Beautiful home with nice outdoor space and easy access to Estes Park and RMNP. Communication with owners was easy and everything went smoothly!

Great 3-BR bungalow close to town, very clean and comfortable. Pretty covered porch with beautiful hanging baskets, quiet, and nice rustic furnishings. Would definitely stay again!

My two girlfriends and I were thrilled with this cozy property close to everywhere we wanted to go in Estes . The hosts reached out to us several times to make sure that we were comfortable. The home was spacious and we enjoyed the cabin themed decor. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Estes.

My family enjoyed our stay at your home. It was very well stocked with anything you could want. Very comfy, cozy, and quiet. Would stay here again for sure!

Great stay. House was cozy and enjoyed the stay.

Nice cabin style home in a quiet safe neighborhood. The home was clean. The beds are very comfortable. The primary bedroom had a nice large walk in closet for storing luggage. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. One suggestion would be to leave one cabinet empty for renters to put their food in. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the deer and hummingbirds. Good location to get to Rocky Mountain National Park.

We loved this cottage. It was clean, comfortable, well decorated and superbly stocked. The location is walking distance to downtown EP yet on a very quiet street away from the crowds. We hope to return some day!

Really enjoyed our stay!

Look no further - this house is perfect in every way. Everything you need from spacious rooms to a great backyard with a grill and beautiful view. Very clean! Located only half a mile away from downtown - we walked for coffee in the morning. If you go down the street 2 blocks - it's a ideal place to watch 4th of July fireworks.

Superb, very well equipped house where we were able to have a superb stay and visit the Rocky Mountains

Property was great. Beds comfortable everything was clean. Loved the flowers and the Elk. Met the people working on flowers and property outside and was impressed by how nice they were and what a good job they did with flowers. Would definitely stay again. Only downside my wife is very hot-natured and AC would have been nice. Pine pollen was very heavy during our stay. Did use outside grill it was very nice.

Thank you for the nice house to stay at in Estes Park. The house was centrally located for our activities, communication was great and our dogs enjoyed the fenced backyard. We arrived early and they were able to move up our check in time to accommodate. Thank you!

We stayed for two nights. The owner was very communicative and reached out to make sure the home was ready for our stay.
The front door lock was easy to use, and they gave clear instructions during the check in process and inside the home as well. We were grateful for a fenced backyard with a doggy door for our pups.
The rooms were comfortable and the linens were clean. The shower in the master bedroom had wondeful water pressure. We didn't use anything in the kitchen, but it looked well stocked. I would make a suggestion to include some plastic plates, bowls, and cups for kiddos.
We did have one issue with the king size bed as in it collapsed with us on it in the middle of the night. The supports were pretty small and werent properly on the ground. I offered to replace the cost of the wood, but the owner hasn't requested that I do that. I'm sure they will have that fixed for their next guests. I don't fault the owners for this at all, the bed manufacturer could have used some better supports.
The location of the property was convenient. Its close to town an emergency room, a dog park, and a really awesome playground. There are some good restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. I suggest The Egg of Estes for breakfast.
Overall we had a nice stay.

Home was wonderful! Perfectly appointed with extra blankets and towels, plus every kitchen gadget imaginable. We had warmer weather but the fireplace was a nice touch for the one night we needed it. Location is excellent to be close to town and yet not right in it

We only stayed one night here, but it was a very enjoyable stay. The house was perfect for our group. House was clean and comfy and very well stocked with everything we could need. The back deck was amazing and we enjoyed drinking coffee and looking at the mountains. The hosts were very accommodating and even let us check in early to get ready for a wedding we were attending! Great communication and great hosts! Definitely would stay there again!!

The house was just okay but the location was great! It was close to all the activities and places we enjoyed in Estes Park and RMNP. The house was tidy (minus items in some of the cabinets and drawers) and clean enough to be comfortable. All 3 beds were comfortable which was a big plus. There was also a view of the mountains from the front deck and some of the windows which was nice each morning. Also, the skylights brightened up the place during the day. We enjoyed eating dinner on the back deck/patio and the outside lights were enjoyable while sitting around the fire pit table. **Please be careful using the grill, it needs to be cleaned badly to avoid a dangerous grease fire. Areas inside the house need some TLC but overall it was a good experience!

Lovely, clean house. The house had everything we needed. Nice fireplace in the family room that worked very well. Super comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood. Very convenient location to Rocky Mountain National Park, which we visited and loved.
Also it was SO awesome to see elk wandering in Estes Park regularly. Wonderful experience here. Hope to come back next year and stay here again .

The beds, especially the master bed was super comfy. Kitchen was very well stocked with all essential kitchen supplies. The back deck was amazing, sorry the weather didn’t corporate to enjoy it! Hosts were very communicative and great location with close proximity to town!

I was worried when I forgot shampoo, but the place had everything. Pretty, quiet, updated kitchen, tons of pillows/blankets/towels. Great price for the location and all it offered. Two full bathrooms is a huge plus!

Easily the best equiped kitchen of any rental we have had in Estes. Appliances modern and quiet. Furnishings were all comfortable! We enjoyed the back deck area and the front porch. Good location, easy access to either side of town. Definitely hope to rent again!

The house was exactly what we needed for a quiet weekend away to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday! The kitchen was equipped for us to make homemade soup while we lay by the fire. We awoke to a heard of elk on Sunday morning! Thank you!

We stayed here for a wedding in town and the entire process was smooth, well communicated, and cozy. Check in was easy, house rules were easy to follow and accessible as well as steps to check out properly. We were conveniently located near everything in town so going to and from different locations and the venue was smooth. The rooms were cozy, it does get chilly at night but the fireplace gets the house right where you need it. Would 100% stay here again.

MN besties and moms had a fabulous weekend visiting our daughters who now live in CO. Estes Park was the perfect get away from the city and had plenty room to enjoy our weekend visit. The sleeping arrangements were also perfect and location to all the fun spots was super easy. Would definitely book here again!!

This little house had everything we needed for our stay! The attention to detail really made it what it is. From the array of coffee (and even fresh creamer in the fridge) to the super soft bath towels, this host thought of it all. A lot of BnBs don't even think about things outside of pots and pans but we were so grateful to find tons of seasonings, cooking spray, even ketchup/mustard. There was cold water and local beer waiting for us on arrival. The home was clean and exactly as described. We had trouble with the door code and the host was available the second i called with a new code so we could get right in. My only suggestion would be to provide some Tupperware or ziplocs. We cooked a lot but had no where to store leftover food.

Overall we loved it. Very comfortable, clean, well stocked home. We had everything we needed. I was impressed they had a high chair and pack n play for the baby. We would definitely stay here again. Our hosts were top notch! Thank you

We had a great time during our stay. Our favorite feature was the fireplace, it was so cozy while it was negative temps outside! And we loved the complimentary beer left in the fridge ;-)

My three siblings and I stayed here to celebrate my older brother's birthday. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and a great location to enjoy Estes Park. Would definitely stay here again!

We had sunny days which were perfect for hiking in the park. We saw a deer outside one morning. Beds are comfortable. Place is cozy.

We thought the home was a beautiful property that was in a great location in the main part of Estes Park. The home was clean, well kept, and we greatly appreciated that the driveway was clear of snow and ice. The beer in the fridge was a thoughtful addition, and the home has all of the creature comforts you'd want for a stay in the mountains. I would highly recommend this property to there who are looking for a warm, comfy, and enjoyable stay.

Hosts were accommodating and property clean. Great value for Estes Park and would highly recommend if you want a cabin feel with the convenience of being in town and close to shopping, minutes from some great hiking, and the ability to enjoy restaurants.

We had a great time staying at the Rocky Mtn Paradise house as we took a weekend to enjoy Estes Park with our adult children. The house was clean and was the perfect size so we all had our space, but cozy enough to enjoy a couple movie nights (including The Shining). There was a 6pk of local craft beer waiting for us! The kitchen is super well equipped! We cooked 2 family dinners including using the grill. There was extra propane available when we needed it and the grill was in excellent condition! The location was close to town, literally 5 minutes to restaurants, church or the Stanley Hotel. And also close to RMNP entrance. The house and neighborhood was VERY quiet. Lucian was available when we had a question and immediately resolved a minor issue. We would definitely stay here again!
