Listen to the waves washing ashore! This condo is situated right on the sandy beach of Bucerías. Stresses of the world fade away as you walk into my charming condo on the beach of Bucerías! Close your eyes and imagine yourself feeling the soft and warm air around you, as you walk into a first class beach CONDO with all the amenities. Condominio del Sol unit 2 welcome guests to Bucerías, a small fishing village 12 miles north from Puerto Vallarta's International Airport and Puerto Vallarta famous village. The town, -about 5,000 people-, has numerous excellent restaurants from which to choose, many stores for shopping, and has several religious and patriotic celebrations during the year, offering guests a chance to experience the charm of an authentic Mexican town.
This beautiful 1754 sq. ft. beachfront condominium is located in the best beach area. Enjoy breathtaking views over the Puerto Vallarta´s Bay (Bahía de Banderas) with miles of white sandy beach at your doorstep. Our condo is first level in a building shared with just three other privately owned condos so it offers security, great privacy and tranquility.
The huge private balcony opens from the living room area adding additional light to this spacious condo. Enjoy the oceanfront pool and deck. The condo is protected with a private locked gate.
This three bedroom/2 bath condo has an additional space to relax or sleep another body or two- a 4th bedroom/tiny bathroom. The interior is fully furnished with contemporary furniture on wall to wall tile flooring.
We have satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and library, telephone and a collection of books and games to enjoy. Air conditioning in all bedrooms.
If you choose to bring your laptop we have complimentary high speed internet service and there are cyber cafés near, if you prefer. Our master bedroom has a king size bed, it's own bathroom, walking closet as well as a private balcony. The second bedroom across the hall has a king size bed ( or twin bed ), and a futon that can sleep one more and in the adjoining small suite we have a bunk bed with 2 twin beds). A second bathroom off the main hall looks after their needs. The third downstairs bedroom has two twin beds and its own private small bath.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with a full size refrigerator/freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender.
The relaxed pace of the town provides the perfect place to relax and unwind, it offers a real variety of coffee shops, art galleries, and quality restaurants including Italian, Mediterranean, French, fine dining, sports bars where to laugh surrounded by Canadian and American friends, and even an Irish pub as well as a good selection of Mexican restaurants- all within easy walking distance from the condo.
Bucerías downtown plaza offers you seafood markets, fruit and vegetable shops, pharmacies, doctors, dentists. There are plenty of activities nearby like tennis, golf, jungle tours, horseback riding, ocean cruises, shopping and an abundance of water sports.

great stay at Susana's beach front apartment/condo. the location on the beach was quiet and safe gentle waves and about a 15 minute walk into town. The condo is clean and decorated in a rustic mexican style. Secure locking and alarm system. Rocio (staff) was on the grounds most days was very helpful. Overall, would recommend this stay for you and your family.

This is our 2nd year of staying at Susana's place. We love it as much as the 1st time. We are booked for our 3rd visit next year. Great location, walking distance to butcher, produce store, tortilla store, fish market, fantastic restaurants. We love the authenticity of the condo. Very safe to walk down to Centro at night to buy Churros.

Susana was easy to deal with. She was discreet but made herself available whenever needed. Minor issues corrected immediately. Photos depict rental accurately. Bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Can’t beat the access to the pool and beach. Watching the sunsets from the palapa one of the highlights. House incredibly clean and stocked with everything we needed. Quieter side of Bucerias but great restaurant next door at Los Picos Hotel with great drinks and fish tacos. 15 min walk into town centre and everything you need. Do not need a car at this rental. If traveling further than Bucerias, a short walk up to highway and you can catch a bus to PV or Sayulita. A great place to enjoy a holiday! Thank you Susana!

Susana was FANTASTIC to deal with right from the day I booked. The location is perfect and you can walk anywhere in Bucerious to purchase from a butcher, fruit/veggie stand, fresh tortillas.
Pictures are accurate to the condo. The Condo is old but very clean and authentic. I have booked again for next year already.

The place was perfect for our needs. Susana was discrete but very prompt and attentive when there were any issues that needed to be addressed. We liked it so much we have booked again for next year.

Older but clean unit, great amount of space for a larger family or even two smaller families staying together. Beds are firm but comfortable, AC in every bedroom works great.
Neighbors were all very nice. I believe the units in this four unit building are all owned by relatives of the same family.
For little kids be aware that it is a good 15 minute walk to town. No problem for adults or bigger kids. I carried my 3 year old on my shoulders a lot.

Super place to stay - more residential area (i.e. a bit quieter than in town), wonderful pool and beach access. Beds were super comfortable. House was very clean, and nicely appointed. We look forward to returning in future years.

This was the perfect size for our family of eight. The beach and pool are right off the deck. Fully stocked dishes, etc. Quick easy walk into town and a short taxi ride for excursions in PV. Bucerias offers many wonderful restaurant opportunities. We definitely look forward to returning. Susana was so amazing and quick to respond.

The 6 people stayed for 1 week and 2 of us stayed an additional week.
Place was very nice. Any issues were resolved quickly. Very quiet and private. Susana checked in every few days to make sure all was well. Rocio was very helpful. We would stay here again when returning to Bucerias.

We spent 10 days Oct 22. 4 girlfriends. Condo was super clean. Property is right on the beach with a pool. We were there during Hurricanes Roslyn and Suzanne the property manager was amazing. She was in contact with us every step of the way with updated information. Any hiccups we had were addressed immediately. Rosio was always super helpful. Would highly recommend this property. We hope to return in the near future

Great property & location
This property is located by Los Picos (so you can find it on google maps) and is about a 5-10 minute walk north of the town center and had everything we needed. Susana is a great manager and was very responsive to our needs. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an excellent time. The Condo was as advertised. The condo was only a10 to 15 minute walk to wonderful restaurants and the Bucerias town square. We has excellent service from our host Susana. We are returning in a couple of months.

Perfect private getaway
Situated about a mile north of downtown Bucerias, we thought this condo was perfect. The beach was always quiet as was the neighborhood still, in an easy 15 minutes walk, we were in the heart of Bucerias. The place was spotless and we loved the decor and grounds. The patio overlooking the beach was great for relaxing. The Los Picos Hotel, just two doors down provided great and easy breakfast and dinner. Please note that you should you InDriver app rather than Uber . There’s also a taxi stand not too far away. Highly recommend this space.

Located just outside the restaurant area, very nice place, neat and clean. The fresh flowers and the weekly included cleanup was a really nice touch! Well recommended!

Great for family time
We rented 2 condos in the same property June 1st to June 3 rd overall it was a good experience perfect for my family of 11 adults and 3 children. Everything was local about a 10 min drive. The beach was ok too many rocks! Difficult to wade into the water. We enjoyed the pool. The last day we didn’t have water because Rocio mention there were something wrong with the pipe outside. Susana stated she was going to send a plumber but we couldn’t stay longer so we left without showering.

Absolutely gorgeous location right on the beach
My family and I stayed in this house in February 2021 for 5 nights. We wished we could've stayed longer. The location is perfect for anyone especially families with kids because you have the beach right there and a pool. There’s no need for packing up bags to take a trip to the beach because everything you need is right in front. It was so wonderful to hear the ocean waves at night and the sunset was breathtaking every evening. The waves were perfect for us because we don’t surf but just like to hang out in the ocean without big waves taking us down and this part of the beach was very calm in the daytime. We were able to purchase everything we needed within walking distance but also Walmart is not too far away either so we drove there for groceries a couple of times. The people are very friendly and we enjoyed our neighbors in the same condo that told us they come to the same condo every year for the past 20 years. All in all we really recommend this place and Bucerias in general. Susana the owner was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. We made some terrific memories in this house and would love to visit again in the future.

Nice older home in the quiet side of town
This is a very clean older home with 4 condos in it sharing a small pool and patio area. It’s on the beach in a Spanish speaking neighborhood. It’s quiet but close enough to enjoy the local restaurants and to town. I would recommend this place for sure but prepare to have Spanish only TV and directions all in Spanish. It would help to have a rental car to get around to shop, but there are large grocery stores and taxis will take you and from what we hear, will wait for you as well

We just spent 23 days at Susana’s condo and everything was wonderful. Great place to stay right on the beach and close to Centro and all restaurants. Felt very safe and are looking forward to going back next year!

Perfect for a Relaxing Family Holiday
Highly recommended! We had a fantastic one week stay in February 2020. The property is exactly as described, very clean, and in a perfect location. The condo is on a quiet stretch of beach just north of town. Very relaxing holiday. You can walk to great restaurants in Bucerias in ten minutes through a leafy neighbourhood, or along the beach. Felt like we had the pool and deck to ourselves. Can't wait to go back!

This was our second year renting Susanna’s beautiful condo and we have booked for a third time next year! The condo is well-maintained, fully equipped, and Susanna and her team responsive to all needs. The beach is at your front door and an array of restaurants are within an easy 10 minute walk. Charming
Susana was a helpful host who responded to all questions. She checked in with us as soon as we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed. Also, we wanted to take a taxi with our large group of seven (including a baby) to Sayulita and she helped us find a good, safe driver who could accommodate us. Thanks Susana!

Best views of the sand and surf. Spectacular nightly sunsets. Close enough to town for a good meal yet far from busy Puerto Vallarta. Bucerías itself gives you a more relaxed feel so you can truly unwind.
The facility is stocked fully. All needed kitchen goods , linens,towels, and blankets.

Great view
My family and I traveled there with another family, 9 of us in total. The view was amazing, felt like we had our own private beach. The only thing we had an issue with was ants. We couldn't leave any food out as the ants came very quickly. Crumbs had to be wiped down every time we used the kitchen and trash be taken out twice a day as the ants would come back. Place is a little outdated but keep very clean. Susan was a great help and answered any questions promptly. All in all the location was great and only a 10 min walk to the centro. Bucerias is one of our favorite beaches in PV.

No music at the pool
Everything was great the only thing that was very disappointing was that we couldn't listen music at the pool, only inside the condo, but overall is perfect for family vacations, loved the view and the kids loved the pool.

Amazing Beach Front Condo
Our recent stay at Susana’s condo was great! Steps to the beach! It’s far enough away from town that it’s quite but still close enough to walk into town. Great location! The condo itself was also perfect. Everything you need to stay and cook in if you’d like. Susana was very helpful with suggestions and answered questions we had right away. We will be back! Excellent stay!
We had an excellent stay in Bucerías. This condo was amazing, the location is great and the views are magnificent to wake up to. Two families comfortably stayed for 14 days. The location is close enough to Centro to walk multiple times (for churros and ice cream of course!). Susana was excellent to deal with and extremely helpful/attentive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have had a better trip! Thank you!

Exceptional condo in every way.
The condo is part of a 4 unit building, steps from the beach. The unit is very well equipped and very nice. Susana and Rocio could not have been more helpful on any little thing we needed. We surely hope to come back.
