The unit had everything we could hope for our annual ski trip. Fully stocked. Felt like home. The only negatives would be that I couldn’t find a pizza cutter (maybe I missed it) and the various codes to access the garage, bldg, and unit were a bit much, but in return it was nice to feel safe and secure with free garage parking! Otherwise, all 100% A+! If we ever take another ski trip to Park City, this will be the first place I look to book. It met our expectations and then some since you could literally ski in! Thank you.

We really enjoyed this condo! It was super spacious for our family of 4 and well appointed. The hot tub/heated pool was great and we enjoyed the renovated primary bathroom and the lovely views from the kitchen and living room. It was an easy walk to the lifts and we were able to ski back to the condo through the park.

The condo was the perfect location in Park City with underground parking, which was a huge benefit during a couple of blizzards. The living room was cozy after skiing all day and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities. The beds were all comfortable. The bus to Deer Valley stopped front of the condo building, which was beneficial when we were alerted that the parking lot at Deer Valley was full earlier than usual.

Second bathroom needs upgrade. A couple of lights were reluctant to come on by either switch on lamp or wall switch. Both bedrooms poorly lighted with bedside illumination only. Nice kitchen well stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, condiments.

The owners should spot check the cleaning crew at this property. We found it necessary to swap the sheets on two beds because of the clearly used and unwashed character. The place is overdue for a deep clean. Light bulbs and/or several lamps did not work.
Otherwise, the location and other features of the property was good and we would consider staying again. Thanks again!

My friends and I absolutely loved staying at Davina & TJ's condo. We had the best time for the following reasons:
1. The host was incredibly communicative. I had friends arriving early and they were able to help accommodate us at an early time and continued to answer my questions before my trip.
2. The condo was extremely clean and spacious. There are numerous blankets throughout the condo if you get cold and the beds were extremely comfortable. We were sore everyday after skiing but each night was able to get a ton of rest before going out to the slopes the next day
3. The location is unreal. A free Park City bus stop is steps outside the condo. Additionally, if you wanted to walk to the mountain, its a quick 7-10 min walk. Additionally, you can easily walk or take the free bus to Park City town which was fantastic
I would highly recommend staying here. We are incredibly thankful for our stay and hope this place is available the next time we come to Park City!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well stocked and very cozy. My husband walked to the lifts the first day and took the bus the other mornings. He never had to wait long. The beds were very comfortable and the gas fireplace was great. Underground parking was a plus on those cold, snowy days. Davina was prompt with communication. Definitely would stay there again.

The condo was wonderful with everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked - lots of pots, pans, cookie sheets, utensils. Bedrooms & bathrooms were large, comfortable & beautifully updated. We faced the slopes at Park City & could walk to the ski slopes in 5-10 minutes. Love the free bus service. Takes you anywhere you want to go. Market was walking distance. Laundry on site & coin operated - wish it took a credit card, quarters were hard to come by - No change machine. The only other issue was not getting the fireplace to work - that would have been fun. Owner was easy to contact though and tried her best to help. Overall great experience. Would come there again in a heartbeat!

The condo was perfect for a long weekend ski vacation. The condo is well appointed and very comfortable. It was great for our family of four. It was so great to be within walking distance of PCM. The note, wine and snacks were a nice touch. I would definitely stay there again.

Location, location, location. We have visited Park City many times and opt not to rent a car and use the bus system. This condo was easy walking distance to the base of PC mountain resort and the fresh market. Not to mention the bus stop is right outside the front door. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious, quiet, and comfortable for our party. The therapy pool and the view from all seasons make for a memorable vacation. Davina was easy to communicate with, and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this unit and can’t wait to return.

8 minute walk to Park City Ski Resort. Excellent accommodations with a well stocked kitchen. Enjoyed the view out the front window that looks over the cross country ski track instead of another condo building. Lovely view of nature with the ski resort in the backdrop. Appreciated the ski locker downstairs. Very convenient, as was the garage downstairs keeping the car from being covered by snow. Loved the bellman-style carts in the garage to take everything up to the unit in one trip.

We loved this condo! It was everything we thought it would be and more. Super comfortable, the decorations were lovely and there was enough space for our family of four not to feel crowded.
The furnishings made it feel really special and two bathrooms (one for parents and one for kids) was a luxury. We particularly loved the spa bath and heat lights.
We booked the condo for 4 weeks over Christmas and we would definitely stay there again.
We loved the mountain view in the living area and that the condo was an easy five minute walk to the slopes.
The owner Davina was a pleasure to deal with. She very generously set up a beautiful Christmas tree for our stay and made sure there were lots of games for our children to play. The heated pool/spa was really warm making it a favourite with all of us after a day on the slopes.
We found the location ideal as it was quite - positioned on a golf course - yet close to everything. A bus runs every 15 mins and stops right out the front to take you to Park City slopes (2 min ride) or into Main St (about 10 mins).
As there was so much land around the kids could run around and play in the snow, build snowmen, igloos and have snow ball fights without worrying about cars or disturbing neighbours. And it was a short walk to Starbucks for the morning coffee!
With televisions in three rooms, all our different viewing needs were met, which was a real plus when you wanted some down time.
The kitchen was well stocked. A few newer pots and pans would be good but that's a minor detail.
The underground parking was a gem!
All in all, we loved our stay. We would definitely return and would have no problem recommending this great condo to other snow lovers.

Thank you Davina! This condo is amazing in its size, comfort and two full suites with bathrooms! Attended a wedding at PCMR and it was an easy walk. Walked to Starbucks every am even though the condo is fully equipped!! Would love to see it in the winter.... Maybe???

We try and use VRBO when we travel and have not been disappointed. Some are better than others but you pretty much get what you expect. But with our most recent stay in Park City, we were blown away. I think another reviewer said that the pictures don't do it justice. They were right. Everything is new and modern, fully stocked and more room than almost all of the other condos we're rented throughout the years. We cooked in most nights and always had everything we needed right there. The owners did a great job of letting us know the lay of the land and some of their favorite spots. It's close to groceries, ski rentals and right on the bus line. It is also right next to the slopes so walking back after a long day of skiing was no big deal. The covered parking was nice and convenient. When we come back to Park City, we hope that this condo will be available. It's a keeper.

We loved this condo! Our group consisted of two couples, and the setup was perfect with each couple having its own bathroom. The second bathroom has a door into the second bedroom making it private and convenient. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need to cook for yourself, and the fireplace was perfect! The owners were very accommodating and the condo is in great shape. The location was great at the foot of Park City Mountain Resort, and there is a (free!) bus stop on the condo site that will get you anywhere you want to go in Park City. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a girlfriend retreat! We loved the location, easy parking and beautiful interior. The balcony in front of the condo is very spacious with nice views of the mountains. Quiet and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the two large bathrooms were perfect. I highly recommend you stay here. Davina responded quickly to our calls, was gracious and easy to talk to.

One of the most well furnished condos I've rented in 25+ years. Beautiful, well stocked with things you wouldn't expect, great location, comfortable beds. We used our car to drive over to Park City Resort .. almost close enough to walk. Indoor parking under building and elevator to 2nd floor very accessible. Worked well for a Dad and son ski get-away. Would use this rental again on future return trips.

We recently stayed in this beautiful condo at the All Seasons condominiums. Needless to say the pictures do not do it justice. When we walked in, the condo was absolutely immaculate! Davina, the owner, had left us a welcome gift on the kitchen counter and little soaps and shampoos in the bathrooms. Having stayed at many ski resorts using VRBO, this condo was one of the nicer and more spacious ones that we have stayed in. Our king bed in the second bedroom, where we slept, was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals and a grocery store was just around the corner. Davina was also extremely helpful during the reservation process. She answered all my questions and seemed like she would have gone out of her way to help us out with anything we needed.
We will definitely stay here again. The condo was just beautiful! We loved the heated spa pool. We loved the location! It was such a great week!

This was the third time that we stayed at the All Seasons. We love the convenience to the mountain, to the local grocery store, drug store and Starbucks, and the fact that the bus stop is right in front of the complex. This time we actually took the bus up to the mountain! Our unit was just beautiful, having been recently updated. It was spotless upon arrival. All of the furnishings were just so comfortable with so much space for all of our stuff. The owners of our condo had provided us with a list of their favorite restaurants and other useful tips, as well as some great publications about the area. Additionally, they gave us their local number if we needed to reach them. We felt right at home in the condo!
After a hard day of skiing, we looked forward to relaxing in the "hot pool" and met other very nice guests of the resort.
We have never had a bad meal in Park City. We ate at two of our usual restaurants, Bandits and Bangkok Thai, which we always enjoy. We tried Cafe Terigo and Reefs which were both excellent!
We love Park City and look forward to getting back there. We would definitely try to stay at this condo again if it were available.
