This beautifully maintained two bedroom, two bath loft style condo is just a short walk to the main lodge, restaurants and ski slopes. First floor Master bedroom has a Queen bed, large closet and a TV with DVD player. Main floor living room has a big screen Smart TV with cable, and free internet. Wood burning fireplace in living room with firewood provided. Well appointed kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, dishes and utensils. Washer and dryer in unit. Full bathroom on main level.
Loft bedroom has a private full bath, is great for another couple, or your kids. It has a full bed, futon, and a high-riser. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. During the summer months enjoy the private deck, and private pool for Laurelwood guests only.
The Market, for any extra provisions you may need, or pizza for the kids, is just at the end of the street.

The Nut House is our go to place in Wintergreen. It's clean, comfy, and so well stocked. Access is easy and reliable each year. The location near the market and the inn cannot be beat. We also love that the complex has its own pool, but we also can use the pool down at Rhodes Farm. Highly recommend the Nut House!

My husband and I stay at Wintergreen a couple times a year to do some hiking. This was the first time we stayed at the Nut House. We had a great time. The condo was very comfortable, clean and was well stocked with everything we needed. We had an issue with the internet when we arrived but the owner responded right away and fixed the problem quickly. I highly recommended the Nut House.

We loved this place! It is cute and has a really good vibe. It is a 3 minute walk to the resort. It is 1 minute walk to the small market. It was immaculately clean! The host thought of everything you might need, and it is all labelled so you can find it all easily! We were very impressed and would love to stay here again in the future!

this is our second time staying at the nut house and we absolutely love it. Everything is super comfortable for this day, it comes with both the pool on the mountain but also one down at Rhodes farm. The location is great and the house is so well stocked, which is important for us as we travel from far away. We highly recommend the Nut House.

We had a fabulous stay! Albeit a small condo, it was a perfect spot for my husband and two grown children.. And the location was very desirable, the wood-burning fireplace was super cozy, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Great Rental! I read all the reviews about this property prior to booking and the reviews are true. The rental is the CLEANEST rental we have had in years. The space was perfect for my husband, mother-in-law, and our dog Riley for a weekend getaway. Yes, the kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated, but that didn't bother us. The kitchen is small; however, it is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals if you choose. We made breakfast every morning of our stay and eat out for dinner. One reviewer said there was no hot water. If you read the signs posted on the refrigerator you need to turn the hot water on at the panel box. The hot water took no time at all to warm up. We loved sitting out on the deck at night with a glass of wine and coffee in the morning. We used the fireplace one night because the temperature outside changed so quickly from one day to the next. WE will definitely rent this condo AGAIN! We enjoyed our stay and love that we were able to share the time with our dog as well.

We had a wonderful stay at the nut house. It is so well stocked and super clean. Had everything we needed. Location is so convenient, the private pool is an added bonus. The owners very accomdating (I did a scheduling oops and needed to add a day last minute). Very comfortable stay and we highly recommend this property.

This location is great to get to trails and hikes and tight next to the Market. The only thing I can say is it is dark and could really use a summer makeover. Everything really says winter 1980...it has great potential and was comfortable but unfortunately it was a bit depressing.

Stayed a long weekend for a wedding. We had 2 couples in the unit which was perfect. Unit was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. If i ever make it back to Wintergreen I will probably stay there again.

We had a very relaxing weekend staying at the Nut House. The condo is very comfortable with all the amenities we needed as well as located within walking distance of most everything.. My girls loved having their own private loft upstairs and despite the very cool temperature still managed to enjoy the private heated pool.

An awesome stay, we'd love to stay here again. Everything was label that was a big help - no guessing what things were. Everything was as stated and the owner was very accommodating. Very close to Wintergreen. The one item that really upset me was when the owner emailed me and told me that their cleaner told him the place was a mess. I am a clean freak to the point that I clean a house/hotel room before leaving it. I pride myself on this. So I don't know what their cleaner was talking about, but I would suggest taking pictures of the place before leaving. NOTE: The owner was not mean about bringing this to my attention so I don't feel this is on him. I would definitely go here again.
