We thoroughly enjoyed our stay…the location can’t be beat…a block off of Beacon Hill’s famous Charles Street for great shopping and dining…just a few blocks to the Public Garden…spacious condo with all the essentials that we needed…plenty of seating with a big TV, and great storage units in the bedroom…hosts were very accommodating and quick with communication…would definitely stay here again!

A number of niggles could have ruined our long stay in Boston, but the location, the host and his family and overall convenience of the flat made for a memorable stay.

My husband and I spent 7 weeks in this lovely apartment. The location and neighbor were terrific. The apartment was clean, cozy and as described in listing. The king size bed was very comfortable and the bedroom was in the front of the apartment and very quiet. Kitchen was really well equipped. I highly recommend Sean & Anne’s place!

Awesome flat in Beacon Hill
What an amazing flat on Beacon Hill. We stayed here for almost two full months and truly loved every minute of it. Sean communicated excellent from the beginning booking and throughout our stay. We were able to arrange to see the apartment prior to committing to the two months which helped a lot. This place has everything you need. Outdoor garden which was lovely in the back. Washer and dryer in unit in a separate area which was wonderful. Gas stove, dishwasher and garbage disposal which are things not normally found in Boston. Our pup came and we were able to fit her crate nicely in the large living space. There is a king super comfortable bed with a private full bathroom with a tub. The half bath was a very nice bonus - again not found that often in Boston. This place has storage galore. We didn’t even use half of it. There were a few times (because seasons changed and things needed to be turned off) we had to have people come in. Joe, the rental manager was communicative as well. We are so close to Boston Common and the amazing shops and restaurants on Charles street. We loved it so much we are coming back for two more months. I hate to leave this amazing review because I’d love to keep this gem hidden for our use when we can. But that wouldn’t be fair as it’s a great place to be shared. Loved it like our own! Highly recommend!

More comfortable than I imagined.
I'm impressed how much comfort is packed into this unit. There are literally four places I dosed off on. And that is not including the king-sized bed, which of course, is itself, is very comfortable.
The location is fabulous for walking. My first landmark to get back home, three blocks away from the unit is the original Cheers bar, which is across the street from the Boston Public Garden, which is next to the historic Boston Commons.
A bonus was the communication with the manager/owner who helped with parking ideas, dining and many other nuances of the neighborhood and city at large.
If I ever come back to Boston, this is the first place I’ll look to see if it’s available.

Charming Boston pied-à-terre
We spent 5 weeks in this VRBO/Homeaway property and it served us well. It is a basement/ground floor apt in a brownstone. Don't let the word basement put you off. It does not feel like a basement apartment at all. As you enter, you look straight through to the charming courtyard garden. The apartment is very well appointed and with a thoughtful use of space and color giving a feeling of a Parisian flat. It is also very well equipped and had everything we needed. The location in the flat of Beacon hill is superb. Brimmer street is a lovely tree lined street of brownstones. A corner church sits across the street from the apartment. A school is just a few doors away. Just around the corner you will find all the food and coffee you will need on Charles Street. We walked every where and used the T (subway). Boston Public Garden is just a few minutes walk away. Can't recommend this place enough for a stay in Boston.
One thing to be aware of is that the shower-tub combination requires some agility to maneuver into as it has a high wide ledge lining the tub that you must step over. There are grab bars for this purpose.

A Beacon Hill Treasure
The property offers neighborhood charm while at the same time providing big city access. Brimmer Street is a quiet residential street a single block away from the shops and restaurants of Charles Street. Within walking distance are the Boston Commons, the esplanade along the Charles River, and a lot more. The apartment is roomy, well-appointed, with all necessary conveniences. Sean, the owner, is both very friendly and very responsive. I plan to rent the property again in 2018.

Fantastic Fully Furnished Beacon Hill Apartment
The location and features of this apartment are simply unbeatable! Great value for a beautifully decorated and furnished apartment with accommodating, diligent and responsive owners. I rented for 14 months and can unequivocally say this has it all.
Location
Beacon Hill is the most picturesque, well-maintained and friendly neighborhood in all of Boston. The Esplanade/Hatch Shell is just a short walk and offers free concerts, movies, playgrounds, boating opportunities and perfect running/walking/bike trails. The Boston Public Gardens and Commons are also 3 blocks away along the bustling Charles Street corridor which houses an array of eateries, boutiques, and specialty purveyors. Any downtown location and even Cambridge attractions are within 20 minute walks making driving unnecessary for many excursions. Beacon Hill holds many fun community events and festivals making it perfect for longer term renters to engage with the friendly community. Street parking is plentiful.
Features
The apartment is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Every visitor I hosted left compliments! The owners have maximized the use of the space with many custom built-ins leaving room for a home office, space for entertaining and any other functional need. The patio is the best feature which receives plenty of sunlight and is maintained to look like a secret garden. The apartment comes with every imaginable amenity such as a BBQ, washer/dryer, fireplace, water cooler, big screen TV, etc. Everything is updated and modern and I never had any issues being in a basement unit.
The owners are very responsive and great to work with. Any issues that arise are promptly handled with professional care. This is an A+ property all around!
