We loved our stay. It felt like we were at home, decor was nice and everything was clean and orderly. there was a wonderful yard for our dog to run. The beds were so comfortable. Love the washer and dryer on site and the grill was great too. I would highly recommend this location as it took us a couple of ours to get to Disney and Universal studios from here. Quiet neighborhood and great location.

This place was such a relaxing place to stay. It was a very quiet, clean neighborhood. Nice large home and large yard. Check before going to the grocery store because there were lots of "extras" others had left that made meals easier. I really enjoyed staying here with husband, mother and son. Would definitely stay again if given the opportunity for a family getaway like this.

Safe, clean and affordable. 30 minutes from pretty much anything you want to do in the area. The back yard for the dog is pretty nice. If you smoke there is a front and back porch that is nice.

The property is fine overall. There are spots where the trim is a bit rough and it could use some paint in spots, but overall we were happy with the house during our 5-night stay. Do check out the kitchen before hitting the grocery story -- the spices and other things you need might be in the cupboards. The one disappointment was the pots and pans. They are definitely no longer non-stick. If cooking pancakes or other "sticky" foods, be sure to have lots of butter on hand.

The living room furniture is old and worn out. The leather sofa torn in several place and the refrigerator were not clean out. In two of the bedroom’s the linen appears not to be clean. Also, missing blinds, in the livingroom and dining areas. Outside trash was not removed before we can.

This house had so many amenities, including chairs and beach toys that we could borrow. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pull out bed was decently comfortable and the rest of the beds were comfy. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. Ceiling fans in every room- an absolute bonus in the Florida heat. Wifi was good. Booklet with instructions made everything very simple, no guessing. It included local takeout menus as well. Very well put together and appreciated.

Hassle free weekend. My only complaint is the bees and mosquitoes on front porch and backyard. Weather was beautiful to enjoy outdoors but the insects made it impossible. Understood owners are not to blame for the pesky flying insects. Will rent again without hesitation and will bring some kind of outdoors spray.

This place was an alright place to stay. Had space and things you needed for the most part. Nice to do laundry. Things are definitely dated and could use an overall refresh. New pillows, new scrubbers for doing dishes, some bigger towels for the beach. Just like staying at grandmas house. Fine but could use some updating. The yard wasn’t in very good shape so the kids couldn’t run around or use the hammocks. Maybe it was the time of year 🤷🏼‍♀️

Very nice 3 bdrm property. Super clean throughout. Great kitchen with everything you need. Perfect for pets with completely fenced back yard. Safe and walkable neighborhood. Good parking. Extremely affordable. Hosts Jon and SangSang were great to deal with. Highly recommend!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. There was a bit of a SNAFU getting into the house, but it was quickly resolved by the caretaker who lived right next door. I was helping my grand-daughter and her boyfriend get moved back into her dorm at Eckerd and my grandson, who lives in Orlando, met us there. So it was kind of a scramble as to who was staying and who were going. It was so nice to have a place like this to just do our own thing and we all enjoyed our time. I would absolutely recommend this place.

House was clean and had lots of thoughtful touches, including a well-appointed kitchen, a backyard grill, and a cooler and beach gear. The back yard is large and private, and made dining outdoors enjoyable. Host kept me well-informed and instructions were easy to follow. Location is exactly as advertised -- not the most picturesque, but relatively quiet and super convenient to wherever you need to go.

This rental was just right for us. The owners are very easy to work with and very responsive. The place isn't fancy and the furnishings are a little worn, but for the price and the room and the location you really can't beat it. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed. They even had a little Christmas tree lit for us! The owners live next door, so if you need anything they are there for you. The back yard is fenced in for your pets and there is a nice grill there and outdoor furniture. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable, clean, quiet home away from home. Great, safe neighborhood. Accessible, courteous ,understanding owners. Excellent house for pets. Cable tv in every room will be a big plus for those not used to streaming TV. We do recommend place and location.

Great location, 30 or so minutes from the Arena, which was the reason that we were in the area for the weekend. Loved that we were able to bring our dogs, the home is a little outdated, could use some new mattresses, the water pressure was a bit low, but overall great place to stay for the weekend. The dogs thoroughly enjoyed having a larger yard to run and play in.

We were there from Tues to Fri the house was nice and clean when we arrived. We only met Jon but he was really friendly. It's in a great location it was really close to Walmart and Publix so nice and easy to get groceries. Relatively close to most things that we wanted to do. No complaints at all. It had everything we needed and then some.

I could think the experience was worth it for the occasion and in my wisdom I'd like to not pay attention to the small things but the communication between the owner & us was slow to say the least. We had a late night arrival and the grass was not welcoming & lizards were crawling everywhere outside on the porch. The lighting to enter home was not operational. For the most part the house has way more than any other place we have stayed in terms of extras like pots, pans, cleaning items, kitchen condiments etc. The downfall for a large family is the bath room was out dated w/ toilet made for toddlers but bigger than that we had ant problems in bathroom, kitchen, and living room and my feet were invaded with ant bites! The grass was attended to while we were there but the person doing it did not blow clippings away so we had to sweep away but he returned shortly to fix. The oven in kitchen never came on. We were reduced to grill and stove top. The bed had issues that had to be addressed and the owner came by to attend to things as quick as they could except ant concern, but a family member was asked again how many people were staying in home. We were also told the areas in which we could eat at within home at that time. The problem I have is if i have to pay a cleaning fee what happened to the cleaning needs before we got there? Ants have to have an entrance to get in whether food is left out or not. Overall the location is great but there where patched holes within the house ants crawling on my computer & bee hives in grilling areas we had to tackle. House needs better attention & upgrades for asking price and through cleaning.
