As advertised! Great location, clean, updated, well furnished, no issues. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again on our next trip. Thanks for everything!

You don’t get a better location than this. Almost every activity was walkable : museums, the quarter , restaurants. Uber pick ups were super easy . Great breakfast place and a Starbucks within the block depending if you want your familiar food with or you want to try some good local diner New Orleans. the accommodations are fantastic. Everyone in the party had a private bathroom. The bedrooms are organized so no one shares walls. The upstairs loft was a little bright if you like it dark but it needed to be that way to honor the architecture. Air conditioner was great and kept us comfortable with the humidity and heat. Management was reachable at any time and very accommodating and friendly. You would not be disappointed with this place.

Great visit. Convenient location. Terrific place for three couples.
8.0
Overall, this was a good property for our needs although seating was not ideal for six guests: there are only four dining chairs, there are only four (wobbly) breakfast stools. Great location between The Quarter and the Warehouse District in the CBD. Very clean, good communication with the property manager. You need to know that two out of the three bedrooms do not have solid walls (there are interior "windows" with no glass on one wall in each of these two bedrooms) so they are not completely private; you can't see into these bedrooms but you can hear what's going on. Also, if you are sensitive to noise, we could hear quite a bit of street noise from cars in our fourth floor unit. It's an old building and not remotely soundproof.

We had a great time. The location was perfect - really within walking distance of just about everywhere we wanted to go, and the property was perfect. 3 king bedrooms with their own bathrooms, beds were so comfortable, washer and dryer, cute kitchen and seating area. We watched a parade from our window! Great time.

Our family had a wonderful time in Picayun 401! No better place for parades and French Quarter access.

The condo is perfect for three adult couples and it has a very New Orleans feel to it with the exposed brick.
We would recommend the management company to check the shower curtain liners for replacement. The upstairs bedroom needs window coverings. The beds are pretty tall so a step stool in the room would have been very helpful.
It was very nice to be away from the noise of the French Quarter when sleep was required. All in all, we had a wonderful time!

Great location. Awesome martini and dessert bar next door. Close to everything but out of the noise range of the French Quarter. Safe building. Very quiet. We loved it! Beds were comfy and the space was great for our group of three friends.

This condo is clean, well stocked and located in a perfect location. Not too close to the loud part scene, but close enough to walk or rideshare to all the partying. There's plenty of places to dine at within walking distance. The condo has so much character. Overall our stay was great and our family had an awesome time.

Clean and well stocked
We loved it and will return!

Very good location- close to the quarter and the trolley lines. Great space for 3 couples to each have their own bed and bath. Kitchen was perfect with adjacent washer & dryer. Overall, a very good experience! Thought the sofa, chair and half and rug in the living room could use a deep clean but the floors and bedrooms were spotless.

Vacay Nola was the perfect rental for a couples weekend in New Orleans. The rental was very clean and well managed, not to mention cutely decorated with lots of nostalgic character. The location was perfect for our crew that wanted to be close to the French Quarter and Bourbon Street without being in the middle of them. We had a fantastic stay and look forward to another stay at Vacay Nola in the future! The hosts are wonderful and very helpful in planning the perfect vacation to New Orleans.

Very impressed with the overall cleanliness and location. The property management team did an outstanding job in giving us a heads-up on the details we needed with the unit. I would book here again.

This condo was the perfect size for our group and gave everyone their own space. The location also could not have been more convenient.
10.0
The location was so convenient to everything! We loved the history and aesthetic of The Picayune. Gorgeous exposed brick walls, the property was beautiful and clean. The owner was super nice and helpful. We will be staying here again and recommending to anyone headed to NOLA.

We had a great stay at 330 Camp St. The property manager, Barbara was super helpful and communicative throughout our stay. The location was prime as it is just a couple blocks west of all the action in the Quarter. It was a nice quiet place to retreat back to after a long day of exploring and partying.
Would recommend this place for up to 6 people for future visits. A lot to do and good luck places to eat in close proximity to the unit as well.
10.0
We stay here every time we go to New Orleans- the location is an easy walk to the Quarter and to the streetcar to get Uptown. The kitchen is well-supplied if you want to cook/ eat-in, the beds are comfortable, and the apartment has all the amenities we need/want.
10.0
The property was so nice and spacious. It was in a great central location and easy to access.
10.0
Overall, I give this condo a strong A grade. Location was great, communication with the owner was super efficient and pleasant, the space was wonderful, and the building felt very safe.
The unit had everything you could need for a stay here...not the most well-equipped kitchen ever, but who comes to New Orleans to cook for themselves??
Would definitely stay here again. A short list of improvements that would be ideal:
1. The master bed was so high that I literally had to jump to get up on it...a step stool would be great. And, the mattress/bed made a lot of noise every time you turned over...not sure why.
2. The sofa slipcover is in need of a good wash and the rug in the living area had some stains on it...easy fixes, but would have looked that much nicer if they were freshened up.
3. The bathroom drain was very slow...I ended up spending time pulling a massive hair clog out of the drain. A regular drain cleaning would be helpful on the maintenance list.

Historical condo in a quiet neighborhood but 3 blocks from the French Quarter. This place is perfect for 3 couples. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were updated. This place has everything you need for a long weekend. Would definitely stay here again!!
10.0
We would stay at this property again in a heartbeat. Perfect location - away from the noise but a short walk to everything (even for little legs). The property was updated, clean and had everything we could have needed. Check-in/out and communication was exceptional from the time we booked the property. 5 Stars plus extra credit!

VacayNOLA has the best customer service ever! They want to make sure everything is going well from beginning to end and definitely recommend one of their properties. This condo was just a couple blocks off of Canal, perfectly situated close to the action but still far enough away to get some quiet time. We had three adult couples and were very comfortable. Beds were really comfy, water and Gatorade at checkin was a nice added touch. The only watch outs are you can’t have anything delivered here - a package or groceries or anything else. There’s a key pad on the building entrance and no way for a delivery person to get in. The bedroom upstairs has direct sunlight in the morning so bring a sleep mask if you’re light sensitive. Also, if you are wanting to cook the kitchen has only the very basics for cookware, utensils, etc. There is a wine bottle opener, though! And they provide enough trash bags, soap, coffee, filters, sugar, which is also very nice. All in all highly recommend!

This experience was better than we imagined. The location is perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone. We were traveling with our daughter, her boyfriend and my mother-in-law. The layout was perfect for this situation. We were concerned about parking but it was close and far more affordable than we expected. . The check in and out process was super easy. There are lots of places to eat and do near by. We highly recommend the property!

Central, Cute, & Comfy!
We had a total of 6 people stay here over the weekend and we never felt like we were cramped or on top of each other. There was plenty of bathroom space for 5 girls getting ready to go out every night! Gorgeous kitchen and spacious living room; it made for a great spot to get a touch of work done while we were there. All of the beds were a dream—super comfortable! Each bedroom had a varying amount of morning light and we were able to choose our preference. We used the streetcars and busses the whole time and we were never too far of a walk from a stop! (3 blocks from Canal St. which is super popular for street cars, and a stop on the same block as the property for one of the bus lines.) Depending on how long you stay I highly recommend getting the Jazzy Passes for the public transit, it gives you access to the busses, streetcars, and ferries. All in all a great experience!!

Perfect location. Easy walk to French Quarter and Riverwalk. Great restaurants all around. The beds were super comfortable and the condo was super nice.

New Orleans Birthday vacation
The condo had all the amenities you needed for a great stay. All adults had their own bedroom and bath. I would recommend going when the weather is cooler. There were nice restaurants and shops and a lot of history.

Great location and space!
We were a party of 5 myself, my wife, 2 friends and our daughter. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows. There was plenty of space. We would stay again no doubt! My only issue is that it is set up for 4 people to stay as far as the living room area goes. Since we were a group of 5 one of us had to always sit at the table or the breakfast bar. We could not all sit at the table together to eat as there were only 4 chairs. Other than that a great space!

perfect location
The best location. Loved proximity to local restaurants, French Quarter, could easily walk to coffee & small grocery bodega (within a block). You need to be good friends -- you can hear everything going on in the (very large) condo from 2 of the 3 rooms given the open plan (window-like openings in the walls of 2 of the rooms). For some reason when we were there the parking garage across the street had consistent alarms going off (the windows to the street are not noise-insulated and let in all the street sounds, which we didn't mind at all except for the parking garage alarm). Other than those noise notes, the place is perfect -- comfortable beds, a well-appointed kitchen, beautiful exposed brick walls and high ceilings, functional aircon -- a beautiful haven to relax in when you're done exploring the hot streets of New Orleans!

Excellent place in an excellent location
If you have a conference at the New Orleans Sheraton, this is a perfect spot for you and a few colleagues. Cheaper than the hotels, perfectly located, with a great coffee shop just around the corner! The laundry facilities were a great addition. I forgot how hot it was in NOLA and ran out of clean clothes by day 2. Check in and out was super easy. Also appreciated the bottles of water and Gatorade. Very nice touch.

Best Bucket List Vacay Ever
This condo was terrific! Barbara was a dream to work with and gave some fabulous suggestions for things to do while we were in town!
The condo was clean upon our arrival. The complimentary water and beverages in the fridge was such a thoughtful touch and appreciated!
The beds were so soft and so comfy. The bathrooms were really nice and had plenty of room to move around in.
The one complaint would have to be the upstairs bedroom, but when you understand the reasoning why the windows have no shades, then you get it. We actually had a couple in our group that were early risers, so it really wasn’t that big of an issue.
The condo was located just a short walk from all sorts of attractions. There is a diner and deli right beside the building and they served up some delicious food!
NOLA has been one of my dream vacation destinations and I have to say, it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!
The condo and Barbara were amazing and we will absolutely return and stay again!
Thanks VacayNOLA, for the wonderful place to stay.

Great Property in a Great Location
Everything with our visit went smoothly. The property is as described and the pictures accurately portray the accommodations.
There's nice little touches for you on arrival such as welcome beverages in the fridge and initial toiletries in the bathrooms.
I read through a number of the reviews and they accurately reflected what we experienced during our trip.
This property will be at the top of my list for future trips to NOLA.
