palm Springs did not disappoint. More importantly, the property was fantastic - amazing backyard, walk to town location, super fast response from property manager. Beds were amazingly comfortable and plenty of towels etc. not to mention everything you need to make this a perfect stay. House layout made it easy to host guests. Super sad to leave. But we’ll be back!

Wonderful stay with the family before Thanksgiving. Great location, close to everything, spacious, clean, peaceful. We used it as a base to do some great hikes around Joshua Tree, and walked into town to enjoy the art museum, shopping, and great food. Grady was very communicative and helpful. Would absolutely stay again.

This was our first trip to the United States with our 4yo. Grady was very good at reaching out and ensuring the check in process was smooth. He was in close communication so he met us straight from the airport. The house is great, but open concept living area and 3 good sized bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable with nice cotton sheets. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The backyard and pool were amazing and our son spent several hours a day in the pool. The neighborhood is very quiet and private and a quick drive to downtown. We had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again.

This property was the perfect spot for our girls getaway weekend in Palm Springs. We were able to relax by the pool and cook dinners at home. It was in a great location for us to explore the city as well. Highly recommend!

I stayed with a couple friends for a few nights and we were so impressed with the house. Very comfortable and clean, nicely stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and the mid-century vibe that we were looking for in Palm Springs. Grady was also very helpful as a host. I had a work conflict come up with out original dates and he was incredibly helpful and kind in letting us reschedule. We didn't have any issues with the house, so there was no need to contact him during our stay, but he was very quick and responsive beforehand in arranging our arrival. Very good experience overall!

Great stay for our girls’ weekend - plenty of room for 6 of us. Spent every morning in the gazebo and every afternoon by the pool. Easy 4 minute drive to anywhere you’d want to go - great restaurants and shopping. After dinners were spent around the firepit. This house has everything you’ll need for a visit to P.S. Highly recommend.

This home was perfect for my family of four. It had everything we needed. Inside was comfortable and well stocked, but we came for the outside experience and the outside areas in back were ideal. The pool was warm and inviting, the sitting areas more than ample and very comfortable. The location of the house was perfect, one block off of Tahquitz Canyon Way, so it took us 5 min to get to any of the restaurants downtown. It is very close to Ralphs as well so easy to stock up on food. Would definitely stay here again.

Both the indoor and outdoor spaces at the house were comfortable and attractive. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and separately for the pool. We enjoyed the pool, the cabana and the outdoor fireplace. The house is in a good location.

we really enjoyed our stay here and hope to do so again… it was perfect for myself, my husband, my niece, and her husband and their nine year old child ..it’s a great backyard for family fun and a good kitchen and nice bright light spaces. There are a few things that we would change- there’s really no place to hang anything in the bathroom so you have to just kind of put clothes on the floor while you take a shower and I wondered about the absence of washcloths, but these are small things -it’s a delightful place and I highly recommend it

This is a great house for a family of 4 or 5! Bathrooms are not big, some mild maintenance needed- but other than that- fabulous! We spent most of our time in the backyard by the pool/cabana/and fire pit. House is clean, location is 5 min to anywhere- including the airport! You can Uber very easily around here too! Thanks for a great stay!

This airy, light filled home was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities. Close to downtown and amazing restaurants. The pool was wonderful, and I spent the mornings reading in the sun by the pool. Mel was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would stay here again for sure!

This home was perfect for our group of 4. We could comfortably be together inside or outside, or go our separate ways and enjoy a good book in solitude. We loved sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking which we did every night. The bedrooms were large and the beds super comfy. You can walk to the grocery store and its an easy walk to downtown. The neighborhoods are fun to walk around too. Mel and Grady were very helpful.

Enjoyed our annual girlfriends getaway in this lovely home. Not only is this house aesthetically pleasing, it's also very comfortable. It has both inside and outside dining areas, comfortable living space, well appointed kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Plenty of shade in the pool area and the cabana is the perfect place for cocktails and conversation. Hosts Mel and Grady responded to questions very quickly. Our only suggestion is to bump up the TP quality and quantity.
