Behold a family fun paradise. This 1/3 acre property is perfectly appointed from the fine finishes to the absolute fun for all backyard.

Do you like to swim? Perfect! We have a 10,000 gallon, heated, play pool with a basketball hoop. Dunk on that! (pool heating optional @ $50 per night)

Do you like to watch the kids play while you take a sip of your favorite Strawberry Margarita? Perfect; we have a complete playground on site including 3 swings, rock climbing and it is just FUN!

Do you like to play basketball? Perfect; we have a full half court regulation-sized basketball court right in the backyard. Play a little one- on-one or grab Grandma and have her become the point guard to your 5 on 5 team. This basketball set up comes with an adjustable hoop if you need to lower it for the young ones. This isn't a cheesy portable backboard; this is the real deal sports court for all night fun with lighting for late night free throws.

Do you like to lounge around and watch TV? Great! All of the bedrooms are fixed with flat screen TVs with DirectTV. Also some of the TVs are smart TVs so if you want to watch some Netflix have at it!

Wifi is strong and very reliable! 120 Gigabits per second fast. Fast like a Nascar.

Plenty of onsite parking! Up to 5 vehicles (plus more on the street).

The property sits on over 1/3 of a private acre and backs up to huge pines for absolute seclusion from the neighbors.

What an amazing property to use for a family gathering. Plenty of space outside for activities. Very family friendly. Pool is properly fenced in which is a huge plus since so many don't have great pool security. Well equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook for larger groups. If you are looking for a house to host a family reunion, look no further! We will be staying here again.

The outside part of the property was amazing, but the inside was one of the worst we’ve ever had. It was disgusting! The bedding was gross, the towels were as old as they get, the kitchen was filled with random unusable utensils. Clocks weren’t set, we had to plug in our own lamps, blinds didn’t work, etc. such a shame they couldn’t take care of it more since the outside was so fun. Much more of a party house, than a family destination.

The host was excellent with timely response to any enquiry we had. The backyard was great and kept both kids and adults entertained. House could use some updating however (fresh paint, new cushions for outdoor furniture). We really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Location. Close to anything & everything. Backyard. Amazing. We paid to heat the pool (in December) and was well worth it. Serge was a great communicator and came right over to fix a door knob that fell off. Master Bath is great. Cons: So many dusty, dirty items. So much dust/dirt on baseboards could be seen with naked eye. So many (over 10) fake plants crawling with dust. As stated above, a doorknob randomly fell off, one light switch was barely on in main bath. Also, every single cupboard was sticky when grabbing to open. It really is just fatigued. It needs a DEEP clean & fresh paint at best.

We enjoyed staying at Serge property and very grateful that he was a great host. The house and backyard was roomy and lots of space for 18 people and more to enjoy. The pool was fantastic, we enjoyed it very much and the basketball court was a lot of fun. We also had a great time lounging in the backyard. Our graduation gathering for my daughter was great we rented tables and chairs and had a beautiful celebration. It was nice and peaceful and we enjoyed it very much. Love that there was a big table in the kitchen so that we all could laugh and enjoy each others company. The location was great close to a lot of stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay at Serge's place in the future. Thanks Serge we appreciate you allowing to stay at your house and have a celebration for our daughter's graduation party. MO

I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel like you’re at home. I loved all of my time here. We had to pay extra to have the pool heated, which was a bit of a bummer, but other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

Very easy booking online. Pictures of property on line were as they looked. Kids young and old had plenty to do without leaving. Plenty of seating both inside and out. Never felt crowded. Only draw back was the no-see-‘em bugs. Everyone did get bit up but on the whole had a very enjoyable time.

We were in town for a wedding and the back yard is why we chose this place. Perfect for all our children's ages. They loved the pool and the basketball court. We have a handicap 12 year old and he loved the play scape. They were excited to have waffles with the avengers waffle maker. There definitely needs to be more kitchen supplies to match the 15 people allowed to stay. Bowls for mixing and lots more silverware.

Can’t say enough about this VRBO place. Serge, the property owner was great to work with. Fast response time for questions we had. More than enough room for my 5 kids and 7 grandkids. The TV never worked, but that was ok. More than enough time for playing on the basketball court or in the pool. Location was perfect to stores and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this VRBO for any larger parties. Thanks Serge!

We rented the house for a long weekend to attend a wedding in NW Phoenix. We had 11 people in our group ages between 2 and 85. The house was prefect for us and everyone love it. It is convenient located and was close enough to everywhere we need to go. There was plenty of parking. Kids loved the playground and the pool. Teens and young adults loved playing basketball and hanging out in the back yard. Elderly liked relaxing in the house. The check-in and out was very easy and owner picked up the phone every time when we call him with questions. We will definitely rent this house again on our next family trip to Phoenix.

So much space for so many people!

We LOVED our time spent at Serge’s home! Our family came from Michigan and Georgia for a memorial service and we were awed by the space available for our group of 13! The basketball court was the very first thing that drew my eye to this awesome property, but the 3 king rooms, several bunks and couches made for great sleep quarters. We loved the dining area and table plus the bar counter for great eating and game space, too! Serge was so quick to help out when I had a question and we hope to make this a new tradition yearly because everyone had such a great time. The pool area, grassy area and patio made for a place and space for every one of our guests! The shower and master bath were so beautiful and everyone enjoyed that, too. The whole experience was great! I am thankful to Serge for a terrific experience in Phoenix and if you have a large group, THIS is where you need to be!

There was plenty of space for our two families, with kids ranging from 1 to 13. The kids loved sleeping bin the bunk beds, and adults and one teen even got king-sized beds. We spent a lot of time outdoors on the basketball court and playground, and the dining table was a good enough size for all of us.

The house was nice and big dining room table for family to sit around and play games. Enjoy the backyard enjoy the backyard. With only two restrooms this can be a challenge when you have 15 to 18 people trying to stay/get ready there. Interesting layout for the bedrooms, you have to walk through bedrooms to get to another, Otherwise was very nice and surge was really great to work with.
