About this house rental
This is a spacious home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The home is located in a safe, quiet and friendly neighborhood with quick access to I-95. It offers an open floor plan and is fully furnished including a completely stocked kitchen and linens for both the bedrooms and bathrooms, updated appliances including washer/dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher. 5 TV's (1 large screen) and offers Wi-fi and cable. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd bedroom has 1 full and 1 twin bed and trundle bed (sleeps 4 total) The 4th bedroom has a queen size bed and twin trundle (sleeps 3 total -this room can be added for an additional cleaning fee) the home has recent renovations with new bathrooms and a freshly painted interior. Spend days relaxing or entertaining guests by barbecuing on the large screened in porch that overlooks a private fenced in backyard safe for both children and pets. Property manager lives on sight In a separate efficiency apartment with separate entrance, sharing only the laundry room and driveway. Vrbo disclaimer extra fees include $150 for cleaning and $100 additional pet fee.

Her pictures didn’t do the place justice! So perfect the way the house is set up, beautiful backyard and plenty of places to relax and hang out with your guests

The home was overall clean, fully stocked, spacious and decorated nicely with an ocean theme. Check in and out was simple. There were a few issues to mention. First, there was a dead snake in the sliding door track in the Queen room that had clearly been there awhile. Despite being outwardly clean, there was some filth behind some areas of furniture, namely down toward baseboards. The area of the home in and near the master was markedly more warm than the rest of the home we had access to. We thought we might grill for Father’s Day since our dad lives in town. When we took the cover off the grill, the grates were well beyond dirty with what appeared to be white mold. Fortunately we were early enough to make a plan b, but don’t feel we should have been forced to. Lastly, we felt misled after reading carefully the write up for this property. The pool information was misleading at best, listing pool (and golf, among many other things to do) on site in addition to communal pool- in which the closest, the public pool, was several blocks away, in the neighborhood. All in all, our stay was enjoyable, and, being delayed two days because of the recent rains, the host was willing to allow us to stay an extra night, which, unfortunately, could not happen due to our schedules.

This was our first vacation home rental stay and we absolutely enjoyed it! The home was clean well maintained and had everything we needed and then some. Owner was on site, but you wouldn't know it. We did meet owner who was personable and very attentive for the few inquiries we had. Took the time to provide small details about the home. We never felt imposed on or without privacy. In fact we were very comfortable and enjoyed the obvious TLC put into the home. Everything was in good working condition and it was great to enjoy the space with our family. The location definitely added to the convenience of our stay and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. Would definitely stay again and will certainly recommend to others.

This is not an entire house. You are sharing the home with the owner who will stay in the garage. The owner controls the thermostat and you will basically be living in the house with her; sharing the laundry room and she will have access to the house while you are there. Black mold in the bathroom and overall cleanliness is poor.

Perfect for large group and pets.
Came to town for daughter’s FAU graduation and this was a great solution since we all could not fit at her places and multiple hotel rooms would not feel like family could all be together. Lots of room for our extended family- never felt crowded. Lots of indoor and outdoor living space to sit and talk- except a few extra indoor dining chairs would have been helpful for game night. We had a group of 8 adults (4 dining chairs and 2 bar stools). Lots of kitchen amenities so we can cook at home and not always eat out. Enjoyed outdoor grilling too. Large backyard- our dog loved the ease of the doggie door. Easy check in process. Owner responded quickly to any questions or needs that we had. Great price for the area. Would stay again.

Convenient location
Nice 4 bedrooms open kitchen dining area and comfortable living room. Enjoyed the large screened patio with doggie door and fenced yard for the pups. Could use some blackout drapes for the bedrooms where the shopping center lights shine in. Host was wonderful to deal with and you really don't know that she's there living in her own converted garage apt.

Lovely winter getaway for a couple of snowbirds
We stayed here for 6 weeks from mid Jan thru the end of Feb, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for us and our small dog, who loved the fenced in back yard, and our daily walks in a nice quiet neighborhood. The screened in porch was ideal with plenty of comfortable furniture and a gas grill. The whole house is immaculate, and very well stocked with everything you could need and more. The kitchen and laundry have brand new appliances. The location is great – convenient to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The house backs up to a shopping center, and there are occasionally some loud trucks that go thru during the day, but we didn’t have an issue with that. It’s clearly stated in the description that the owner lives in the attached garage apartment and shares the laundry room, but apparently some people have missed that. We thought that actually works well because she was very accessible if we had any questions or problems. She helped us move some furniture to accommodate my husband’s walker. We were here during an unusual cold spell (went down to 39 degrees), and the owner came over and brought us a brand new space heater in case we needed a little extra heat. She is lovely and so helpful, and we enjoyed talking to her, and her little dog is adorable. We would definitely come back here.

Disappointment. Read the fine print!
Huge disappointment and misleading.
The advertisement and pictures all show 4 bedrooms, but a parenthetical in the description is the ONLY place it states that you have to pay an additional fee to access the 4th bedroom.
The washer/dryer is behind a door marked “private.” The listing states that the washer/dryer are amenities; I shouldn’t have to contact the owner to do laundry.
AC in the master bedroom wasn’t working. There is a floodlight on the house next door that shines right into one of the bedrooms at night. Poorly cleaned: floor feels dirty, multiple cockroaches (dead and alive), mold in bathtub (especially build up around and under the soapdish holder), hammock outside was moldy.
When I informed the owner about all these issues, she only offered excuses, and then she commented that it’s odd I didn’t mention it while we were there. My fault, I guess, for not having enough time while traveling to see my family to deal with complaining to the owner.

Cozy Home
My family stayed here for an entire month while we were waiting for our new home to be finished. We loved the house as it was incredibly homey and well stocked. The homeowner who lives on sight is very sweet and accommodating. The location is wonderful as it’s a safe and quiet neighborhood but close to beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Great for families
This house has multiple bedrooms and spaces, so that our family could spend good time together, but also have space to break off into smaller groups or have some alone time. Boca Raton had a lot of things for us to do and it really close to other activities and travel in Fort Lauderdale.

Good Family Reunion North of Coastal Congestion
Facility is a little dated, but good and efficient for a large family group. Excellent fridge but not so easy to cook a full meal. We have a very large modern kitchen designed for efficient food prep for large group, so this may not be a fair comparison.
Host lives on property but is easy to talk to and you are not aware she is there except when you run into her in the front yard as you would a neighbor.
We have a large Golden Retriever and he loved the back yard. He had trouble figuring out how the access door to the screened in porch worked.
In all it was a very good time, because this was a family reunion from coast to coast and this rental made it possible.

The location was perfect. Close to everything. To the beach, restaurant, and tennis courts. We had a great time. The owner had everything prepare tor the beach.
