About this house rental
This has to be the Best looking house in Old Orchard Beach! Our Beach house is so close to the Ocean you can smell the salty air off the water and you can see and hear the waves crashing. This 3 story home is ideal for families and friends reuniting and spending either a long weekend together off-season or a week together during the height of the summer season. Located on a quiet, serene cul-de-sac street that leads on to Maine's best hidden treasure The beach! Only 15 Minutes from Downtown Portland, and 90-120 minutes from Downtown Boston! It is extremely easy to get to. Our Open floor plan makes for a very relaxing visit. I highly recommend watching the video we recently uploaded so you can take a tour of the house, the patio, back yard. and the main living area inside the house on the ground floor. The Living room leads out to a large patio and garden. It comfortably seats 6-8 people. Alongside the living room is the open Kitchen. It looks out to the spacious living room and dining room areas. It offers state of the art appliances with a large, long island for 8 or more people to sit around. The new dining room table sits 10 people. There is an additional seating area off of the dining room with a comfortable couch and 2 swivel armchairs with a large gas fireplace making his area very cozy! Newly installed, Italian, country style outdoor dining table with pergola awning above offering afternoon shade. Beautiful, large balcony on the 2nd floor offers a gorgeous sea view, while the quaint 3rd floor balcony has a more intimate feeling for two chosing to star gaze over a glass of wine. From here you can clearly see all of Old Orchard Beach, Ocean Park, Biddeford Pool, Pine Point, Scarborough Beach, & Cape Elizabeth. Our beautiful fenced-in yard faces the quiet road - A landscaped stone pathway leads from the large patio to the gate that you access for the Beach. Outdoor patio furniture includes sun beds and table and chairs, gas fireplace & grill with comfortable sofa and chairs. Built-in hot tub - seats 10, outdoor shower, kids climbing-frame. Comfortably sleeps at least 20 guests with 1 master suite bedroom on the first floor - King Size Bed(memory foam mattress); 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor - 2 Queen Size Beds, plus a dorm-like bedroom with 9 single bunks beds, plus a bonus living room area with one pull out couch (queen size) and three additional couches; a large master bedroom suite on the 3rd floor with King Size Bed, additional bedroom - 3 single beds, plus bonus living room on 3rd floor. 6 bedrooms in total. Bathrooms on each level. Washer/dryer located in bathroom on 2nd floor. For your safety and ours we have installed 3 outdoor video surveillance cameras. Each camera is located above or next to an exit door. These 3 cameras point outwards out at the street, driveway and outside balcony. These cameras record people as they approach anyone of the entrances to the house. The camera's range is approximately 100 yards. There is ample of storage space in all bedrooms for clothes, suitcases etc. With walk in closets and large closets. As large as this house was, it still had an intimate home-feeling atmosphere. It was clean, comfortable, and right on the beach. I recently visited with a bunch of friends and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. There were nights that we canceled reservations just to stay in and enjoy the house. I fully recommend this property to anyone looking. It’s especially great for larger parties.

We stayed for 3 days in November with our kids and another family. Kids ages range from 7-15. They used the hot tub a lot! We cooked a ton and enjoyed lounging by the fire. A great spot for a change of scenery! Clean and cozy and roomy!

We were a very comfortable 16 people without feeling crowded on the rainy days. TV was spotty with wifi, but who goes to watch TV is what we learned.

We had such and amazing time during our stay. The house is absolutely AMAZING!!! It is very spacious, beautifully decorated and has everything that you need. Chris met us at the property and was great explaining everything to us. The hot tub was a huge hit! Being so close to the beach was also a bonus. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Very special trip for my family as my mom is 92 and my husband has stage 4 cancer. So we were so happy to stay in this beautiful home! Very spacious! Lovely decor. Even though it is a large house it was very cozy with different living areas. We never felt crowded.

I celebrated my 40th birthday with 11 of my closest friends and we couldn't have ben happier with this property! So much space to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We lucked out with a beautiful beach sunset, and some gorgeous sunrises. The hot tub and fire pit were wonderful ways to enjoy the outside and relax together. Fully stocked kitchen with more than enough plates and glasses, and even decorative platters to serve up delicious dishes. Highly recommend!!

Family Reunion
We re-created the vacations we took our children on when they were growing up so our grandchildren would have the same experience. Plenty of space for 10 people and accommodations were very comfortable. We didn't need to move our cars because the house is a few steps from the beach. Great relaxing week.

Great vaca in OOB!
Our multi-generational family had a wonderful time in OOB in this beautiful well-maintained property. Jason and family were wonderful to work with and attentive to our every need. The home met all expectations and was exactly as described. The location to the beach can't be beat. We had a wonderful time and hope to visit again!

Grad Group Getaway
We rented this wonderful property to celebrate a tight knit group of recently graduated high school Seniors along with parent chaperones. The property couldn’t have been more perfect for the size of our group and our entertainment needs. The proximity to the beach and pier was perfect. The hosts really have thought of everything, however, I suggest bringing extra towels and paper goods if you have a large group. Highly, highly recommend!!! Hope to stay here again!

Old Orchard in April
Lovely stay at this gorgeous property- a real treat! So close to the ocean, we could hear the waves. The one full day we were there was a big storm- we were all impressed with the ocean! Excellent communication. The area, as expected, is pretty closed up during this time of year. But we loved hunkering down and enjoying the house. Lots of board games, tea, family meals, fireplace stories, and hot tub time. Thank you for a memorable stay with our family!

Fun getaway!
We rented this property in February. Although it was not ‘beach weather’ we had a great stay. We needed nothing other than our clothes and food as the house had everything else we needed and then some. This property is even more beautiful than the pictures and the hot tub was the best part. We had a different idea in mind for the game room- it seems to be a work in progress at this point but kids still enjoyed ping pong. The owner Jason and Chris the property manager answered all questions we had and were very accommodating. Excellent rental property!

Best yearly getaway
Our annual girls trip is complete when staying at this property. From check-in to check-out everything is perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place ! Ocean, hot tub, Gorg house and friends. We’ll be back next year !

Orchard beach
Overall great house, well equipped and as advertised. Very close to the beach and accommodating for almost all ages. Could be challenging for toddlers as there are many stairs. Could use a drying rack in the kitchen. Hot tub was awesome and was used in almost freezing weather.

Thanksgiving Holiday
Awesome property in a great location. Perfect for the sizable family gathering we had with amenities (as advertised) that delivered the setting we were looking for (fire pit, hot tub, ping pong table, etc.)
While we enjoyed the crisp temps of late November, I can see how the 200 foot walk to the beach would make it perfect for a summer trip as well.

We stayed at this house for a long weekend with friends. The house looked exactly as it did in the online pictures. Great kitchen to cook in. Kids loved the hot tub. Jason, the owner and Chris, the property manager we’re very responsive and helpful.

Perfect Retreat House
I hosted a women's wellness retreat at the property and it was PERFECT! We were 9 women in total - and easily and comfortably could have fit quite a few more. The kitchen is amazing, there is so much space. Each room had it's purpose. There are so many amenities including tons of kitchen gadgets from waffle maker to kitchen aid mixer - anything you might possibly need. Communicating with the property manager / owner was so easy - they were both very responsive to questions I had. We'll be back without a doubt!

Family Trip to Maine
The home was absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in October from Thursday to Sunday and it was perfect.
You can watch the sun rise from any of the 3 levels while sipping coffee in the sunroom or on the second or third floor balconies.. breathtaking views. Owners were super friendly and helpful. The home was meticulously cleaned before our arrival and no issues while there. Our teenage kids loved the basement and all the games they could play. It was nice that they had their own space! Highly recommend this place. Book it - you won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding!!
I rented Jason’s home for a bike trip with 9 friends. The house was perfect and everyone was thrilled with how beautiful and spacious it was. We loved spending time in the back yard hanging in the hot tub or by the fire pit.
Jason is a wonderful host. I had so many questions and he always responded so promptly. He even met me at the house several months ahead of time so I could see the layout and make sure it would work for our group. He went above and beyond to help me make sure this trip would be successful.
The location was perfect. We did some of our rides right from the house. We plan to be back again next year….with more than one group.

This is a great house with tons of amenities for a larger group just steps from the beach. The kids loved the bunk room and toys in the basement! Caretaker Chris is awesome and very responsive to all questions and issues.

Wonderful vacation on Coastal Maine
The house easily accommodated our group of 14 (6 adults, 8 kids). The kitchen was spacious, well supplied, and allowed us to gather for our family lobster boil! We enjoyed the beach almost everyday: either for sunrise, day play, or sunset. Many memories were made!

Great Multi-family Vacation Rental
We had a great time staying at Jasons’s house in mid-June. We were two families with young kids, there was plenty of space and a good number of toys/activities for the kids. Access to the quiet beach is steps away. This property is a bit removed from the noise and bustle of downtown Old Orchard, but still walkable for dinner and ice cream!

The home layout is open with multiple conversation areas. The bedrooms are ample. The yard is awesome and perfect fro grilling and eating outside. The bathrooms ate plentiful for all floors of the house and the double shower in the 3rd floor is awesome! The proximity to the beach is amazing and we loved being able to go back and forth at our whim when needed to use the bathroom. . We would rent this home any tome we returned to the area!

Amazing beach house
This house is a gem in OOB and just steps from the beach. Stunning first floor and plenty of space for family and friends to come together! Second floor was perfect, and could not get over the colorful Bunk bed room that accommodates 9 children! So much fun. Third floor Master suite was excellent space with a great view of the ocean. The layout of the house is ideal for families and kids with different bed times (didn’t have to worry at all about being quiet).
Morning coffees in the garden area, lunches under the pergola, ski ball in the basement (the kids loved this classic..., and so did the grandparents!). Late night storytelling around the fire pit. We will definitely be back.
The house itself is a solid 5 stars, and we had great communication with Jason (the owner) before, during, and after the visit. If I had to pick two things that could have been better 1) the cleanliness of the pots and pans (likely attributable to past renters and not the property owner), and 2) the hot tub (but we’re not hot tub people so that didn’t bother us).
We had one issue during our visit which proved to be minor but very much appreciated Jason’s attentiveness and swift action. It was addressed completely and the resolution well exceeded my expectations.
