About this house rental

The Chatham House is a privately-owned 3 bedroom/2 bath vacation home located in the famed Pinehurst #6 - just minutes away from the Village of Pinehurst shops and restaurants.

This home-away-from-home features plush beds, hotel quality linens and everything you need for a relaxing and fun vacation. Whether you have come to play some of the best golf courses in the world or have come for a fun family vacation, the Chatham House is your place to stay! Also great for Doctors and Nurses as First Health hospital is just minutes away.

Bedroom 1: 1 Queen bed. Full size closet (sleeps 1-2)

Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds, en suite bathroom with double vanity, shower and tub, walk in closet (sleeps 2-4)

Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds, full size closet (sleeps 1-2)

Hall: full size bathroom with shower/tub

Dining room table seats 6-8

Kitchen eat in area sets 4

Microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric range oven, toaster, coffee maker

Laundry room with washer and dryer

Closets for storage in all bedrooms as well as hallway

Deck on the back of the house with grill to sit and relax after a day of golf or to watch the kids play.

On a cul de sac so if traveling with kids it is a great place to ride bikes and play outside.

We rented this to be able to go to our family reunion. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel. The teens loved the fact that the boys had a room and my granddaughter had her own room. The pingpong table and the cornhole boards were a plus as the kids loved them. I would definitely recommend this.

The "Chatham House" deserves a five-star rating. I've been going to Pinehurst for the last 22 years and have rented/stayed at quite a few places. This, hands down, was there best place we've stayed at. The house clean, the manager is very congenial and communicative. You will be very pleased if you rent this home.

Host was responsive to messages and questions even prior to our stay- very hospitable! We were in town for a family wedding, and of course most rental homes in this area are set up for “golf trips” but this home suited our needs and was close to town while also quiet.

Wonderful Pinehurst Experience

The Chatham House was perfect for our family, staying a total of 7 nights and sleeping 6-8 people. Our family met up here at the house from different states to celebrate my Dad’s 75th birthday. We were just minutes from downtown Pinehurst, staying for the 2022 Armed Forces Cup. We LOVED playing Legacy Links, Pinehurst #3, #2 & #4….also loved playing tennis at 2 very nice public hard courts at Rassie Wicker Park, just minutes from the house. We had a great time enjoying the fireplace and ping pong table, and just spending quality time together. The property owners were a joy to communicate with. Thanks for a cherished week, always.

We loved the quiet neighborhood that was far enough away, yet close enough to everything. The hosts were great communicators and we thoroughly enjoyed the home. Rooms are large and can accommodate a group. Nice backyard space and deck with mood lighting. Very clean! It was a fabulous stay!

Located in a quiet neighborhood and very convenient to the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area. The owner is great to deal with and very responsive to any messages or issues that might arise. We enjoyed our girls weekend at Chatham house. It’s a couple miles outside of downtown Pinehurst. We were a short drive to golfing, shopping and restaurants. The house is well equipped, the back deck is great and the LR/DR were plenty big for us to congregate. Thanks for letting us enjoy your house!

This is a wonderful property. The house sits in a nice quiet neighborhood and very well located to all of the attractions of the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area. The house was very clean and well appointed with anything you might need. The deck was a wonderful place to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning, or a beverage in the evening. The owner was great to work with, as we had a small change in our dates, and answered any questions we might have promptly. Highly recommend this property and we eagerly look forward to another visit. Many thanks for sharing this wonderful home.

This home was exactly as described. It had everything you need in a peaceful neighborhood. We had a little issue with TV in living room but owners quick to fix the problem. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. Very easy to reach host. Finding house and getting in and out was very easy. If you have a long stay and need to use drawers for unpacking I would request that drawers be cleaned specifically.

We enjoyed our stay. House was located in a good area for our purposes. Had a little issue when we arrived but Shirley responded very quickly and issue was resolved. Shirley was very nice to include a few extras for my family which as it turned out was wonderful. Very nice touch!!!!

Our family truly enjoyed the stay. My little girls had an absolute blast picking pine cones, playing hide and seek on the property, having breakfast on the deck, and playing on the soft carpet in the huge bedroom! The details were perfect. The bathrooms are super clean, water pressure great, towels are soft and smell delicious, your kitchen is perfectly stocked, the home is evenly cooled by the a/c, the televisions were new and have a vast selection of channels for all ages. We were 15 min to all scheduled activities in every direction both in town and in neighboring towns. Thank you so much for making this adorable home available to families like ours. We strongly recommend Chatham House to any family coming to Pinehurst. Thanks again for making our vacation such a lovely experience.
