Islander 4004 - Welcome to Islander Beach Resort located on Beautiful Okaloosa Island, area known for its beautiful emerald green water with the most unspoiled white sand beach in the state of Florida.

This unit is located on the most desirable floor (4th) within the Islander Beach Gulf front complex with a direct unrestricted beachfront balcony view features two bedroom, two bathroom overlooking the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy long walks along beautiful white sand beaches or take in the view from the spacious balcony and watch the dolphins play!

As you enter the front door of the unit, you will see the beautiful emerald green water straight ahead. Soon you will see the sugary white sand beach and the 80’ swimming pool below the large balcony, furnished with patio height furniture very comfortable so you can relax and enjoy the amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The large living area we have the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Living room is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa (with a memory pad), a loveseat, a recliner and an entertainment center with a 50” smart TV and DVD. Dining area has a tropical fan, a dining table seats for six and two more seating on the breakfast nook. The kitchen is fully equipped with great appliances, granite counter tops throughout and plenty of quality cookware and utensils that make dining in a pleasure. The entire living area is illuminated with light from large windows and glass patio door. All of windows in our unit are decorated with plantation shutters.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV/DVD, a chair, a tropical ceiling fan and a twin closets. Master bath has a walk-in rain showers and a sink basin granite counter-top throughout. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen TV/VCR, tropical ceiling fan and a closet. The hall bath is spacious and features a vanity sink, and a tub/ shower combination,

The Islander offers a large beach side pool (seasonally heated), a fitness room, a shuffle board, and a grilling area. The Islander Resort is located only 6 miles away from Destin, less crowds and quieter end of Okaloosa Island within easy driving distance to the Gulfarium, fishing pier, Boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, golf, waterparks, groceries, Eglin AFB, Hurlburt AFB, and more.

We offer Flexible cancellation policy, i.e., 100% refund of the amount you paid if canceled at least 30 days before check-in; 50% refund if canceled between 14 and 30 days before check-in; otherwise no refund.

Our Islander underwent exterior renovation of the entire complex completed in September 2020 and our Islander condo complex looks amazing!

Our place is NO-SMOKING NO PET (of any kind). Maximum occupancy of 6 accommodation total. Must be 25 years old to reserve.

We provide our guests with:

Upon entering the condo, we found an opened, half empty Prime drink on the tv stand. Messaged the owner and basically had no other response from owner about the situation. Condo otherwise was very good and exactly as described online. Very delayed to no response from owner about any issues or questions. The condo did decide to start construction 2-3 days after arrival which was inconvenient but did not interfere with our stay. Our unit was great. Plenty of room for 5 in our family. The kitchen had a bunch of storage, however, every cabinet and drawer was filled with bowls, cups, silverware, and other appliances so we could not store food anywhere but the counter. On the flip side of this, we had no need to buy silverware or dishes because we had plenty of cups, bowls, Keurig Machine, and a blender which was great. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay in this condo in the future.

Condo very extremely nice. Probably the most remarkable thing was how clean it was. Appliances were all new. Condo was tastefully decorated. Beds were very comfortable (some might say they were too soft, but we liked them). View of water was excellent. No complaints.

Would definitely rent this condo again. Everything was great - mattress was very comfy and plenty of thick bath towels. Also had beach/ pool towels avail so never had to even use our own. Kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook in which we did a few times. Really overall a super place to spend a week! The only things that didn’t make it 5 star was the master bath floor could have been cleaner and it was dimly lit. Even a week of no makeup I like light! And the kitchen countertop a bit dated. Kept wiping it down to make sure it was clean. But that could’ve just been the pattern. Definitely would not stop us from coming back!

We had a great stay at the condo. Everything was ready and very clean. My granddaughter (5) enjoyed the pool so much with her PaPaw. Close to restaurants and things to do. The balcony was my favorite place to be, amazing view of the beautiful water. The bed was a little soft for our liking but was comfortable. Had all the things you would need to cook. We didn't cook much lol. Would stay here again, I recommend this property.

This condo was EXCELLENT! Very clean! And had everything you need for your beach stay, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, cooler etc. Great place for 2 couples! Close to everything and right on beach! The grounds are very well kept as well! We will definitely stay again! And it does have a keurig if anyone’s is wondering:) Thanks for a memorable vacation!!

This condo was the best one we have ever rented in the area. I felt like I could fully relax because everything was clean and there were not a ton of maintenance things to let them know about. So impressive! The beds were insanely comfortable, and the location could not be beat. We will plan our next stay for a week when this condo is available.

Everything was wonderful except for the sliding door going out to patio. It's a major fall/trip hazard with that 4 inch metal plate that you need to step over IF you dont forget it's there. I cant believe that isn't a code violation

The condo was very nice! Loved having an extra chair and noodles for pool. The boogie boards were great for ocean fun. The Master bed was a little soft for my back. The kitchen had everything needed. The handle on trash door needed fixed and a light bulb for hood. Great location!

When we got there, the property was very easy to get to once we walked in and saw the view of the ocean. It was absolutely amazing.! It was the perfect getaway with a beautiful view. Easy access to and from the beach and just in the right location where there wasn’t a lot of traffic overall it was absolutely perfect quiet and relaxing.

The condo was super clean, spacious with a well laid out floor plan. The ocean view from the kitchen, dining, living room and balcony were amazing! It is better in person than the photos show. Kitchen had everything we needed & more. Just Footsteps from the beach and a short drive to so many fun restaurants and activities. We loved the beach service and pool area. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Very nice set up for a relaxing fun vacation!

Beautiful unit. Very clean, smelled wonderful. Lots of attention to detail lots of extras. Owner was wonderful to contact ! Everything we needed for a perfect few day getaway! The most comfortable bed in any unit we have stayed in on the island. But the best is the balcony! And that beach view! We have found out new place to stay when we visit the island!

Pros: good location away from the chaos of the rest of FWB, good kitchen, good wifi, and the beach chairs were a nice treat. Cons: den furniture is uncomfortable, bring your own toilet paper (you'll understand why i say this if you don't do so), and the view is not as pictured in the balcony photos. The unit is wedged into a corner, as shown in the pool photo, which disappointed me greatly.

Since this was the first time using VRBO the check in process was not spelled out in the paperwork. I assumed I would be on the reservation list. Not have to call so many different people to check in. After that all was good.

We had a great spring break week. Condo is exactly as pictured/described. View of the water from the kitchen/living room was wonderful as was the balcony. Steps to the beach and pool. Suk was quick to reply to our questions. Check- in was easy with keyless entry. Plenty of kitchenware to use for meals and plenty of beach gear. Having chair/umbrella service at the beach was a huge perk!
