For a memorable vacation in Sunriver, look no further than this beautiful home. This home features stunning panoramic views of Sun and Deschutes River, The Meadow and Mt. Bachelor. The Sun River runs just behind the large back yard, which includes a private hot tub.
This reversed living home offers air conditioning, a great room with gas fireplace, large wrap around kitchen, dining area, high ceilings with open beams which create a warm welcoming environment on the main floor.
This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home features plenty of space for large family gatherings.
The upper level includes a huge, well stocked, kitchen and open great room with access to the large deck through 2 sliding doors; the master bedroom with a king bed, bathroom with jetted tub and shower, walk in closet and sliding door onto the deck; a bedroom with a queen bed; additional full bathroom with shower and laundry room with washer and dryer. The lower level features a second family room for everyone to gather with access to the lower back deck, backyard and hot tub; a bunk room with 2 twin and 2 queen beds; a bedroom with king bed and walk in closet; 2 full bathrooms with shower/tub combo; a mudroom and access to the large 3 car garage.
The home has a high chair and 2 pack and play for children. There is a ping pong table located in the garage. WIFI is also available. The bathrooms include hand soap, body wash and shampoo.
Outside, a large upper deck has plenty of room for relaxing in the sunshine, and enjoying the amazing views of the Sun River, Deschutes River, Mt Bachelor and the Meadow. On the deck you will find a gas BBQ for your grilling pleasure, large table with umbrella that seats 6-8, and several lounge chairs. Outside on the lower level a private hot tub is a perfect place to sit and relax.
We offer 6 adult beach cruiser bikes and 2 child bikes with helmets for guest use.
There are two coolers in the garage.

Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic and Recreation Center (SHARC) passes are included with rental. There are 10 passes included with the rental, which include unlimited access to SHARC aquatics, tennis and pickle ball reservations, tubing hill and the SROA boat launch.
Community facilities include Sunriver Village with restaurants, shops, bike rentals, nature center, horseback riding, aquatic center, spas, parks and more. Centrally located, this home is in a quiet spot close to bike paths which offer more than 30 miles of paved riding.

The house was clean, neat and inviting. It was well stocked with way more appliances than we could imagine. The view was absolutely beautiful. Our family came from New York and New Jersey and found it to be wonderful. Unfortunately the fires grew to a level 2 and the smoke level was unhealthy. We chose to leave before it turned into a level 3 mayhem. The house was perfect for us and we would definitely rent again! The trumpeter swans, white egret, blue Heron, Canadian geese,and ducks plus more were our morning visitors.

This was our family’s second year staying in this wonderful vacation home and we cannot say enough good things about it. The home has ample room, is exceptionally equipped, is very clean, and is in a great location. The hosts are very easy to deal with and the views and wild life right in the back yard are amazing! The sharc passes are a real plus too! This has become an end of Summer tradition for our family!

We had plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, hot tub was a huge hit, bikes were ridden, kitchen was perfect because of two fridges. Views were incredible- only regret is that we wish we had booked a longer stay!

Beautiful location. Gorgeous home. It accommodated our family very well. Since my husband passed away two years ago we have been getting together once a year especially since my youngest son lives in Nevada. This property was perfect. We had a great time and they really enjoyed the SHARC recreation area. Relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the scenery was a big plus too.

Our family of 8 really enjoyed this house. The kitchen has every conceivable tool & lots of basic pantry items. Double refrigerators multiple coffee machines etc. The beds were super comfortable. We lived the location.

The view from the deck of this home is unmatched. The location of the home is perfect - in a quiet neighborhood, but only a short bike ride to SHARC, village, or Fort Rock Park (uphill). We love the double fridges, the large kitchen, the 1:1 bedroom to bathroom ratio, and the bonus room downstairs. It's all great. Our favorite Sunriver house (and we've stayed in many).

This house is a great find! Fully stocked with plenty of towels, pool towels, kitchen appliances etc. The covered hot tub overlooks a beautiful open space with a wonderful view of the mountains. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Ample space for the whole family to enjoy and spread out. Driving distance is minutes to a large park, and the village. Great location! The hosts are quick to respond. We had no issues and would highly recommend this relaxing home!

Owner was very responsive and answered questions promptly. The house was well stocked and very clean. Love that each room has its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was warm and clean. The beach towels provided for the rec center came in handy for the hot tub. The view couldn’t be beat and we saw an assortment of birds and wildlife. It was a short drive to Bachelor and it was cool to be able to check the mountain conditions from the house. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great home and location. Beautiful setting along a tributary of the Deschutes. Lots of space to stretch out. We visit Sunriver every winter, typically in a more modern and updated home, but this is our new favorite....nothing beats the view from the deck or hot tub. It's a perfect home for kiddos. The kids can own the downstairs while the bigger folks play upstairs.

The property is located along the estuary, with a beautiful view of Mt. Bachelor and the surrounding nature. Really great for 2-3 families looking to be close to everything. Property was clean and well taken care of, the kitchen had everything you would need, including 2 fridges! Would definitely stay here again!

This is our third year in a row coming to Sunriver and this is the best house we have stayed at so far! The house was large enough for our family and friends that came. Our kiddos had a blast playing in the snow. The house was clean and well stocked. The hosts had great communication. We will stay here again!

There were ten of us that stayed in this home and everyone said it was one of our favorite rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The layout is great for multiple families, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could imagine, comfortable beds, very clean and the location is perfect! We made use of the spa, bikes that they provided and the SHARC passes that came with the home. It was comfortable and inviting and the views were absolutely incredible. The hosts were great to work with and super responsive when we had general questions. Would absolutely stay here again.

we loved the house. The weather was chilly and rainy especially in the morning so the firer place was put to good use. The kitchen was large and stocked with every possible kitchen tool you would need plus a large pantry and two refrigerators. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom...bikes were used and ping pong was played and games were enjoyed at night would certainly rent again.

What a gem! The house itself was great and felt very well outfitted with a lot of nice extra touches. The view was amazing and the location led itself to exploring the more wild locations of Sun River but was also close to Fort Rock Park and the SHARC. Great place, we will definitely be back!

We celebrated our 40th anniversary with our adult children and our granddaughter. Your home was the perfect location. Everyone had plenty of space and the shared family space accommodated our meals, movie watching, games, and toddler time. We cooked all our meals in the well equipped kitchen, rode bikes, and enjoyed time at the SHARC. We look forward to coming again.

This is our second stay at this house and we throughly enjoyed it. It has everything needed for a comfortable and fun stay. The view from the deck makes one of the best rentals in Sunriver. We even saw river otters playing. And The hosts are the best! They were super responsive. In that this was our second time, we were able to see where they’ve made updates to the houseand amenities and based on what I’ve seen in other reviews more are coming.

Our family travels to Bend each year and this year we decided to stay in Sunriver since we now have a 3 year old granddaughter and there’s so much to do here. We used the sharc passes provided for the water park and had a blast. We absolutely loved our stay in this home. The house is everything we could have asked for and more. The view is spectacular and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings to watch the wildlife graze. There were many deer families with babies. The house has everything you need and was very clean which is important with a little one playing on the floor. No black feet in this house! The house is dog friendly so we got to bring our fur babies too. We already reserved our stay for next year, it will become a tradition!

Overall, this property location was a lovely stay for the whole family. The home is quite spacious and has stunning backyard views. We experienced some smoke from a fire within the surrounding area which was a bummer; however, completely out of anyone's control. There are a few takeaways from both, myself and those staying with me that, should the owners take into account, would really make for all the better of an experience...
1. There were cigarette butts scattered all around the front yard/driveway -- we had two littles (4 & 6 y.o.) -- this is a potential danger if staying with children and just a "no-no" in terms of littering -- would have appreciated this being picked up prior to our stay...
2. The bedding in the upstairs guest bedroom appeared to be dirty/stained (??)
3. The WiFi connection is somewhat weak/unstable -- this made it difficult to watch/stream videos in the main living room and downstairs living room
4. The upstairs main and guest bedroom tvs were inoperable (no signal to watch either basic cable or streaming services)
5. There are lots of bikes available though, many needed basic maintenance (loose handlebars, child bike seat attachment hard to properly fashion -- no access or availability to simple tools such as an allen-wrench set)
6. The spa covering is in need of replacing -- quite difficult to operate without two or more people
7. Back right stovetop burner was extremely difficult to turn off -- this is a potential fire hazard and danger for burns

We loved staying at this home with all our adult kids, spouses and one toddler and one baby. The house is very well set up for large families with plenty of space and kitchen very will stocked with all types of cooking essentials. I brought a few things with me but did not need them. We were there for a family reunion so needed to make a few speciality dishes for the main dinner. I gave the owner some feedback on some things that needed cleaning. They were very wonderful to work with. The AC was not quite working as it should but we were happy to have what we could with the heat they are having now. The problem with opening windows at night was the mosquitos are so bad right now. Being right on that river that is quite swampy right now the mosquitos are bad. They sneak in any crack you have with the sceens . We all had several bites everywhere. So that was a bit tough. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs and the owners trust in us to take care of their home. Sunriver is a special place for us with wonderful memories.

The location of this house is amazing! Directly in front of a small lake and near the river. Incredible views of the mountains and some of the best mountain sunsets we’ve ever seen. House is full of wonderful extras the kids loved (board games, bikes, basketballs, etc). Perfect family vacation. Felt like we were in a time capsule to a bygone era in the 1950s. Amazing!
